The worst Starbucks EVER Stay away from this place and choose any one location around as the services are by far the worst I have ever experienced. I have been refused to prepare a coffee 15’ before closing, never saluted and most of the time not responding to my “Hi”.

It's an OK place. Same coffee as in other Starbucks venues and offers free wifi. Conveniently located close to the North Train Station. A little unclean compared to other starbucks locations I visited around the globe. The restroom was particularly cringe inducing.

Pleaseeee give your baristas proper training on how to make matcha lattes. Service was super fast, but matcha powder doesn’t mix just by shaking it with ice 🙃 It ended up super clumpy. Thank you!

Poor service. I've ordered 2 Espresso Frappuccino, but the taste was different between them and poor. Upset/tired employee

We stayed with our backpacks for 5 hours with no problem. I am from US so their drip coffee isn't as good as what we have there. Most likely because no one else order that type but me. Lol. But Latte was the same quality. Cozy environment with too many young people around.

I have been to bad coffee places. Some are selling brown liquid, not coffee. Never thought I would say that about Starbucks. Ordered a drip coffee. Took a sip, and it was cold. Who sells room temperature coffee?? What really ticked me off was that they casually offered to microwave it!!!! Are you kidding me ? Is this Nirmal? Threw it away as they kept offering options about how good it will be . It was my first and last visit to this pathetic excuse of a coffee place.

My favorite Starbucks in Bucharest. It brings back tons of memories from faculty and various meetings with friends. Good service, good beverages and sweets, could work more on cleaning the space (especially the toilets).
