The location of this hotel is quite good for restaurants, shops... everything is at a walking distance. The rooms are good in size but airconditionning doesn't seem to work! It was 30°c inside during the night, if you open the window you hear all the (fast) traffic, locals passing right in front. The service is not customer oriented either. On the other hand, breakfast is great! The restaurant attached is quite good for the food! but service is poor.

The rooms look good but not clean enough. We found several hair strand on beds. The role that forbids buying drinks or meal from outside of hotel and bring to your room, made me feel uncomfortable 😣. The other problem we faced is there was no one to answer your calls in reception!!!! It made me really angry 💢😡💢

Not a friendly staff, made me cancel and leave, before seeing the rooms. Very expensive and overpriced for its area. 1 room here for 1 person is 500tl, I Booked a room for 4 at another hotel 5mins away from this one for 450tl.

I stayed here with my family last month when we were in town for my son's wedding. I ordered a large room, then received a message that we were getting an upgrade. I thought this would be a good thing, but be careful!! The room was big, but very claustrophobic and dark since there was only one small skylight, no other windows at all! There were a few other issues as well: the duvets were too small for the quilts (we are not sure if they were cleaned), the water in the shower drain was backing up, and the thermostat did not work properly! We did complain about the thermostat because our room got so hot, especially with just one small skylight. Surprise, surprise they were able to at least fix that from their side! But breakfast was great, everything was delicious and there were many options to choose from. The reception desk staff also could have been more welcoming and smile at least once or twice. Overall, even though the hotel is rated 4 stars, I would not say it was a real 4 star experience

I booked a suite for two nights online and forgot to put two children in the online reservation, age 7 and age 11, and I called the customer service representative the day before my reservation on 6/29 and gave him my reservation number for two days , and he booked me for two children and told me you must pay 600 Tl when arriving Knowing that I was able to book online with a difference of 533 liras, so I said there is no problem because the difference is small, and I was surprised upon arrival by asking for 1200 liras and forcing me to pay, and I asked him why he did not inform me by phone even though I asked a day before by phone and his manner was not good . We booked two rooms, one of which is a suite that can accommodate 5 people. However, we were charged an extra amount on the pretext that one of the suite rooms can accommodate 3 people. It is possible to add a child to the other room booked on the same night.

They don't offer an iron, the blow dryer doesn't work, the shower tub doesn't drain well, and they don't give any hospitality vibe. The atmosphere is not welcoming

One of the better hotels in this range. Nice rooms, nice dinning area with tasty food. Location is basically center of Sakarya downtown with bunch of bars and restaurants around. If you happen to be in this area I would definitely recommend this place.

One of the best hotel in sakarya. It's a four star hotel but can compete five star hotel. I stayed three nights there and very much impressed by there cleanness and maintainnes. Very well behaved and cooperative staffs.

I spent here 9 nights, after having a bad experience in a previous hotel. From the beggining the staff was so friendly and helpful. The ambient and aesthetics of the hotel are really impressive. Makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Also the food in the restaurant is of high standard. The standard room is spacious enough, with a nice bathroom. The only minus is sometimes the furniture. It is beautiful, but a lot of times not very practical. I had some problems with the air condition too. Also the tables and bathroom sink could be a little bigger. The staff are absolutely amazing. Always helpful, kind and hospitable. EVERYBODY. I recommend this hotel 100%! Teşekkürler ON7 Hotel

A very cosy small but fair pricing. In a very nice district with cafes, restaurants and shopping malls around. Was a good choice to stay for my business trip.
