Insanely unprofessional! Doctors do not maintain any schedule, as if the time of other people in this world has no value ! Man! you take money from us just do your job properly! Some time i have repeatedly felt that many of these doctors are suffering from mental disorder called "God Complex"!! The Officials stuffs does not provide the quality of service as a private clinic we expected. Even those duty nurse is extremely unprofessional. They do not even maintain the average quality of hygiene that people at list expect in a private hospital. Although its proudly said to be run because of the charity or similar kind of things(which i can’t remember) the treatment costs here are higher than other clinic of the same standard . A surgeon alone operates on 10/12 patients in one go!!! They just open a business place to grabs people’s money. The average cabin rent here is exorbitant but the room quality is worse than government hospital. Even after your patient is admitted to the clinic, every time a doctor comes to the cabin and visit the patient, you has to pay separate fees Every time , which I find very unethical. Okay, take charge more money then, take premium rate for everything, I don't mind to pay higher fees, but the service has to be premium as well, right? I would urge Rangpur residents and outpatients to consider the above aspects before coming here. There are many better alternative clinics in the vicinity of Rangpur where you can get better treatment and services at a lower cost. Even if you spend a little more money, it is possible to get treatment from India, which I will definitely prefer in the future. I couldn't find anything positive to say about this clinic. The bottom line is that, this is definitely not a charitable organization or not even should considered as a 'Average' clinic. Its obviously bellow average even in the context of Bangladesh. it's just another typical kamla Bangladeshi 'lovi' der business organisation which is nothing but a Money printing machine.
