The whole hotel was beautiful, and the staff were constantly ensuring the hotel was always clean and tidy. The staff were attentive and always happy to help. The food was amazing, and the variety of a la carte restaurants meant we were never eating the same thing twice. The rooms were air conditioned and spacious, and I particularly liked that all the rooms faced either the pools or the beach. The beach itself was clean, with ample sunbeds. The pier was lovely, and meant we were able to access the deep water to do some snorkelling. The one pool was heated and lovely to swim in first thing. The other pool was colder but refreshing when needing to cool down. The variety of alcoholic drinks was a refreshing change, with good local beer on tap too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing week away to recharge their batteries.

Perfect holiday! The staff is extraordinarily friendly, always smiling, always greeting, always helpful. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. Room and other facilities were always super clean. The restaurants serve a great variety of tasty food - could have eaten the oriental pastries all day!! :)

Overall an amazing hotel for its (bigger) size and capacity. Swimming pool is the biggest I’ve ever seen and the cleanest. Smiles all day long from all staff members. Spanish restaurant is amazing! Received very good service from Hossam. Definitely recommend. Cheers, Robin

We were absolutely satisfied with our stay. We loved the different included dining options (buffets and a la carte restaurants) with our all-inclusive package. Service was excellent, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant, even gave us late check out and use of all the facilities/restaurants after check out while waiting for our taxi. One heated pool, towel service, amazing beach with a board walk and great snorkeling spot. Activities and shows organized during the day and evening. We loved the parade! Gym was well equipped with cardio and weights/resistance machines , had even a squat rack, smith machine and stair master. Towels available and locker room had showers. Lots of activities and excursions available to purchase such as horse riding, desert quad ride, snorkeling and visiting Orange beach, where the sea water is comparable to that of Bahamas. Absolutely recommended.

I'm here for Xmas and New year, long stay. So far the first week has been excellent. The rooms are very spacious and house keeping is 10 out of 10 👍. The food...simply superb. Very balanced offering. From traditional Arab food, to all very well known European dishes. It is simply impossible not to find something for every taste and diet. Services provided from all the staff at the hotel are excellent. The only thing that needs to be looked (in my opinion) is the fact that everyone is constantly on the mobiles. They carry a plate in one hand and mobile phone in the other. Come on guys, leave the phone in your pocket when you serve your customers. Gym: Very clean and very well equipped WIFI: This deserves special mentioning... EXCELLENT. The cover in the hotel and the surrounding grounds is superb. Even on the beach you have WIFI cover. No need for expensive phone calls. WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger all of them working as they should. All in all, fantastic place for a holiday. The only downside is the fact that you are arriving using Hurghada airport 😡 Search for thousands of shocking reviews on Google and you will see what I mean. It is hard to comprehend how it is possible to have a hotel that is superb regarding hospitality and care about the guests and airport that make you feel like a caged animal...😡

Overall very good my only complaint is in the evening there is never enough seating to accommodate guests leaving my 76 year old grandmother having to stand. Also allowing people to reserve sunbeds is not good as unless I got up at 7am to reserve one I didn’t get one. This time the animation were superb especially Kesha, by far the best head animation we’ve had in the six times we’ve stayed. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and nothing was too much for him, truly lovely genuine man. Credit to the hotel. Also Emily animation girl once again superb the most friendly and lovely person ever.

Overall a nice hotel to stay. Not many people from England when we stayed there. Some staff are not so friendly and don’t greet you with a smile. Hard to get a sun bed either by the pool or at the beach. Not much kids activities for older children. It’s very focused on younger children.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in September. Food was good and the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us very lovely genuine people but on the down side our room was not at all clean and I would go so far as to say it was dirty. The stairs and landings wasn't cleaned all the time we were there. Paper cups and wooden spoons was also a big no for us. Please check out the bathroom in room 27305 and I am sure you will agree that this is not 5 star standard but all the other areas were perfectly clean
