DON’T EAT HERE!!!!! They like to do “stuff” to food! Floor, spit or objects on your food! If the person took the time to put this on the sausage pattie, imagine what else! Sick!!!!

Great staff members at this location! The serving time can be a long wait depending on the time you’re there. Usually serves fresh food.

Stopped as a convenience only to get quickly back on the road. It was not clean, not fast, and their drinks from the soda fountain did not taste right. Hold out a little longer for another place to eat.

New McDonald’s with the play place; Ordered a McFlurry and they didn’t stir it; and they knew they didn’t stir it; I notice; I didn’t go back to anything I just ate it and moved on; So now I go to any other McDonald’s; The one on Belair is kinda trash too. It’s McDonald’s so you know the food’s addictive. You know it’s hit or miss with the whims high schooler on duty. Morning crew is normally good for a good sprite and egg McMuffin arguably the breakfast sandwich next to the Steak egg and cheese Bagel Foods good; I’m just salty about my McFlurry.

I don't know who was on the grill at the Kenwood location today 712/23 at 9:28am but that steak, egg and cheese mcmuffin I got was seasoned perfectly. It was delicious and the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had from McDonald's. Give that person a raise!

Mad right now because they gave me a happy meal, told me to move forward in my car, and I waited as 6 cars rolled past me until I got MY food, which was only a big Mac and bacon Mc double...and I got home and realized they gave me the wrong burger...a double cheese burger. My fries were cold, and the 15-minute wait made me lose my appetite, watching people get 2 and 3 bags of food while I sat there...and sat...and sat. Also, I gave the cashier my code for a discount and it wasn't taken off when I reviewed my receipt. Ugh....what is going on with Mc Donald's these days? Hire some people who actually WANT to work. Dang!

This morning I went through the drive through. Rude, unprofessional to put it mildly. When they remodeled they should have knocked the building down and left it that way. Hire a better class of people.

Kenwood location is open until 11pm but they turn off their drive through headset at 9 because they don’t want to work.

horrible customer service and the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. very unorganized and unprofessional and they got my order completely wrong. don’t go here seriously
