Red Robin has the most phenomenal customer service! my waitresses name is Carla, trust me I would asked for her she is just amazing. I must admit I had certain expectations and they blew them away. Visit Red Robin if you want to True good night out with good food.

Picked up my Free Birthday Burger for lunch, Thanks Red Robin! When dinning in, my kids love the bottomless fries. Currently on Wednesday Kids meal's are 50% off. Also check out their Royalty Rewards program it's pretty bomb. Oh... and haven't tried it yet but I hear now they serve pizza? 🍕🤤

(** Posted 08/25/2023 **) — After getting off work earlier than usual and being in an exceptional mood, I remembered that I still possessed a Red Robin gift card that I earned in a past drawing at my current job; I hadn't been to Red Robin in a while (not since my last birthday, that is), so I figured it was about time to pop back in and redeem it towards the cost of lunch. As usual, one of the first things I noticed was how the overall appearance (plus the indoor & outdoor cleanliness) gave me a nice, cozy feeling with its asthetics and subtle glow (although I paid no mind to any of the suspended flatscreen TVs with whatever sports or news they had on them, and the central bar was a nice touch)... But I digress. I was greeted at the door and was seated promptly; my server was friendly, professional, courteous without being overbearing, and demonstrated a good attitude from start to finish. My meal was presentable and the right temperature all around: On the day that I'm writing this, I will say that the Poppin' Purple Lemonade was pretty good (and would probably glow just as prettily under UV light, lol), though nothing too special; my Bleu Ribbon Burger was oh-so *SAVORY* (you can't go wrong with blue cheese crumbles & crispy onion straws, especially!) and was held together just right with a sturdy pick; and the garlic fries? I wished I could have had a second round when my server had offered it, but I told myself I would leave room for dessert; however, I will admit that the fries WERE very much on the greasy side — so much so that the butter that they use became runoff that got soaked up into the bottom of my burger bun like a sponge... I can see how some people might complain about this, but y'know what? Finger-lickin' goodness, in the end; I'm not a particularly picky person to begin with, so screw it, I thought. And the minced garlic & Parmesan they used in the recipe made it all the more tasty. 😋 Finally, to round everything off, the milkshake that I ordered had decent chunks of real peaches in it, and silly as it may've sounded at first when I looked at the menu, I did not mind the gummy peach rings it was garnished with (hell, I like candy)... Not bad at all. Barely finished it by this time, too. Whoo... 😅 I shall make a conscious effort to come back to this establishment sooner than later, hopefully on a night where it's a little more packed so I can absorb the buzzing energy I think Red Robin deserves. 😉👍

Great service. That's the only positive ! Meals were terrible. I ordered the spicy burger with lettuce instead of a bun. Lettuce was frozen with ice on it. My Granddaughter got chicken fingers and it was maybe two bites ! She weighs 80 pounds and left hungry. I'm not one to complain, I figure when you eat out you roll the dice. Dont want upset cooks out for revenge if you know what I mean. Wife got a salad that was about three bites, cucumbers were dry and rubbery. Both our patties were pretty thin. Sorry guys, I don't like posting poor reviews, but this was pretty darn bad ! Waitress is the only reason you got a star. With all the competition because businesses aren't able to staff. I hope you change your ways ! I would not recommend going here for a meal !

Came in for dinner with my husband, was NOT greeted until about 5 minutes after waiting in an empty waiting room. Once we were seated, we were not given any napkins or silverware, just had our order taken by someone who was working the bar. Not sure who our actual waiter was. But we ordered an appetizer and finished it pretty quickly. No one ever took the empty tray from our table. Once we received our food, I asked for an extra ranch from the girl who brought us our food. (A completely random worker) She gave me a dirty look and said “Yeah, just give me a second.” And walked away. I proceeded to watch her stand around and talk with her other coworkers. When we were ready to leave, my husband asked for a water to go from the lady at the bar because she seemed to have a positive attitude. The random girl who served our food brought his water out and said “here’s your water… TO GO.” I love the food made here, but the service itself was not great. I will be warning people I know that the food is delicious but good luck on service. Oh, and did I mention? I never got my ranch. LOL

Birthday Burger for me was the Monster Burger and fries, along with the Sour peach and lemonade cocktail. My friend accompanied me and has a gourmet burger herself with a milkshake 😋 I'm am sooo glad that I know what I want, and Red Robin's knows how to make my burger the way I like it. The BLTA was awesome! I would order that again. Very good. I also enjoyed the beer cheese to dip the fries in. Great service.

THIS LOCATION NOW HIRING AGES 17 AND UP!!! Haven't eaten at this location yet but I have never had any complaints at Red Robin. They have a eclectic menu different than what other burger places offer. Bottomless french fries!

Everything was beyond amazing! The service was incredible and the food was delicious.

Out of town as traveling healthcare worker, ordered delivery to the hospital, got no ketchup, no utensils, no napkins. I paid extra for Swiss cheese, sautéed onions& mushrooms. Do you see any of those things? Shift leader Kristin said nothing they can do about it I got to get refund from delivery company! HMMM 🤔 so your cooks don’t bother looking or making what people order but you think delivery company gonna refund me for your mistake? She also accused me of lying saying they “triple check” order& girl that bagged up food seen the mushroom n onions, I said well she’s a liar! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Christine beautiful smile great energy provided wonderful service with prefect recommendations. I only got the picture of my son's brownie.

On 10/20 this place is hit or miss. I received pretty much no service I even had to get up to go get napkins and silverware. Nobody ever came back to see if everything was OK or if I wanted more fries. So I paid with a credit card and I usually leave a cash tip but since I got no service they got no tip. I would like to point out that I usually leave 20 to 25% but not this time.

Ridiculous. Went to red robin. Sat us in the bar area, people in from of us and behind us were put in main dining room, different hostesses. . About 10 minutes wairing bartender yells over I'll be right there just finishing drinks. I'll try to get someone to take your order. She was nice and appreciated her trying to get someone to take order. 3 servers in bar area watching LV raiders on TV. 10 minutes later still waiting, I stopped a waitress who just took an order for people right across from us who just got there and she said this isn't my table, went to bartender who was like that's fine. I watched 3 other tables who got served after sitting down way after us. Is this a way to manage a restaurant. There were not a lot of people in the restaurant. Lousy management. To add the waitress who did take our order was very nice. One bright spot

Red robbin is always a great choice! Good customer service, excellent food, and very rarely are you ever waiting around for a table. They are welcoming, kind and fast. Always a delight!!!

Our hostess was a cheerful young lady named Maddie, and the waiter was Maui he did a fantastic job of making our evening fun and awesome. There was a glitch with the tabletop POS system, so Maui took care of the bill by hand. Also, he communicated that he had a large party come in after us, and he made us aware of situation and took care of our needs first. Great staff and dining experience.

1st time ever to a Red Robin and it was a pleasant experience. The chicken wrap I had was good. The wrap itself was a bit dry but lots of sauce was added in to make it a bit of a mess. Oops, extra napkins please. My friend had a scorpion I think it was called, but that beef patty looked really enticing. Nice thick beef patty and jalapeños had me thinking I'd be back to try out the burgers. Bottomless fries too. Waitress was friendly and everything was clean on this visit. I do believe I'm going to have to try Red Robin again.

The staffing was amazing and checked up on us regularly. The manager was around on the floor asking customers if everything was alright. It wasn't very busy and there was no wait time. The only complaint I had was that the French fries were pretty much cold because they hadn't changed the fryer oil yet. But everything else was outstanding.

They are in the middle of remodeling on the interior of the restaurant. We ordered the basic cheeseburger and it came out hot and fresh with excellent fries. For both burgers fries and drinks total came to $37. Our server was polite and on top of things.

I have not been to Red Robin since Covid. Was shocked how filthy the place was. My water glass had something that ran down the outside crushed on. Lost my appetite Then I looked up at the light at my husbands soda glass there was spots on the inside. He was pretty upset. The check out on the table was all smeared and dirty. Then as we are waiting for our ck the waiter took a 6 people order before even checking on us. First got their drinks and then cam back to get their order. The whole time ignoring us right next to him. Then the door going out was so finger spotted and filthy. Not going back.

Burgers are delicious, fries are yummy, and I like their salad.. But their Mud Pie is the BOMB!!! 😋

It was good. Not what I was waiting for. I love hamburgers but it just wasn't great just good. I did season it up. I ordered onion rings which were really good and the raspberry tea was really good. The waitress was attentive.

The blue cheese burger was Amazing! Service was lacking slightly as far as attentiveness to our ordering as well as drink refills, but still very friendly and order was accurate and food delivered quickly.

A burger is a burger is a burger... Until it is a Limited Time Tycoon Burger at Red Robin!!! The flavor profile that is the standard all American cheese burger is about as pedestrian and predictable as the sky is blue, white when you throw in a couple clouds! The difference here is that truffles have been blended into the aioli used to dress the "tycoon". And this makes ALL the difference. The flavor permeates the lettuce. Zipps up the pickle. Kicks the onion flavor into a whole new note! As for the hamburger.... Grab it with two hands (Red Robin dresses this with so meny toppings the word "slider" becomes a gastro hazard), and judge for yourself.... The service was excellent, the restaurant was in need of a cleanliness upgrade. But not badly....

Super franchisee comfortable feel. However, they have a dedicated GF fryer for stuff... Like fries... And they will do their best to keep separate food items based on your allergies. Very helpful! I had the monster burger with a GF bun...it was awesome! Thanks for lunch! I had a great time!

Been here a few times Usually pretty good. Service is prompt. Atmosphere has been pleasant enough. Really recommend trying their desserts if you have a sweet tooth.

Great Food and the Staff was very Nice! Every sit down restaurant was full, due to being Sunday and in the morning, Me, my Wife, and Daughter decided to come here because it was less packed and there were seats available. I highly recommend this place!

My sister and I came to Red Robin for dinner, and it was a great night! Our burgers were delicious, the restaurant was clean and well-managed, and the wait staff was awesome. These guys don't get paid enough for what they do. The services are just astounding every single time I come here. The satisfaction I feel when I leave is definitely blissful. The crew is awesome and the servers/bartender always offer pristine services and they hustle, therefore you aren't waiting forever on your food, nor does it ever sit. These guys rock it here. Thanks for doing such a great job and having such good attitudes even when it gets difficult.

Went to Red Robin Gourmet Burgers for a quality burger, in Reno, Nevada . Second time visiting a Red Robin, ordered to go, should have ate in instead . Time was after 9:30 pm Memorial Day weekend Saturday . So there weren't many patrons before the biggest cookout in America. But it was nice, service was very much appreciated . Burger 🍔was damn good . I am not much of a beef or pork consumer at all, so when I do eat beef or steak, it has to be of good quality and cooking/grilling or baked good. Also, it should be noted, I do not consume cheese, mayo, or sandwich spread . So the burger or steak has to be well seasoned. I am quite sure there are much better burger establishments, but Red Robin is definitely an upgrade from production burger joints .

Glad to see more big chains offering plant based burgers. My Impossible Cheeseburger was quite delicious, with all the fixings. The fries were steak fries, which I am not a fan of. The girl who took my order was super nice, bonus ! All in all it was a nice experience.

Slow service good food. The staff was short (as it is everywhere these days). The waitress did a great job trying to serve more people than was humanly possible. The food took a bit longer than normal but it was good & hot when served. They were training a new waitress while we were there. Friendly and helpful staff!!
