I come here for the salt and pepper pork chops. I also enjoy their triple mushroom dish with beef. I like to order a little sushi while I'm there and their hot tea. The owner is lovely and just a hard working man. He's always kind and friendly, and makes good recommendations if you don't know what you want. Sometimes they get a little backed up on their to go orders, but it's always worth the wait.

I wish I had more pictures to share, but amazing food doesn’t last more than a few seconds on the table. Where do I begin… the rare steak pho, such tender slices of beef and flavorful broth - I don’t have to dump a bunch of sriracha and soy sauce and plum sauce to give it flavor. The Banh mi uses bread that is just right, which doesn’t scrape the roof of your mouth, it is generous with the proteins, and has a nice fresh crunch from the cucumber and jalapeños. All of the chow fun dishes are DELICIOUS, the noodle alone is perfection but they go above and beyond adding plenty of vegetables including bok choy, and whatever protein u choose. I could go on and on about their various dishes but to sum it up, this is the best Vietnamese and Chinese food in town

Holy cow! We had a feast! Our family was in town and decided to try this place out, they accommodated 7 of us and the whole experience was amazing. The whole staff was extremely friendly, especially our waiter (Johnny?). I wish we lived in Reno because we would be there all the time. We had 7 or 8 different entrees and some pho. Cant praise these guys enough.

Yeah, this is my new favorite place for pho and tofu. We also got flame broiled pork and man was it good. I am not super into tofu but the do it right here. I wish I could get the recipe. But I would highly recommend checking these guys out. Very friendly staff. They are very accommodating. It is also not very busy and loud. Which is a big plus for me. I have a bad feeling they will be getting busy because of the quality of food they serve. I am a firm believer in supporting local businesses who push out quality food/ingredients. I will definitely be back for more. Keep up the great work.

Some of the worst service I have ever had. Had to ask the waiter for water 3 times, and he still never brought it. I had to get up and ask the sushi chef for water. The waiter then took my credit card and returned with only the receipt, if I hadn't been paying attention I would have left my card there, had to go in the back to get it back. The food was really disappointing, I got the star meal that should have been a ton of food, but what I got was a handfull of meat and an entire onion on a plate. Never going back.

Wow !! What a difference new owners can make ! I had been to this restaurant under previous owners a number times and never very happy with it. My wife and I decided to try it under the new ownership. We have been twice and the food is wonderful! I especially recommend the shrimp chow fun. The staff was very nice and efficient...which is most important. Food is delicious, well priced and good portioned. If you live the area and haven't tried recently you should give it another go !!

Awesome food. Chill atmosphere. Family owned and operated with really good service. Definitely a new favorite spot for Pho and more. Oxtail pho and rare steak pho were so yummy. They also have a traditional Vietnamese desert that the owner makes, we had never heard of it but it was so so good!

Staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was amazing. We talked to the new owner after our dinner and she is extremely sweet and hard working. If you haven't been in a while give this place another chance. She insisted we come back and try the Pho. We definitely will.

Best new ownership! Their food is authentic and delicious. For lunch I love their Vietnamese pork sandwiches. For dinner the best, honey walnut shrimp, fantastic chow fun. And their Korean ribs are fantastic! It’s great to eat in at their location, or they do a great takeout service.

Dim sum was excellent. Everything was delicious. The new owner is very nice and friendly. Definitely will be back soon. They were not busy Sunday night but were doing a brisk takeout business. If you haven't been in a while you Definitely should give them a try.

It was a pretty decent little place. Seemed like takeout was their main revenue stream. Overall I’d go again. They didn’t charge us for the Cooke of pieces we couldn’t eat which was GREAT because sometimes you just can’t finish it. Unlike Sushi Rose that will literally charge you $.50 per piece not consumed when you order AYCE. I understand the logic behind their practice but c’mon, have some empathy & understanding. I’ll take this place over Sushi Rose for that simple reason.

Decent pho but wish it had more veggies and I only had 3-4 pieces of tofu. Cool spot tho!

Perfect pho, fantastic service and friendly owner! I’m actually not a pho person, but the Bo kho beef stew pho (no.20) is just so good that I would definitely come back and get more! The beef stew is savory, easy to bite but still chewy. It’s just a 120/100 pho!!! I would recommend everyone to try it! Besides, the owner shared their fantastic Vietnamese bread with us - dipping to the pho soup with its crispy crust and soft bread and forms a new combo! I can’t imagine I can finish a bowl of pho and then a bread :) encourage everyone to try out the bread / Vietnamese sandwich with beef! The authentic Vietnamese spicy sauce is also a great addition to the original pho - I would buy one bottle of it if they have :)) I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Best pho place I've been to so far in Reno. They were friendly and fast service. Food came out hot and in minutes. Will be going there again when we have the chance.

Love this spot 🔥 Flavor, portion size, service. Pho is delicious but so is everything else. Great fusion menu with lots of options. Nice sake options, too. New favorite Asian joint in Reno. I’m usually looking for the best bang for my buck and Got Pho? provides that plus some. Good for families and casual dates. In a nice quiet and clean corner of town. Highly recommend. Actually I may have already given this place a solid review last year 😆

I’m honestly really mixed about this place; the food is really good but the service is just dreadful. I’d understand if the place is always packed and super busy but the last few times I’ve eaten here, my friend and I were the only ones there. Maybe they’re just really short staffed? They also straight up forgot to make my order the last two times I’ve ordered take out. I’d order online, come to pick up my order 40mins later like the website says, they’d tell me to wait in the lobby because it’s not ready yet, and then some frantic yelling from the kitchen area followed by 20+ minute wait in the lobby. I feel today was the final straw though; myself and several other customers were unable to pay for the food with a card because apparently their internet just randomly died. Rather than try to fix the problem the two staff members (maybe owners?) just argued behind the counter until one of them just shut the other one out completely and started messing with the settings on the TV, mumbling about no internet and YouTube not working. Meanwhile the other staff member went to the back room never to be seen again. It’s honestly a shame because their food is actually amazing. The fact that I keep coming back despite all those ridiculous problems is a testament to how good their food is. They just need more competent staff and (apparently) a better internet connection.

This is a location that focuses heavily on takeout instead of investing in the actual brick and mortar place of business. I'm sure the experience is better with takeout customers, but I wouldn't suggest dining in; I predict one would be more satisfied with the product outside of the serving space.

I love the food! I believe this is the best Chinese food in Reno! If you love flavorful hot and sour soup, this is for you! The pork chow menu is delicious. The shrimp with walnuts wasn’t swimming or drenched in sauce, as it was nicely balanced. The prawns were huge and it all had nice flavor (with light breading). We also come for the pho as it is the best in NW Reno. Definitely a gem of a restaurant. The family who owns it is very nice and personable. You won’t be disappointed!

Really really good pho, and what makes it better is the amazing homemade chili oil that the owner herself makes. One of the servers loves his job and you can tell, he has fantastic energy and livened up the restaurant.

What a great spot! We ordered honey walnut shrimp and general chicken, imperial rolls and fried rice, and it was almost too much for 3 people! Really good food and everyone who works there is soooo nice. I'm going to try the lemongrass dishes and the Pho next time.

Loved this place previously. Now, with new ownership love it even more. They no longer serve sushi but the new Vietnamese-Chinese menu should please even the fussiest of eaters. With expanded lunch special hours and now being open 7 days a week, I can get my Asian food fix every day. Great service whether take out or eat in. A hidden neighborhood gem! It seems to me that most who have given negative ratings are the types who can't ever be happy - prima donna "Karens" who can hardly spell. Especially if you check out other reviews they've left! If you come in with an attitude, you reap what you sow. My family has been in the restaurant biz for 4 generations so I'm a bit more understanding if something gets backed up in the kitchen or the front of the house. They would experience some short-staffing in the past but I've never experienced problems with it. New ownership/management has been super efficient and friendly every time I come in - which is a few times a month. So much to try 😉

Best sushi in Reno! Their nigiri and veggie rolls are amazing. It might look very quiet in there but trust me, it’s hidden gem

Had a GREAT time eating all you can eat. You really get so much sushi. The staff was really nice but service was a little slow. I think It was the day and time I came however

Closest Chinese food to the CA border. I just love stopping in on the way back from skiing, they have everything I want in a Chinese Restaurant menu. So much so that I have yet to try the sushi, but lots of others have and they look very happy. May be next time.
