Don’t let the location fool you! It’s one of those gems in the neighborhood. Chef Buddhi is a master in the art of Sushi! Truly made from heart and served with love. Can’t rave enough about this place. Every visit has been special. Always check on their specials or request your cravings, this place will not disappoint.

We arrived around 4:30pm and the place looked empty. I was a little nervous at first but trusted the reviews. Boy am I glad I stayed. The salmon was incredible. We ordered the 49ers Roll, Spicy Salmon Roll, Sunshine Roll, 2 pieces of regular salmon nigiri, and 2 pieces of salmon belly nigiri. If I had to choose, I would definitely choose the Sunshine roll over the 49ers and the salmon belly nigiri was so buttery and smooth. The staff were so attentive and friendly. It was such a good experience. I’ll be back soon!

I only regret that I don't live here. This place should legitimately have a Michelin star or two. The food is outstanding. I hate mackerel, but the chef sold me on trying his, and it was phenomenal. I also had the butterfish, salmon belly, and rainbow poke, all of which were probably the best I've had. Go here, you won't regret it.

Look no further! Absolutely stunning sushi, with an amazing chef Buddhi. My partner and I had a wonderful night, we we’re looked after by the incredible staff from the beginning. The details went above and beyond and the quality was unmatched. We highly recommend!

Authentic sushi and Japanese cuisine, great selection of seafood. Clean and friendly environment. The food was awesome, and the service was wonderful. Warm miso soup and hot sake best suits cool San Francisco weather. Chef Buddhi is very knowledgeable and friendly. Amazing family owned business. Would definitely recommend it. Absolutely delicious!!! This place has it all! Owned by a very friendly husband and wife team, great cozy atmosphere, fantastic sushi! I’m in town for a work conference, and before I came, did some research on where to have sushi because in San Francisco you have to eat sushi. I found this place and I’m so grateful! We had such an incredible meal and time! So much so I’m going back tonight! Why go to another place when you’ve found a local hidden gem! Obviously I highly recommend this restaurant! 🍣💙

Neighborhood gem for good affordable fish. Friendly service in cozy and vibrant space. A by the books sushi restaurant, all the classics and favorites are here. Highlights for me were the hamachi Kama, the monk fish liver and the overall presentation of the fish. Tasty stuff. The staff were friendly and took care of us well. So why the 3 star? I ended up getting getting food poisoning for 3 days. Things happen and I’m not holding any grudges but it is what it is. You should definitely give this place a shot still, like I said everything else was on point.

DO IT!! Visited from Vegas and came upon this spot. I ordered the Rainbow rolls and Cali rolls. Super delicious. Tasted fresh, fluffy, and clean. Just the way I love my sushi! Amazing, friendly staff. Cozy, beautiful atmosphere. Will be back next time!
