I
just
returned
a
bulk
order
of
scrubs
at
this
store,
and
the
store
staff,
including
the
manager,
was
very
impolite.
I
made
a
huge
order
to
purchase
for
coworkers
and
family
who
needed
scrubs
because
the
ones
we
wanted
to
try
were
on
sale.
However,
because
of
this,
I
returned
a
bunch
as
well.
Manigeh,
I
believe
her
name
was
the
one
who
helped
me.
During
the
return
process,
she
was
frowning
and
even
spoke
to
her
coworker
in
her
native
tongue,
unsure
what
is
was,
but
something
about
the
manager
and
how
her
expression
and
body
language
was,
she
appeared
upset.
She
even
asked
me,
"why
I
did
this",
which
I
felt
was
a
very
irrelevant
question
to
ask.
When
the
manager
came
to
help,
Manigeh
did
not
explain
to
me
why
the
manager
came
in.
I
specifically
called
her
out,
with
the
manager
there,
stating
that
I
felt
it
was
a
bit
rude
for
her
to
talk
in
her
native
tongue,
in
front
of
me,
appearing
that
she
was
talking
behind
my
back.
She
apologized
(with
no
sincerity)
and
was
walking
away
behind
the
cash
register
while
she
said
it
as
well
-
the
manager
did
not
say
a
word.
At
the
very
end
of
the
return,
I
explained
again
my
situation
and
apologized
for
the
huge
return,
and
stated
again
that
I
think
it
was
quite
rude
of
her
to
talk
in
that
manner
with
her
coworker
and
it
sounded
to
me
as
though
she
was
talking
behind
my
back
(whatever
it
was).
She
said
with
a
straight
face
to
me,
"I
apologized
already,
what
do
you
want
me
to
do".
I
stated
that
I'm
just
giving
you
a
customer
feedback,
and
being
in
such
a
diverse
city,
you
need
to
be
more
cautious
with
how
you
present
yourself
as
a
retailer.
She
said
again,
"I
apologized
what
do
you
want
me
to
do...what
do
you
want
me
to
do...".
I
felt
completely
horrible
coming
out
of
there.
Other
staff
members
coming
by
to
pick
up
the
clothing
that
I
returned
was
whispering
quietly,
commenting
on
the
things
I
returned,
which
didn't
make
me
feel
better
either.
I
was
just
pointing
out
the
fact
that
she
appeared
rude.
I
have
returned
these
bulk
orders
previously
due
to
the
pandemic,
because
I
did
not
want
to
stay
in
the
stores
for
too
long
to
try
them
out,
and
NO
ONE
has
treated
me
this
poorly.
I
even
had
causal
conversations
with
a
lot
of
them
Mark's
sales
while
they
go
through
the
returns,
and
had
a
great
time.
This
was
the
only
store
that
treated
me
this
poorly.
I
really
that
this
doesn't
happen
to
anyone
else.
