    First time at this location. Had a good experience. Store layout is really nice. Everything is clean and organized. Fitting rooms are sanitized before you go in. Staff are helpful and tend to your needs accordingly. Special thanks to Pat for making this visit easier. I had a couple of corporate discount codes and coupons to apply and she ensured everything worked out well. 100% recommend this location.

    I just returned a bulk order of scrubs at this store, and the store staff, including the manager, was very impolite. I made a huge order to purchase for coworkers and family who needed scrubs because the ones we wanted to try were on sale. However, because of this, I returned a bunch as well. Manigeh, I believe her name was the one who helped me. During the return process, she was frowning and even spoke to her coworker in her native tongue, unsure what is was, but something about the manager and how her expression and body language was, she appeared upset. She even asked me, "why I did this", which I felt was a very irrelevant question to ask. When the manager came to help, Manigeh did not explain to me why the manager came in. I specifically called her out, with the manager there, stating that I felt it was a bit rude for her to talk in her native tongue, in front of me, appearing that she was talking behind my back. She apologized (with no sincerity) and was walking away behind the cash register while she said it as well - the manager did not say a word. At the very end of the return, I explained again my situation and apologized for the huge return, and stated again that I think it was quite rude of her to talk in that manner with her coworker and it sounded to me as though she was talking behind my back (whatever it was). She said with a straight face to me, "I apologized already, what do you want me to do". I stated that I'm just giving you a customer feedback, and being in such a diverse city, you need to be more cautious with how you present yourself as a retailer. She said again, "I apologized what do you want me to do...what do you want me to do...". I felt completely horrible coming out of there. Other staff members coming by to pick up the clothing that I returned was whispering quietly, commenting on the things I returned, which didn't make me feel better either. I was just pointing out the fact that she appeared rude. I have returned these bulk orders previously due to the pandemic, because I did not want to stay in the stores for too long to try them out, and NO ONE has treated me this poorly. I even had causal conversations with a lot of them Mark's sales while they go through the returns, and had a great time. This was the only store that treated me this poorly. I really that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

    MANDY was the worst cashier I have ever dealt with, she has ZERO customer service. The manager of the store should do something because she works at such a good company but she shows her attitude.

    The old Iranian lady named Mandy has the most disgusting and nasty attitude ever. I brought a sweater to checkout and asked if it was part of the BOGO sale. It wasn’t and I calmly said I would go back and double check. She let out a deep and loud sigh. I quickly came back and said I simply didn’t want it anymore since I mis-read the promotion. I even smiled at her. She took the sweater, threw it at the back, rolled her eyes at me without saying a word. How miserable can you be? I didn’t even take up a lot of time and there wasn’t even a line up. Mandy needs to be fired immediately! I hope she doesn’t ever get a job because she doesn’t deserve it. I read many other reviews who called out her evil behaviour. Another reviewer named Arya Bina is most likely Mandy’s family member, or even Mandy herself, because I don’t know anyone who would support this vile woman.

    I bought some shirts the cashier ( her name was Mandy ) made a mistake to count the discounts , i politely asked her to check them but she was too rude , she violently took items and checked them she didn't explain did she solve the problem or not she just yelled check the reciept , she didn't let me to talk and show her the price tag , I don't know why a big store like marks doesn't teach their employees how to treat customers , i wouldn't come back to this branch and I will tell all my friends to ignore this branch if they want to be treated like a human. Terrible exprience thanks to Mandy for ruining my day!

    Nice and quiet. I had to go to work. I needed New shoes. But I needed nonslip shoes. And even though other places like payees do sell these safety shoes. I wanted something comfortable. And long lasting. The product did cost me $100. Very well worth the money spent. It was not busy. I had a staff help me throughout the entire process. They even went out of their way to come Outside and Direct me to my work instead of me paying a taxi to drive me there. I will definitely go back for my next work clothing needs

    looking for winter boots,and found a black one , is timberland SUK:410036488473 A young shop lady told me,out of stock here(Richmond Hill), she checked there's one pair ( size 6, fit my size)at Scarborough and told me call Scarborough by myself to hold the boots I contact Scarborough 4 times, unassisted! What happened !??!! 1)the young lady, (long hair) lazy and not helpful 2)what kind of services you provide??? 3) incredible company! Marks! how to increase business volume, when your company employed extraordinary staff just like this 👆 😤👎 Mark's 4) PLEASE well training your staff and PLEASE respect your guests.

    I bough a pair of boots almost tree months ago from this store( October 2022). I have been wearing them to work (my shoes at work are different), while driving mostly. You can see in the photos how bad the quality of the material has been. I've left messages for the manager and they didn't even bother to get back to me.

    been a long time loyal customer of your store, today that changed. For the past month I have been trying to buy a pair of steeltoe shoes in my size and today, while in the store, I tried to order my size to the store but this can not be done because my mailing address is required for such a purchase. why does one need to provide their mailing address when it's an in store order; does my privacy not mean anything? Now I shop at a different company to get my steeltoe shoes in my size.

    Previously gave it a 5. Now it's a 1. I tried to return something to the store but the cashier at the front, I didn't catch her name but she had glasses, decided to use morals and said I couldn't return it. She said it was wrong for me to return my safety shoes, like what do you mean wrong???? They were never worn, I just wanted to return it for a better deal

    Marks never let's me down when it comes to finding workwear. Or any comfortable piece of high quality clothing. Staff if knowledgeable. Love the fact that it's a Canadian company and we should support it and the rest because as Canadians..we expect the best because we make the best . Keep it up marks

    Awful experience. They dont know how to speak with customers. When i asked for the help , the staff was too busy talking with his co workers that didnt help me as a customer at all. I always had good experience in different branches but was my first time in this branch and had terrible experience and never comes back there. They really need to train their staff they have no idea what customer service is.

    MANDY is the most unprofessional and worst cashier that I have ever seen in the world. I had a bad experience with her because when I gave her the clothes I had purchased and asked a question, she rudely ignored me. She would scan the barcodes and then toss the clothes to the other side without any care like trash or garbage.

    Reading my fellow countrymen and countrywomen's poor reviews below makes me feel deeply troubled. This is a paradigm of the regrettable stigma of the poor inter-relationship within the Persian/Iranian community; especially among newcomers. What an absolute shame it is, indeed. Please do not entertain these completely baseless reviews from folks who have the "customer is always right" mentality, without any regard whatsoever for the human element of a business (i.e., the staff). I have seen the outlandish and outrageous requests made by customers such as these, from staff members who are surely limited to the store's guidelines and management's instructions. In fact, from my own personal experience, I know Mandy to be a model employee at this establishment, and not only does she care to do her job by the book, but she puts a tremendous effort into making personal relationships with customers and go above and beyond what she is being paid to do. My best guess is that, these kind folks with their poor reviews, likely got no where with their baseless complaints to management and decided to come to google to release their ill-placed anger. I kindly suggest that these folks consult a therapist, perhaps they can be helped to resolve their inner issues without taking it out on the members of the service industry. Appalling.

    Marks is a great place to shop for both men and women. Sales on all the time and great quality clothing. A good place to grab Levi's or silver jeans at a good price. Great selection of work wear as well specially the safety shoes lots to pick from for the men and the women's section seems to be growing all the time. I personally buy alot of my clothing here.

    I was met with the upmost respect and given an opportunity to really pick what I needed without a rush or any negative energy. Mandy processed the items, and like I mentioned, had the upmost respect, showed kindness and hospitality as cashier. In my opinion, she deserves a promotion. Her customer service was on-point! ity work gear. Well deserved 5 star rating!

    They are not a professional team when I enter the store and ask for one of the customer support agents he ignore me and didn't help for finding a size for my shoes he was very rude and very bad experience, they need to train the team and teach them how to talk to the customer and how they can help the customer.

    Bought steel toed boots at the store. Later found out I wouldn't need them at work and tried to return them. Was told they were used and could not be refunded. Unfortunately the only time they were worn was when I tried them on at the store. Customer service was nice though.

    I went to checkout a bag I saw online and I didn't see it on the floor. I went back to their site and I misread that one would have to order the product and they can ship it to the location. Oh well. I always love Mark's. 😉

    I’m definitely never going to shop at this particular store. I was looking for safety shoes and the salesperson there was so unhelpful and uninformed and in general I didn’t like her attitude towards me.

    I got third pair of safety shoes at this location 2 days ago but wasn’t comfortable at all i just worn it few hours on carpet at indoor job . So I tried to return it first no professional attitude second the manager said you used it at work I can’t return it for you . I didn’t know other people use the safety shoes at the Party .

    The lady helped me right away even she was at the cash helping others, she knew the whole store pointed in second where I can get what I was looking for. Lady at the cash saw me waiting in line for 1 minutes and called for back up and the gentleman showed us was super polite, offered me coupons related to the brand I purchased few stuff from. Very good customer services. Store is super clean well Managed.

    I went there 30th September on Saturday at 6 or 7 pm. There was an Iranian cashier she was about 50. She was very very very rude. Her behaviour wasn't good atall. She was insulting us directly. I want to ask you to change her ASAP. Because I was really offended.
