Went here for my honeymoon and was very disappointed. They made it seem as though it would be impossible to get reservations at any restaurant, and when we were able to get reservations it was always after 8 o’clock. I noticed a lot more people other than myself complaining about this with the concierge. Paid for a private beachfront dinner in which we were picked up 30 minutes late for (around 8:50 PM) we we’re supposed to be taken at 8:15. They did refund 50% of the price for the dinner but still doesn’t fix the fact that this was my one honeymoon with my husband. It’s only partially adults only by the way, there is a kids side. Meal portions were very small and food was good, but not as good as i feel It should have been. Other than those issues the entertainment crew, poolside bartenders, and beach bartenders are all very attentive to your needs and always taking care of you, making sure you were enjoying yourself. The jerk chicken shacks we’re amazing. Room service was good. Beautiful property. If this hadn’t been my honeymoon my review may have been different but i expected more out of a 5 star hotel.

I stayed with Hyatt Zilara In August and had a good time. Most of the staff members were wonderful. The bell boys truly made it a lively experience. I received a free upgrade to a wonderful suite due a discrepancy. The food is alright. As a Jamaican, some spots were better than others. I much preferred to go off site for authentic cuisine! My housekeeper normally did a good job with maintaining my room. Housekeeping and laundry staff were wonderful. The gym staff was cool, and the equipment was clean and up to par. I enjoyed my massage and last minute facial buys as well. Room service always took a while to deliver services, but were courteous nonetheless. I had a lot of health accommodations and the chef and staff tried their best! Lovely aesthetics and nice beaches. My one week was certainly wonderful getaway.

Leonie Jackson, please, please do better!!! Unfortunately, my stay in Jamaica was disappointing. It hurts my heart to say it—one of my favorite places. I haven't traveled to Jamaica in years, so my expectations were set very high, so I picked a FIVE STAR HOTEL, thinking I could not go wrong. It wasn't delightful at the Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall. It all started with that check-in. The pregnant woman's vibe was off. The photocopied documents were so overwhelming that you had to sign the highlighted unfriendly areas. The servers were not engaging, not stellar. Meal portions were tiny, and the food was good but not FIVE STAR. The jerk chicken shacks were unique, but they did not have forks (ask Richard, the cook, he can explain). The last issue of note for me was the alcohol. I don't want to accuse you of watering down the alcohol; however, I found it interesting that I had more of a buzz from the mini bottles of alcohol on my flight than I did from drinking all day at the resort. I expected more out of a 5-star hotel. The Assistant manager Jason who has been working there for eight years was friendly and approachable. Don't change the entertainment crew; (be mindful of some slang). Poolside bartenders are very attentive to your needs and always care for you, making sure you enjoy yourself. The room service was good. Beautiful property.

I had a very enjoyable and fun stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind and friendly. I am beyond grateful for everything they did for me. They made this experience all the more memorable. I think the hotel food was good, but there needs to be more inclusion in terms of halal or kosher foods, to cater to different kinds of guests. Either way, thank you for the warmth ❤️ can’t wait to return to Jamaica 🇯🇲 soon

This is a fine resort! My wife and I came with ABC Supply as guests. The restaurants are very good. Our best experiences with Calypso. The seared tuna was perfect. Clinton the manager and Oscar deserve a special call out. You guys are the best. The breakfast is the best on the resort. The pools are clean. The beaches is combed. And everyplace is well staffed. The resort staff is wonderful, service from the heart, a Jamaica thing.

This was the best resort to stay in! The rooms were great and the amenities were awesome! Just the thought of having everything you wanted at your finger tips, made everything so easy. All the drinks you can imagine as well as being able to relax at multiple pools or hot tubs! I can't wait to go again! Just being able to relax at night on the beach was breath taking... I recommend this resort for traveling to Jamaica..

Visited in Sept of 2021 and I had a lovely time. The resort itself was clean, staff was friendly, food was good and drinks were plentiful. And the price was decent. Went to book again in 2022 with my sisters and I CANNOT BELIEVE THE PRICE TRIPLED!!! This is greed not inflation. This resort is not worth $400, $500 or $600 per night. That is just ridiculous. When we went in 2021 we paid $1350 for 5 nights. I’m well aware that the prices of everything are sky high but this bothers me that the this resort is trying to get over on people. And from reading most recent reviews nothing has changed, not the amenities, the amount of restaurants, no free excursions etc. Just the price!! They should be ashamed of themselves trying to get over on people like this… Until they come down on their rates I won’t be visiting again. And I’m sure I’m not the only one.

Just arrived back after a disappointing week stay. With the exception of the amazing staff, l follow with extremely poor reviews. Trip advisor had rated this hotel as number 1. That’s unbelievably false. The adult only section has 2 sit down restaurants on their site. The rest are over in the family section. Unfortunately the food with the exception of the Jamaican restaurant is very low standard. To sum up, the roast beef sandwich was good when you took out the roast beef. These staff are given low grade products. That’s on management. The pool is small, you cannot see the ocean from the infinity pool. That’s a first in any resort l have stayed in. The beach, l went in the water 1x all rocky. The beach is small and sectioned off with ropes. The elevator to our floor , the button would not operate and you had to access via the floor above. Staff great, resort spotless, room extremely clean, expect low grade food options. Entertainment good.

Amazing resort w/care and attention to detail. The staff is friendly, fun, polite, and respectful and it is their priority that you enjoy your stay. They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect 🥰 I will definitely return!

Great hotel. Service is lovely, staff is lovely & obviously the food is AMAZING. I loved the local cuisine & the cafes were also great. Staff is always willing to assist in ANY way & are very kind. I’d recommend coming here to celebrate any event or just relax with your significant other.

Absolutely loved and enjoyed each second of our stay. The food was great the staff was great and it was a special occasion, my girlfriends birthday! They treated her as royalty ( myself included but it’s not about me ) will definitely be back to enjoy again! Respect!!

A beautiful resort in a great location to airport. The staff was very helpful & kind & work very diligent to make sure everything is fine with guests. The resort is big and beautiful. It offered a lot food and entertainment options. My favorite worker Daniel has an amazing voice and a pleasant person. The only bad or negative thing about resort is accessible issues. Due to my work experience I always key in on if the disabled could enjoy a place. The answer is no from what I saw. The bridges that connects to beach & other areas of resort have steps, which makes it impossible for a person in a wheelchair or walkers to go over. I also did not see a lift for the pool that would help a handicap person enjoy the pool. I know it's not America but these tourists place should consider a handicap customer. I would go back again to see if they made any changes...hint ..hint.

The adults-only Hyatt Zilara Montego Bay is a lovely resort. The property just seems to embrace nature - you just get that feel from the lobby entry to the views - it really is a delightful property. Landscaping is top notch; service staff very friendly and engaging. Had an "ocean view junior suite" which was very nicely furnished - massive private balcony. Everything LED and digital - very nice. Food quality was good even at the buffet restaurant. It shares amenities with the neighbouring Hyatt Ziva which extends what guests can partake in.

Where do I begin. The premises and our room all deserve 5 star marks. We had a beautiful ocean front view. I’ve done multiple Sandals vacations and have always been very happy with the amenities and service but was always disappointed with the food. I’m a big foodie so this matters. I was pleasantly surprised at the Hyatt Zilara because not a SINGLE meal missed the mark. Everything was delicious. I was ready to be done with all inclusive resorts but the resort food was amazing. The service was stellar, and the people were awesome. I will definitely be back and this hotel really made our trip worth the money.

The room could have been better. Maybe a nice rug on the floor, like the pictures on the website portrayed. The room could have been cleaner, like a deep cleaning. There could have been music playing throughout the resort and maybe in the restaurants. The view of the ocean was lovely. Food was delicious and the drinks were good. Overall, I enjoyed myself. I was there to take part in my cousin's wedding.

Only issue I had was b4 we arrive there must have been a heavy rain. In building one elevator was a faint smell of sewage..Otherwise it was great. Food. Service. Room..loved the Michael Jackson review last night there...I would recommend and go back. 10 minutes from airport. Gated and security was excellent...

Service is impeccable! Someone from the restaurant stopped us at the pool and offered special kosher meals for Jewish guests. We had lunch and dinner every night! Chabad is across the street. The rabbi is incredible and we had an amazing experience there over shabbos.

Spent 4 days at the Hyatt Rose Hall. It a nice, quiet resort that offers both an Adult Only and Family Sides. Majority of the restaurants and Entertainment takes place at the Family Friendly side of the resort. The service and food are good. The beach is beautiful and the water is calm.

This hotel is located off the Rose Hall main road, not far from Rose Hall Great House. Once you check in to Hyatt Zilara you are escaping to a beautiful world of fun,relaxation, enjoyment and amazing customer service. The staff at this hotel works flat out to make your stay a memorable one.

Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation. I celebrated my birthday here and Shawnalee and Francene made sure everything was perfect. The staff is so nice. Great entertainment. Beautiful property with amazing food. It was my first time in Jamaica and I would definitely return here!

We had a wonderful time. The resort is clean and the staff was attentive and friendly. We planned on trying each restaurant once, but we we had such a great evening at the Italian restaurant, DiRoza, we went back again. Kevin, the manager, went above and beyond exceeding all expectations. He is genuine and it is apparent he enjoys his job. He cares about each guest and works diligently with his staff to ensure an outstanding dining experience.

Majority of the employees that was so nice I love the service from the heart. All the artists at the resort are amazing. Resort is beautiful. Only thing thing I did not like is that l wasn’t able to have a long walk at the beach because is a security guard in the next resort. Favorite food was at food fair at the resort.

The customer service was excellent. Every person I encountered asked me if I needed anything and inquired about my stay. Dinner options were immaculate. The restaurant’s ambiance and presentation in each dish were most notable in my experience.

This was such a great experience for my family. I enjoyed every minute at Hyatt Zilara. From the concierge to the housekeeping to the bartender to the activities staff, everyone made my stay wonderful. Everyone that I came across greeted me with love and respect. They were all genuine. They made sure that I had the best time. I would like to give a thank you to the activity staff for getting me involved in their activities and making me feel like I was at home. I want to personally thank the following individuals from the activity staff. Overall, I would definitely recommend Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall ten times over for the best vacation ever. The staff from all aspects of the hotel did a fantastic job and went the extra mile for their guest to make them feel like they were home

Amazing resort in Jamaica!!! Took a tour of the property earlier today with Z-Teamer Stacy Ann who is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The tour was great and she's a super fun tour guide!! I've been here almost a week and my stay has been incredible! I did yoga on the Ocean Gazebo, eaten amazing food everywhere (VERY highly recommend the grilled Norwegian salmon at Fuzion but honesty, everything has been terrific)! All you can eat and drink on a beautiful beach in Jamaica-- what more could you ask for??

Me & three of my girlfriends stayed here 2weeks ago for our girls trip! Service was wonderful, food was delicious along with the service at all the restaurants. We weren’t able to make reservations due to our scheduled activities outside of the resort. However, they were always super accommodating and fit us in. Julio, the pool bartender!! Honestly he made our stay even better! The never ending delicious drinks. I will be returning and heading straight to the bar when I do lol. Our 1st from was Beautiful. We did get an upgrade halfway through our stay to a Junior suite in building 2. But honestly we enjoyed our regular 2 queen room more. Mainly because it was a newly renovated room & the location was perfect. Right near the main lobby. However, still no big deal both rooms were nice!

My wife and I have never done an all inclusive and this was an amazing experience. We took a taxi off premise with the driver named Marvin. He was incredible. He took us into town to see the local spots (not the typical Margaritaville) and showed us some history that was great. He knew the perfect shopping spots as the resort shopping is overpriced, but convenient. Marvin even had us stop by scotchies restaurant- true jerk food, we bought his lunch and had him sit at our table with us, it was a great day! The resort is amazing and so accommodating in every sense. Every night the dinner have been amazing (make sure to reserve your spot, it’s easy) and we ordered almost every dish on each menu every night. There no sense in trying to choose just one! Each dining spot has a unique flavor and you will not see the same meal anywhere. The beaches are great and the pools are so cool, the property is very well manicured! Every worker is thrilled to serve and we have gotten to know so many locals inside of the resort. We found it a joy to call each by name and tipping just set a smile on each of their faces. What an amazing week!

We had the best time at this resort! Excellent food, property and wonderful staff. Rajae at the activities was the best! We enjoyed every bit of what this resort had to offer, from daily activities, entertainment, to the state of the art gym. Staff was very friendly and courteous. This is our second time here and we'll definitely return! Our family of four absolutely loved everything about the resort.

This is probably one of the best all inclusive resort I’ve been to. Here’s what I loved the most about this resort: 1. I’m not exaggerating when I say they had an activity literally every hour. Even in the rain they were still finding things to do. 2. The staff was super friendly, especially the activity directors. They really encouraged people to get out their shells and participate in things like the dance lessons and parties. 3. The food was amazing. I don’t think I had one bad meal here.

My husband and I came to Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall and have been absolutely blown away by the level of service. All of the staff work incredibly hard and go above and beyond for their guests. The property is beautiful and there are activities daily like reggae dance lessons, an evening pianist, movies under the stars and more. This is a perfect spot for a romantic getaway or a family vacation.

The Hyatt Zilara was the most relaxing experience of my life. Beautiful beaches, relaxing pools, a lagoon, multiple restaurants, and bars make this the perfect place to forget about all the worries in the world. Simply paradise. Comfortable rooms and a friendly staff. I felt like the staff worked on "island time." Coconut cart was perfect touch! Food was par. Fusion restaurant was the best option for food, in my opinion. The entertainment was very fun and interactive. There are interactive maps around the resort to help navigate. It would be easier for guests to have a map with a breakdown of the resort. It took us the entire time to figure out the system and concept. First trip, I did no research, might have been my bad.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The staff is very accommodating, the food is excellent and the scenery is breathtaking. My wife and I had a private dinner on the beach one night and Jhamonique took great care of us. Toni-Ann did an awesome job of serving us drinks by the pool. We will be back for sure!

I stayed at this resort for my best friend's birthday & had an AMAZING experience! Literally a 10/10 experience, I felt as if I was in actual paradise. Everything was phenomenal, from the room service, cleanliness, and most importantly- the food. Every staff member that I encountered was extremely friendly and eager to help. They all went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The Hyatt will be seeing my face again! ;) Thank you!!!!

Stayed here for our honeymoon. Excellent choice. Very friendly staff, great activities every day (or almost everyday). Loaded resort with lots to do on your own or with the dedicated staff members. So many great people working there. We were lucky (travelled in May 2022) that the resort was not overly crowded, because this was a real gem. Great food. Make sure you make dinner reservations the first thing when you get there so you can try every restaurant. Free sailing/paddle boarding/kayaking activities. Excursions organized through the resort were great as well. If you want to/like to tip, make sure you bring some cash.

The resort was very clean, all employees were friendly and helpful when needed. The food was tasty. Lots of options for food, the beach and pool were excellent. The hot tub were not Hot at best maybe warm, The real hot tub was inside the Zen spa. The only drawback was entertainment, the live shows ended at 10pm. Then you had the bar/lounge that had Karaoke or DJ. Family side and Adults only side and the resorts are connected which is great. They also have good meeting space. All of our services were Excellent. #FCBCTravels

I like to splurge on a nice hotel but this was NOT it. The room is plain white and looks l nothing like the photos beside the bathroom which was actually beautiful. As I tend to stay at Hyatt hotels in NY, the beds here are just horrible. It was hard as a rock and I like a firm bed but I couldn’t take it anymore after day 2. Be aware that this isn’t a “adults only” resort. They share their property with the Ziva hotel, which is there family side. You will absolutely see kids as you go to the pool, restaurants and any night activities. The beach is non existent and boy oh boy the food is so bland and boring. It’s actually disgusting. I spent a lot for a beautiful all inclusive resort just to find myself constantly spending more money to leave the resort to eat something decent. The taxi on site isn’t cheap either! I feel cheated as I absolutely didn’t get my monies worth. I will not stay here again.

The resort was absolutely beautiful! The service was great. Our swim up room was amazing. The food was good. Toni D and Avian were my favorite poolside cabana girl and bartender. Their service was unmatched. I can’t wait to come back.

We arrived today earlier than 3pm check in time. We are a family of four, with 1 years old and 4 years old. Our room was not ready and we decided to get a lunch by the beach. The server there was excellent and we had an amazing jerk chicken and coconut drink. After we went to have a dessert and latte and checked back in with front desk of our room was available, as it was around 3pm check in time. Since it wasn’t ready yet, and we totally understand, but my wife and our kids were very tired. Everyone at front seat were very nice and they explained that the housekeeping supervisor should provide us with a clean room. Since we couldn’t wait because of wife and kids condition, Richard, Manager on Duty was very helpful and courteous and professional to fix it. He gave us a temporary room and then upgraded to a one bedroom suite with amazing ocean views and balcony. Richard truly turned around our entire experience to another level and we all appreciated it very much. As an investment professional who managed large hotel brands and owns hotels in the New York/New Jersey area, I liked how Richard stepped in to make our stay wonderful. We are very happy with our stay and had a great dinner at French restaurant tonight.l, with great staff and service with a smile. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone with families or couples, we are truly feeling happy and taken care of. Thank you Richard and all staff at Ziva!😀🙏

Traveled for my daughter's destination wedding and a wonderful choice it was. It my first experience with an all inclusive and see the advantages. There is for families and a side for adults, which is brilliant. The rooms are very nice . The staff is attentive. Food options galore. Oh, it is definitely a destination for weddings.
