All in all nice resort with an interesting location on the Ostsee coast. Nice architecture and comfortable rooms, offers spa program, boat renting, has a nice restaurant and bar. It would get better rating if not prone to incidents with customers. An senior male receptionist (called Uwe, I think) insisted on paying accomodation fee although it was already paid (prepaid by a tourist agency which did the booking for the room). Upon he was politely asked to check with the manager, he simply said "No." I was shocked by such a reaction, as it was impossible to reach hotel manager in such a high-end (or supposed to be a high-end) resort! Only after his more approachable colleague, Ms. Carrillo Gomez interventioned, a senior staff member was somehow found and the matter luckily resolved in the last minute for me to catch the train for returning home... So a word of advice: 1) Do not pre-pay for the room, you may be scammed into trying to pay twice 2) If you do, print out the invoice and remind the staff tah you paid for the room every day 3) Avoid dealing with Mr Uwe 4) Wash out the bitternes of possible hostile interactions at the hotel bar

It's like a small island with many buildings, restaurants and bars that belong to the same hotel. It's a bit pricy I would say but facility wise it's amazing. We booked a room with balcony with sea view and the view was really great. They had big breakfast menu which was amazing. The facilities at the hotel was also great, there are multiple temperature controlled pool, jaccuzi inside the pool, large Sauna. If you wanna go for a quiet, luxurious and relaxing vacation, this is the place, but mind you be ready to spend lot of money

We booked a room on booking.com over a week ago, and it says we have to contact the hotel about staying with our dog...we have been trying to call the hotel for a week now, and have been unable to reach anyone there...i tried every option: reservation, reception, restaurant ...i tried to call back option...nothing! What kind of place is this??? I don’t understand how one can pretend to be a hotel/residence and not answer the phone ever!!!

Luxuary accomodation in an American resort style. Lovely rooms and interiors great location and spa. Child care is a super perk. Buffet breakfast is epic best I've seen. Only let down are the restaurants which are very over priced and of mediocre quality. A shame as that part of the trip did not meet the standards in the rest of the facility. Defintely recommend if you want a high end German vacation experience.

We travelled to Warnemunde by train from Berlin. The hotel is a short walk and ferry ride from the station. Beautiful hotel with views of the river/park/yacht harbour depending on your room. We have stayed here several times in winter and spent time in Warnemunde, in the peaceful Spa (5 Sauna) and pool and evenings in the bar. Every member of staff was friendly and attentive.

We had our family Christmas here. Besides the nice design of the hotel and the clean rooms, there is nothing good about this place. The service here was unfriendly, slow, and disorganized from the start of our booking through check out. The staff seems to be mainly comprised of grumpy trainees. They also don’t seem to speak German or English very well, which understandably makes it difficult to provide good service. The painful experience started with the booking process. Our group wanted a block of 6 suites. The reservations team took 7-9 days to respond between each email, sometimes only after me following up. In the week leading up to our stay, the team was a bit more responsive, but in general they made it needlessly difficult to organize our stay with them. When we arrived, we didn’t even get a “hello” from the reception. The keys were shoved in our face and no info or help was offered (no info about breakfast, where the facilities were, no offer of help with our luggage). Except for the breakfast, the food is overpriced, the selection is not great, and taste-wise, the food was pretty bland and unmemorable. One night in da Mario, we waited 20 mins to get our leftovers packed, and we ended up just leaving as it seemed the staff had totally forgotten about us. Another night in the Brasserie, the staff seemed very annoyed to serve us - to be fair it was busy that night, but our group felt unwelcome and uncomfortable there. They’ve overpriced a lot of their food and drink; make sure to bring your own water bottles or you’ll be stuck paying 7,90€ for 0,5L water. One night we asked for two liters of water delivered to the room; the bill including service charge and tip was nearly 40€ 😄

Just visited for a coffee as just missed out on seeing the seals. Very gentleman club like atmosphere. Foyer is nice though.

A nice place offering good services and a great spa. Although the restaurant services are somewhat more expensive then the room rates. Rooms are nice and elegant. Room prices are moderate. There is lots of international staff trainees. It is a welcoming international flair.

It could be a good marine if the service will work as a right man. I payed 25€for the place of catamaran and a harbourmaster ask us to go away from this place, just right after I payed. It's not correct and it's not polite. You disappointed me, I've been expected more, from this really nice place. Happy, that my catamaran Moya left this place, full of pines. And not polite service.

A top end spa resort experience on the Baltic coast north of Rostock. Incredible service, staff everywhere. Well appointed, comfortable spa and a number of connected shops and restaurants. Incredible buffet breakfast spread. Big beds, big rooms. One snag. Really, really bright sodium floodlights all around the hotel prevent you from enjoying a balcony view after dark and will penetrate the bedroom unless you fix the curtains tight.

Stayed at the hotel because I had to work in Rostock, I didn't use any of their many facilities, I had dinner at one of the restaurants and was delicious and service was very good. The room is perfect, a lot of space, a couch, desk al lot of cabinets and closets, the bathroom is also very spacy a bath, shower double sink. Complete room breaths comfort. My room had a view at Neuer Strom, and a terrace with two seats and table and two sunbeds. Absolutely recommend if you have to stay in Rostock.

During my past stays this hotel was nice but service was mostly rare. This time I discovered very bad service for booking! Try to call someone for more than a week daily. No response. The answering machine promised me that they will call back but nothing happened. Tried to book rooms online but their website freeze during booking process. I mean, if I can not book then I can not stay there anymore. Seems I will need to look for a new hotel on the baltic sea. Angry!
