    Seems like returning items at this store is a recurring issue. I purchased a pair of pants at another location and was in the area so I decided to return them at Hillcrest. The pants were unwashed, unworn (outside of trying them in-store and at home) with tags still attached, in the exact same condition I purchased them in. The staff at the store refused to return the pants because the "tags were on the wrong side of the pants" and if I'd purchased them that way, the original store should have noted this on the receipt. Didn't bother arguing and left. Went back to the original store and had absolutely no issues returning them. Avoid this store and just make the drive a little further to Markville. The staff are way friendlier and helpful.

    Honestly this place is ridiculous. My grandmother returned a sweater she bought me that didn’t fit, and they tried to tell her it was final sale even though she didn’t even buy it when it was on the pathetic 10% off sale. Then they said they would “make an exception” but tried to tell her then that because it was after Boxing Day she can’t return it anymore, even though the receipt, original cashier and the website says you have until January 7th. This is the second time we were given a hard time over a return. She then slammed the gift card on the counter and said “the balance is on the receipt” and walked away. I agree that head office and management need to stop hiring these girls that think they are on top of the world working a minimum wage retail job. They have absolutely no manners or respect. All the reviews for every Aritzia are the same. If you’re bigger than a small they won’t even look at you or help you, they don’t even greet you and you can tell how selective they are. They don’t treat customers equally and the customer service just isn’t there. Really disappointed once again. I’m done shopping here and my friends and family are done as well

    Head Office should really consider re training all staff on what good customer service means. Really disappointed in the treatment and very pushy attitude. You can do better Aritzia! You need to humble your sales staff. Very childish and unprofessional behaviour.

    Went to the store for shopping to this store this morning. Although some sales associates were very professional, I was taken aback by the cashier who checked us in . First of all our item was on the table to process but she took another customer anyway. After we paid for our item she just said “ here you go” in a tone she was happy to get rid of us . And also just dumping the item on the table. No courtesy to say thank you or even a smile . I will never go there again. And also advise others not to go . Had to give one star cause there was no choice to give 0

    Today I went there for buying some clothes to back to school. The staff who checked us in was super nice. When I tried clothes and told one of staffs in fitting room was super unfriendly. I found one of jeans weren’t the right size for me so I asked her to find right size for me. However, I waited for about 10 to 15 minutes, no one worked for me and they are chatting with others. It feels like they don’t want to serve for me, but if it’s like that, you can just tell me that you don’t have instead of waiting for you😡

    Went to the store to return an item to this store this evening July 26 at 7:10pm. the asian cashier was abslutely rude, super unprofessional and agressive. After she processed the item she said nothing in such way she was happy to get rid of me. And also just dumping the receipt and store credit on the counter with no words turning her face away started serving another customer!!. No courtesy to apologize for her behaviour and confusion, even a smile or explain of what she did with the store credit. I will never go there again. And also advise others not to go . Had to give one star cause there was no choice to give 0 Is there any supervisors to review comments and oversee employees in this location? They definitely need some training on how to treat customers in this location

    Being rude is one of the qualifications you need in order to work at Aritzia. I've been treated disrespectfully multiple times by different staff at this location. They're extremely condescending and judgemental when you are asking for help. The overall experience in shopping at Aritzia has been ruined by the poor attitude from the store clerks

    Came here yesterday just to browse and tried on a few pants. Ended up really liking one and making a purchase! Service is super prompt and quick. Didn’t have much interaction with staff except for getting a fitting room and paying.

    Shay ( I am not sure if this is correct spelling) she was working lastnight and is an absolute Gem! She approached me and asked if I needed help which I did. She is very helpful. She recommended some other items that I may like ...which I did and ended up purchasing. Working in retail is not easy. Shay genuinely seemed like she enjoys her job. She was very helpful and kind. Thank you!

    This 5 star rating is for a sales associate named Camilla at this location. She was so extremely helpful when I couldn't find a scarf I was looking for at this location. She let me know which location would have the stock for the items I was looking for. Another staff member attended to me right before her and that staff did not even try to help me check the back for stock and told me to look online for the stock availabilities instead of helping me. Luckily Camilla went above and beyond and helped me afterwards.

    I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about for this store! I went this morning, the staff were more than welcoming, friendly and willing to help me! The store had good stock, and was super clean. I definitely recommend this store and I’m so happy I live 2 minutes from it because I will definitely be back.

    Not very good. I understand they try to avoid higher volume customers jam on Black Friday. It’s such a big issue to return when there’s barely a line at 8:30pm. I don’t see any sign of not accepting returns. I hope Aritzia could be clear and post this policy online to avoid extra travel for customers.

    Had a horrible experience with the Manager Jenny at this location. She was rude, condescending and just awful. Wouldn’t let me return or exchange a brand new, unworn item purchased the day before because I took off, then put back on, the tags. I called head office and they authorized the exchange right away. Despite this she continued to argue with head office and then proceeded to whisper to the other employees giving me dirty looks while I browsed the store. Talk about a professional “style advisor”

    Zoe’s service is absolutely amazing. After not being able to get an item that was out of stock across the country, she contacted me days later when it was back in limited stock. Not only did she get the item (by contacting other stores to secure it), she had it shipped to my house. This was way beyond my expectations!

    Majority of people here are not helpful and simply cater to people they think are going to spend lots of money. It is difficult to tell who works their and find help. I was really disspointed with my last visit it really felt like they just wanted my money.

    I always try to give this aritzia another chance because they are 5 mins from my house but i will for now on travel to different one I have been told my employees that i'm fat and poor they have been rude to my mother i have waited 20 minutes for changing rooms. I honestly don't understand ever being that rude to another person in general but to a customer is insane.

    Customer service at this location is fantastic! The sales associates are incredibly helpful, it's like having your own personal shopper! They give professional insight, and personal suggestions and opinions, and special-order anything that isn't in stock. Because of the pandemic, I shop alone, but I need a second opinion before buying. All the sales associates are knowledgeable about the clothing and help me find the best fit and colour for my body.
