We had a great experience at this resort! Everything was perfectly organized and we had a lot of fun here. The waiters are very polite, food is extremely good and the guys at the bar really know how to prepare a drink. The animation team are also friendly and engage in conversation with you to make you feel like at home. The rooms are clean and are kept that way for all the duration of the staying. They really put a lot of effort into making everything as good as possible for everyone. Highly recommend!

This hotel is one of a kind. Has so much to offer! The staff In all areas of the resort are lovely and are so approachable. I highly recommend this hotel for all ages especially families. No words can describe how much fun me and my family have had. Really don’t want to go home. Love this hotel.

Came here with a friend and my 2 young children 2 & 6 years old. We have had a wonderful time. Food delicious, drinks are great. The staff can’t do more for us they are super friendly and welcoming! 😁 camel ride on the beach and playing in the pool have been a highlight of the trip. Entertainment and the staff amazing. We love the beach bar area!!! ☀️🐫🍺🧋🍹

Our first week at Jaz Aquamarine has been amazing!!! Staff and entertainment crew are so so friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are also very very nice! Entertainment is outstanding and you never get bored! There is something for everyone. Rooms are massive and clean. Would definitely recommend, especially to families with younger children!

Hotel has been fantastic, great location and setup, however fundamentally the entertain has been phenomenal! Absolutely amazing for our 2 kids. We must say that our kids have loved spending time with Annie at Magic Entertainment, who has been so attentive and caring with both kids. She got them involved from the very first day and they loved spending time dancing and having fun. We hope she gets the credit she deserves! Thank you to the team, especially her. 👍🏻

Unfortunately we had to leave last week to come home me and the family had an amazing time. Such a lovely clean hotel the entertainment was brilliant the animation team were great there wasn't anything not to love. So many pools to chose from never a worry not to get a sunbed. The staff were great with the kids always trying to entertain them the food was good the rooms were fresh and always cleaned and fresh towels brought every evening. Thank you for an amazing time!!

Heaven on earth. Very clean resort. Amazing food and drink. Helpful staff. I was thrilled with the "ADULTS ONLY" pool. Everything was great - thank you so much for that. The only fault - they don't have the sea here. Only low sea (20-30cm) will do the sea tide. The only way to swim in the sea is to walk on the artificial peninsula and at the end of it - towards the port - you can swim normally. Many of my compatriots were very disappointed, but my family didn't mind at all. The resort offers so many ways to relax that even this sea inconvenience could not affect our stay at the JAZZ Hotel. It was wonderful. Those who like luxury will be happy here. The large number of pools ensures that you will never be surrounded by crowds. Jazz Aquamarine deserves all its stars!!! Thank you to all the hotel staff.

Not a bad hotel complex. Everything you need for a great holiday.food swimming pools. And nice beach. Did have a issue with waiter called mo.with him getting uptight about us going to the bar during the day while on our sunbeds. We tipped once or twice .but we had to wait for our drinks for around 20 to 25 minutes. Not good. So we went to bar ourselves. He gave us moody looks.not nice.but overall we enjoyed our holiday. 4th time in Egypt.

Love this hotel! Lots to do with great evening entertainment. The pools are amazing!! The rooms are lovely and cool. It’s a very clean hotel with very friendly staff. The food is good, lots to choose from, we would definitely come back, it’s good value for money.

Hotel is stunning. Staff are very polite and always asking if you need assistance or help. There is a lot of food options and lots of drinks are offered. Entertainment team are really fun, always smiling and asking you if you would like to participate. I’ve never done Zumba before but the team got me into it and it was really fun!

Rooms are fantastic, food for how many people is good. Lobby is a bit of a walk to the beach but to be fair after eating and drinking all days the exercise is good . Animation team work hard and even dragged me on stage for the man of hotel game.. had a great night with them.

Service is great here everyone was so nice and respectful especially to our kids. I think there should be shower doors on the shower. Seems like water splashes everywhere outside of the shower. Also, the shower area tends to flood with a pool of water. I don't think it was built correctly for it to drain easily. I wish there were more external showers to clean off the sand instead of just two. There should be a shower stand in front of each section of the hotel. Wifi is free but really slow so you either need to rely on your data package or pay for a better package. So if you like to just hang out at the pool and in the sun and enjoy shows without the beach this is the place for you.

Hotel is beautiful, grounds are extremely well maintained. Plenty of choice for for everyone. Food stands by the beach are great for the kids. Staff always happy to help and always have a smile on their face. A la carte restaurants are a must to visits. Rooms are very comfortable and cleaned daily. Reception staff always on hand to help. Entertainment in abundance, there is something for everyone to do. Entertainment staff love to get everyone in involved. We will be returning to this hotel.

We just returned from a week spent at Jaz Aquamarine, our first time in Egypt, and everything was perfect! Starting with the fast check-in, to the cleaning of the room, the diversity of the pools, the great animation team (special thanks and best regards to our friend Halos) and all the great hotel’s staff, smiling and ready to help you no matter the need. The hotel is huge and well organized, everything is sparkling clean, the two aqua parks are great for both the kids and adults, there are lots of restaurants around, the beach is nice and there is also a coral reef nearby. We had swim-up room with private pool which definitely worths paying for. We recommend this hotel from all points of view! Thank you Jaz Aquamarine !!!

The entertainment at this hotel is second to none. Agnieska and her team are amazing especially with young and older children. There is something for everyone to enjoy no matter what your age is. The team is so welcoming and makes sure every child feels at home and has fun during their stay.

Truly memorable stay! We were very happy with our choice for the hotel. Amazing service, friendly and warm people. The animation team was very active and inclusive, amazing! Everything is always clean, the food was tasty, although could be a little more to choose from. Other than that, would visit again, and recommend for others! Thanks for having us !!!

A wonderful hotel with excellent service. Convenient operating hours for restaurants with a variety of dishes. The service staff is polite, smiling, ready to serve you immediately. A large number of bars. Yes, locally produced drinks, but of good quality, delicious cocktails. Active and interesting work of the animation team. There are many swimming pools for both adults and children: various playgrounds and a children's water park. Everything is thought out, rational, convenient.

Overall this hotel is a great little spot. Staff are cleaning the hotel 24/7, there are lots of tasty food choices and a variety of pools (not all are heated, but staff are helpful in pointing out which ones to use). We had a great holiday here and if we ever chose to come to Egypt again, we would definitely consider returning. There were just a couple of points that let us down. The first is the constant request for tips. Of course we’re happy to offer a tip if a service has been done for us, but the same staff members would often return to us asking for more. Or staff would do something we didn’t ask for, and then ask for a tip. Understandably this is very annoying. We read up on the beach before and knew that it was shallow waters, and this wasn’t a problem. But the camels and horses that also use the beach means that this area has a particular smell once the animal relieves itself… also, the abandoned hotel next door means that there are piles of rubbish around this area, and an abandoned/unkept harbour. It doesn’t make the hotel feel 5 stars. If you use Egyptian pounds at any points to purchase anything from the shops or pharmacy, expect to be ripped off. They prefer dollars, euros or British pounds. We ran out of money due to tips so used the cash machine at the hotel, which only provides Egyptian pounds. Due to staff not wanting to accept this currency for tips or products, we were ripped off as they would ask for considerably more than the UK/Euro/Dollar equivalent. I think we ended up paying the equivalent of £20 (in British pounds) for 2 fridge magnets… (we did complain), and in another instance, a staff member asked for tip then tried to refuse it. He did not believe we didn’t have any other currently left, and took it after what felt like a 30 minute conversation about it. Luckily we didn’t get ill but we did have the hepatitis A and typhoid vaccine before we left. The wifi didn’t work most of the time. Our room was lovely, clean and quiet - no issues at all there. The only food complaint is the breakfast box being bland and not really having much in it.

Fantastic friendly staff, excellent customer service. Lots of fun entertainment with Magic World!! There are activities day & night with the Magic World Team. Only problem is the very poor WiFi network, made communication challenging!! Lovely resort, will return ❤️

The hotel is really nice great entertainment every night with an amazing entertainment team with lots do do like water polo, volleyball a foam party. Music they play caters to all groups of people. In addition a good selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks to choose from adults and kids with good entertainment for the kids later on with parties and discos to go to

This is my first visit to the hotel and it will not be the last one. The hotel is excellent starting from the reception team. They were very helpful and fast. The room is spacious and well maintained. The room service is very good. There are many pools and 3 aqua parks. The overall experience is very good. There are 2 big restaurants with all inclusive meals. The entertainment team is also excellent especially Aga.

I think that the service here is good because the workers here are very respectful and kind. The rooms are good too as it provides what you need during the holiday however the cards to get into the room are a little naff but keep them away from your phone and you’ll be fine. The location is good too, not too far from the airport however there isn’t much around the hotel. However I good time overall.

Amazing hotel!!! 100% recommend! Been here 7 nights already and still have 4 left and do not want to leave. Amazing staff here especially the entertainment. So interactive, friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. I’m not one to come back to a hotel but will be back here next year for sure. We have had the best time.

My family and I have had the most amazing holiday. I've never been to Egypt before but it's my new favourite place to go and I will come again. This hotel is amazing the staff are so friendly and the entertainment staff are so friendly. They are so good with the children and try and make you join in as much as possible I couldn't wish for a better place to stay!

The holiday overall was fantastic the food was also very good, I will add that there are many restaurants however you only get to eat free at 1 per week of your stay, the entertainment team was fantastic and involved everyone as much as possible always to dance or play events playing with the kids and dancing with them too. The service was excellent and always eager to provide 5 star service. The facilities are clean and well kept. There are plenty of pools and things to do with the kids to keep them entertained! Massive thank you to Hallos for quality service! Wonderful stay highly recommend!

Our stay here has been absolutely wonderful! The hotel is beautiful and was very well kept. Our rooms were cleaned everyday and kept spotless! Whatever time or where ever we were in the hotel, our every need was met! All staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us! The hotel entertainment team were fantastic, always polite and chatty, asking if we wished to join them and kept us up to date with what was on that day, all out of the world! We all absolutely loved the colour foam party on the beach, the fire shows and all of the entertainment provided. The fly board show was exceptional! You must watch this! Thank you to everyone for a fantastic stay!!

Greatest experience ever! First time in Egypt and we picked the best hotel. The stuff was always helpful and friendly. A lot of pools, many bars with great bartenders. The animators created awesome activities which you have a lot to choose from. Will be back as soon as possible 😁

Very nice family hotel! This was my second stay in this hotel. Entertainment team is great, the whole staff is super friendly and supportive. Food is also good here. Lots of pools (active and relax zone) and aqua-parks for kids to enjoy. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Everything here looks so beautiful, colours at nights, plants and buildings are beautiful are nice to see. Great place for taking stunning pictures. Stuff is so polite and helpful. Aqua parks are good, pools are nice. So neat and clean everywhere you go. Sea beach is clean and snorkel is so nice there. Food is more than acceptable I give every thing 10/10 except food 9/10. Overall an amazing vacation, I loved the place, kids adore it. Thanks Jaz group for all the fun. 🙏

The hotel is just great. Rarely experienced such a friendly and, above all, attentive service. The staff remembers the drinks and almost automatically comes with new ones😁. Especially at the beach bar, for example by Ahmed Ali or Taha, no matter whether in the morning or in the evening, we were always served in a friendly and attentive manner. The rooms are very clean. The food also offers a large selection and you can always find something to get full. I can only recommend the hotel if you want to take a relaxing holiday where you don't have to worry about anything😍

The hotel was amazing, the resort was big with many options! Great pools for adults and children. Many options for food at the buffet with more restaurants available too within the resort. The staff are very helpful and kind and the entertainment staff make the holiday much better! The night time entertainment at the beach isn’t too missed very good! Great dancing.

Jaz is fantastic, the entertainment team are fab and the hotel itself is amazing. The maintenance team are fantastic keeping all areas clean and the gardens maintained. Food is a bit hit and miss but you will not go hungry. Waiter service poolside is so accommodating you will never go thirsty or have to keep going to the bar yourself. They really cannot do enough for you here 😉. Only one criticism the sales team are rife and you could have 4 or 5 different people from the same company attempting to sell you excursions or activities numerous times a day.

We stayed at Jaz Aquamarine at the end of September. The temperature was perfect. This hotel is excellent and we would return again and again! Everything is clean and well maintained. We had room 4051. Our room boy was very thorough. Unfortunately, the water at the beach is very shallow. But there are many nice pools. The entertainment program was the best. During the day there were shows and games by the pool. Different exciting shows were performed every night. Between the shows the animation team danced with the guests. Huge compliments to the Magic World team.
