THIS HOTEL HAS BEEN CLOSED SINCE APRIL 2020. If you're tourists looking for a cheap hotel, don't fall for this one. We made reservations 2 months ago through an agency and it all seemed fine. The rooms looked fine, the placement of the hotel was fine. But we got here and were shocked to see it has been out of business for over a year. Hotel managers nearby seemed to know and have met other tourists who were scammed, just like us. DON'T COME HERE! IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY, IT IS ALL CLOSED.

The saying ‘you get what you pay for’ has never been more true. We needed somewhere to stay on a budget so it suited our purpose regardless. It was a quaint hotel with good staff and everyone was helpful. The building and content is old much like Rome itself. Our room had one double two singles for our mum and son trip so plenty of room. Under the bed there was rubbish from previous guests. Shower again old and signs of limescale. Side table, dresser, wardrobe and walls all showing signs of excessive ware. Breakfast was limited and my son went without most morning until we went to the shop for fruit and yogurt. Something I would have expected on a breakfast menu?!? There was no fan (until we asked for one, which was taken from an unused room) no tv, no ventilation in the shower room, and the towels are like drying with paper towels. I did notice that we could barely hear the other guests which is always good at night in the city

    1. we ordered a room for booking. 3 euros is included in the booking price, but upon arrival you had to pay 3 euros per day. 2 Room dirty, long black hair on a spare pillow in the closet. bathroom: the toilet is all green, trouble is the same. very strong not pleasant smell in the room. bed terribly hold together and burst. 3 we ordered a room with a hairdryer, but we had to go downstairs and pay 10 euros. 3. breakfast is ok for the price. but almost empty: two pieces of bread and one toast bread, two crackers, jams and butter, and one piece of cheese and sausage.

Stayed there back in 2005 with my family. It is the worst hotel I've ever seen in my life! Dirty rooms, the wc was stinking, no a/c or tv - avoid it at all costs!

Guys on reception are very kind! The room is small, but enough. Bed with clean bed sheed, shower, window, cupboard. Breakfast is included. Closed to the center and termini station. A good choice for low-cost travel if one aims to go sight-seeing most of the day and luxury is not a must!

Needs a good refurbishment both inside and out. Great pity as staff are helpful and it's close to the main railway station. No fire notices in room also lack of fresh air (window above various kitchens), carpets very dirty and you can't adjust shower heads unless you are above 6ft so water runs into bedroom correction, dreary grey cell.no tv or tea/coffee making machines.

Staff at this hotel were very welcoming, friendly and most helpful. The room wasn't the best, which the receptionist did point out on our arrival but it was cleaned every day and the bed was comfortable so can't grumble for the price we paid. Breakfast served a selection of breads, jams, salami and cheese, which was good. Be prepared for lots of noise from the street throughout the night. The hotel is in a great location, quite near to the terminal being just a few minutes walk away and is within walking distance to most of the historic landmarks and buildings. Had a pleasant 3 night stay here and would stay again.

Pictures don't look like the actual place. Lobby is decent In the rooms there is old banged up, plywood furniture. Crumbling hallway floors dirty walls, dirty carpet, dusty, lumpy, beds. Bathrooms smell like sewage water You can hear every noise on the floor Towels are sheet thin. Never have experienced such a bad hotel. Many nicer hotels in the area for the same or better price.

Not the best hotel in Rome but it's great for sleeping and showering and the breakfast is lovely. The room was clean and the bedding was clean and changed every day, the shower was clean and towels changed everyday. The staff were absolutely lovely, all of them. Very clean and friendly hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Nice place don't always speak English but good service in the end. We called a day in advance and said we would be earlier than expected by three hours they said that is fine. Then we arrived when we said we would and they said we would need to wait for the normal check-in time. Which after an hour they decided to give us a room. Saddened the whole experience. The breakfast is good and satisfying.

We went here with school and there was nothing wrong with my own room. It was small, but we had everything we needed. In the other rooms however there were a lot of problems. People had no hot water in the shower, had no toilet seat and last of all there were bed bugs. The whole hotel had them. My room was one of the few that didn't spot them but they were everywhere. I know you shouldn't excpect much of a low star hotel, but having bed bugs is really disgusting.
