If you are looking for meat, this is one of the best places in Rio. Their sausage as apperitizers is delicious and I love their picanha. Their sides are also very good. I really like their farofa. This is a very traditional restaurant and it gets super busy during weekends. It is not an all you can eat place, you order the meat and sides, but it is by far my favorite place for churrasco. When I am in Rio, I always try to go there.

Das Essen ist gut, für den Preis habe ich jedoch mehr erwartet. Die Atmosphäre ist leider nicht allzu freundlich, genau so wenig wie der Service. Trinkgeld kann nicht mit der Karte bezahlt werden. Wenn man kein Bargeld dabei hat, was in den heutigen Zeiten öfter der Fall ist, entsteht schnell eine unangenehme Situation. Jedes Restaurant muss sein Geld verdienen, dieses Lokal ist jedoch zu sehr am Geld der Kunden interessiert. Direkt zu Anfang bevor man überhaupt das Menü lesen konnte, werden einem Brot und Chorizo angeboten. Diese findet man später auf der Rechnung wieder. Das ist in Ordnung, solange auf den Preis hingewiesen wird. Das war leider nicht der Fall.

No English menu, borderline unfriendly staff, only 500g+ Steaks. We don’t understand the good ratings, we regret coming here.

The picanya was good, but the salade was so-so. I liked their malbec.

This is very traditional stake house, the food is great, the service fantastic. Worth the visit. One thing to be aware, is that service is not included in the bill, a normal practice in Brazil.

V good meats, the meat chef is v professional. They have the meat displayed in a glass display, you can see it and order the part you want. Waiters knowledgeable about meat cuts as well. Recommended

A tradicional meat place. Not the usual "rodízio" (eat as much as you can) but reasonable quality meat. However they have implemented a policy to not include the tip with the check. If you want to tip the waiter you need to have change in cash. Ackward, cheap, annoying. Complained with the manager and the rude answer was "you have the option to not came anymore". Be sure I won't. By the way, coffee is horrible

One of the best places for meat in Rio de Janeiro. Very local, great quality and menu offering. Friendly and fast service.

I recommend this establishment, at lunchtime you have to wait a bit for a seat however it is worth it, I had one of the best steaks here in my life (speciality picantha) .

Delicious meat. But, the mashed potatoes were disgusting. As if potatoes were mashed with a fork in water. I am unlikely to return. Yes, delicious meat, but nothing more.

It don’t deserve this much good reviews, food don’t taste nice , service is slow and for sure don’t worth what they charge for , I don’t recommend it

Great meat feed, but ask for lean. Perhaps 100 grams of my 500g of chorizo cut was fat. Pimenta da casa is fantastic. Love the Iberian austerity of the place.

Great place to eat alone or in a large group!

We ordered a small picanha which was definitely more than enough for two! The meat was really good, and I loved their chips, the best chips I've ever had. Service was great and they were very friendly even if we couldn't speak Portuguese and they couldn't speak English (but they have an English menu).
