The
word
'Disappointment'
is
an
understatement
with
my
recent
experience
here.
Or
should
I
even
use
that
word,
because
that
would
mean
staying
here
was
the
given.
Actually,
I
was
never
given
my
key,
and
had
to
find
a
different
hotel!
The
front
desk
closes
at
9:30,
which
is
understandable
for
a
small
hotel,
but
I
told
them
weeks
ahead
of
time
with
my
Expedia
account
that
I'm
going
to
be
late,
and
could
someone
stay
up
to
check
me
in?
Then
on
the
way
I
was
stuck
in
a
rain
storm
in
Hamilton
and
I
called
to
say
I'm
going
to
be
later
still.
It
went
to
voicemail,
but
no
call
back.
Then
when
I
got
there,
the
door
was
locked,
denying
me
the
room
that
I
paid
for,
essentially
leaving
me
homeless
for
a
night.
I
can't
give
a
firsthand
review
of
the
rooms,
since
I
never
got
one,
but
one
guest
that
night
said
he's
thinking
about
leaving
because
the
roof
leaked
and
rain
got
all
over
his
bed
and
he
can't
sleep.
I
got
a
few
messages
from
the
hotel
after
my
would-be
visit
thanking
me
for
choosing
them,
without
considering
the
dozens
of
calls
from
me
and
an
Expedia
agent
saying
they
locked
me
out,
and
have
they
noticed
that
they
never
given
me
my
room
key?
I
usually
don't
like
to
be
all
negative,
but
if
you
were
to
go
here,
make
sure
you
check
in
by
9:30,
because
they
don't
give
exceptions.
