    Terrible. All staff look tired and not happy. Takes ages to prepare. You be a lazy food not fast food. My hamburguês came like this photo. They don't provide mostard you have to pay for it :( Order from McAllister is a way better.

    Night shift is doing a passive strike by only taking one order at a time and not taking the next until the first is served to make it appear as though business is slow. Managers enforce this behaviour though timing the processing of single orders (start- finish). It's like this most nights.

    Poor service. I saw Ryan the manager be extremely rude, short tempered, and unapologetic with a guest who asked for more than one tap water. Very long wait times on top of the drama. I wouldn't want to work under him or recommend this particular location.

    I ordered a meal from drive through and ask for no ice of the drink, they literally gave me a drink missing 30% the server Kaylee very rudely said it filled by mechanics and without ice is like this I can't add more to it. I been ordering no ice drink with McDonald many years it has been first time someone try to educate me about what is the portion should be in the cup. By her means I should have 30% if I order black coffee because there no milk. It is okay to not fill it full by the machine, also you don't have to be reaching out for replace the drink for me. You can bring the drink out or let me park and bring the drink in. I am looking for solutions no excuses over and over again

    November 20 @2:35am: the girl at the drive through was VERY rude to my husband. Got home from a late shift, sent him out to get us some dinner & he came back so upset it ruined our dinner. Spent $50.00 on a meal that was cold by the time he was calm enough to eat. Will definitely be filing a formal complaint. Rude, unprofessional customer service... take out shouldn't be a frustrating experience.

    The renovations at this North End McDonald's are so nice...we really enjoy having a meal there. Well that has been our experience up to the last little while. The staff are friendly, the food is consistent but the atmosphere has definitely gone downhill. Lately it seems we eat our meal amidst garbage since people don't seem to be cleaning up after themselves. It might be due to the fact that the garbage containers are overflowing so customers don't have anywhere to put it. I can't help but think that with walk in customers, drive through customers, online orders and now skip the dishes there are not enough staff scheduled to maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and that is unacceptable. These are a few pictures taken on our visit Friday evening.

    Quick and friendly staff and lots of seating. The food and the strawberry 🍓 milkshake that I had was great. Noticed that there was a big line up at the drive thru like always and decided that we should dine in, glad we did. Dinning area was very clean as well as the washrooms.

    It's McDonald's. You get what you expect. Not high end but acceptable. Service was very good. Ice cream machine was working for my son so that's a plus for service. Atmosphere was a bit weird but that might be the locals. It was mid evening but seemed to be the time of weirdness locally.

    Try the drive through if you have all day and don't mind being trapped. This McDonald's seemed to be getting better until they expanded their drive-thru and now they just don't know how to function. A fantastic place to go if you've got a lot of time to waste. Not fast food.

    There was a drive thru line up blocking the street. So I did curb side order on the app. I paid before any cars moved in the lineup. Then all the cars plus 7 more I counted went through the drive thru. It took 30 minutes to get my order and it was cold. My pumpkin spiced latte was basically ice and only half full as well. Hashbrown was definitely sitting on the counter for a while becaus it was cold and soggy with a cardboard texture. All the cheese on my mcgriddle was basically attached to the wrapper since it melted and then re solidified to anything but the cold sandwich. Worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. Do not ever ever ever use there curbside. They clearly don't care about those customers.

    This branch is quite different from all McDonald's branches I know . The staff act with commanding and unfriendly tone. They dont sound friendly. The washroom didnt have tissue paper and I couldn't use the toilet. couldn't get a meal, as the crew member said they don't serve the option I picked after 12am i.e. McCrispy spicy , If I remember well. I could rate this branch 2/5

    Dined in here. It’s a nice place - the food tasted good and was prepared well. Atmosphere was appropriate and peaceful. Would definitely recommend stopping by here for a quick meal before you go about your day! I had a wrap and ice cream and it all tasted really good! Great experience here.

    This is always one of the brands my kids love (but it seems like a lot of adults like to come here too). Many delicious dishes, acceptable prices, comfortable seats, friendly staffs, large parking lot,... Convenient location (at the intersection) Tom Mozzarella Crispy, Thai Sweet Chili Chicken, Poutinea, Baked Apple Pie and Vanilla Iced Coffee. These are our favorites.

    Been throughout Canada as a customer and as a delivery driver did 40000 deliveries and as my experience I can say this is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to ever( Service,Management,Staff) all of it is as bad as you can get. Not based upon single visit observed my best Thanks 🙏

    Ordered delivery through their app. They didn't send the drinks and the breakfast sandwiches were missing the egg. They would not resend the missing items and only gave partial credit for what was missing and nothing for what was made incorrectly

    This was an awful experience. Me and three friends all had our order wrong. The water was foul. The screen order machine was out of printer paper and the employees seemingly knew so with no information posted. Food was subpar even for McDonald's restaurants.

    Worst service ever... I have been in McDonald's in New-York, in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Paris, London... Saint-John main street's service is really the worst of all... I ordered online, had to wait 25 minutes for 2 happy meal, 1 big Mac and 1 quarter pounder... Some peoples received their order before me... And they just waited for 5 minutes... Really... That place sucks and my big Mac is cold. Shame on you !

    I went through Drive thru last night. Did not get 10 pack nuggets with my order these were the large fries I ordered. Called store annoyed, as I stopped going to this store due to the errors and lack of customer service and I received the same i am annoying response. I receieved a call this morning from the store, thatI had requested a call..because I called corp. This is not over missing nuggets and half fries, It is the attitude and how the Manager acts like I am trying to get something for nothing...the last 3 times I was missing something from my order or the order wrong. I asked for a refund, and told that he was instructed to tell me no refund without receipt or food. I wasn't given my receipt as i looked last night, but u can tell you the time and what was ordered. No???? I cannot get a refund for nuggets I paid for and the fries were a joke???? Told 3-4 Managers working last night, unable to determine who i spoke too, because I didn't hear his name. But told me they say their name when they answer the phone. Nice. Very defensive and unprofessional in my opinion. I would like a refund of the product I PAID FOR AND DID NOT RECEIVE. I am the last to complain, but when I pay for a product and spoken too like this over missing food...this is not ok.

    It was so clean in this McDonalds that all of my family visiting from away said it was a pleasure to dine there. We visited there on Wednesday Aug 3rd. Amazing service and cleanliness. Well done job. 😊

    Night staff don't clean or prepare coffee for morning shift. I meet with friends at 6:am at this location every day. 90%(at least) of the time ,no coffee made and the floors and bathrooms are filthy and garbage cans (inside & out) are filled. Sometimes we have to request a cloth to wipe tables.

    Nuggets returned...cold...stale. new Nuggets arrive...warm...not hot. Quarter pounder room temperature...cheese cold... Hate to knock one of my favorite treats (McDonalds restaurants), but I will stay clear moving forward. No upside to my patronage.

    I made a curbside order that took a little time which is completely understandable. The employee that delivered it to me was very kind. My concern is that Sussex MacDonalds & Quispamsis are following the add which states iced coffee is $1. You're store charged me $1.50 for both plus tax on top of that. It should have been $2.30. Is this a scam? It doesn't say it's not available at certain stores. It popped up as I was placing my order. I didn't bother going in because I sadly watched 2 of your employees at the Main Street location) get screamed at by the man in the car beside me. They didn't deserve it and I didn't want to cause them more stress over a situation beyond their control. This feels very wrong. Please advise. Please remind your staff to not take ignorant customers comments personal. My heart hurt watching their faces as he screamed. When my iced coffee order came I asked the employee to please let the 2 employees know they did nothing wrong. Wish the world could be kinder.

    This MacDonald's is a fairly large store and can accomadate quite a number comfortably.. It allows for each table of customers to enjoy their dinner and conversation. This whole dining area is surrounded by the store windows, which provides for entertainment.. They have some mature staff and they are very friendly. I always enjoy my visits here..

    I mostly order skip from here but I do come here from time to time and I must say there isn’t much to complain about minus maybe the bathroom that was kinda gross but all public bathrooms gross me out. The point is the food is good, the staff polite, and the service quick. They use to get orders wrong a lot on skip but it’s been getting much better lately, would highly recommend it.

    The staff were very rude and made me feel like I was bothering them. I have never been treated so poorly at a McDonald's or any other fast food restaurant. It wasn't very clean and the staff seemed more interested in standing in the back checkout the people coming in but not actually working. The fries were hot and everything else was cold but it still managed to take them 10-15 minutes to complete I very small order. I will definitely not be returning to this location. I'd give a half a star if possible and that's only because the fries were hot.
