Awful experience. The room is dirty and the air conditioner is not working. Also there was the music up to 12:40 am. Definitely not worth it.

Medium level hotel. Good food, clean bedding and towels, nice view. Room was clean in general, but very dusty. Broken sockets, so you can only charge one phone or laptop.. Broken hook in bathroom. There is a highway behind the hotel, and it is so loud, sleeping will not be comfortable.

This is a wedding hotel. If you want to stay on a calm, comfortable place i don't recommend this place. Wierd wedding songs keep going until 11pm and no parking slot can be found. Poor service and poor accomodation for the price given.

Absolutely horrible experience, the music is loud, AC is not working and it was one of the most expensive rooms Food is average, music plays till 00:30 even if they told it will be over at 00 Not recommend

I can't say I wasn't there because we stopped to use the restroom... On the other hand, we enjoyed walking around the garden which overlooks the Sapanca Lake. Very lovely atmosphere and very relaxing.

The place itself is nice. However their service is awful. Especially the waiters are not well trained and mixed up all the orders. We ordered food in 3 days in a row and it's either late, incomplete or wrong. Besides, they are taking too much people from outside who keep them busy while forgetting the people who actually stay there... Can be better.

Amazing hotel in everything and I am still in hotel I wish I could give you 6 stars not 5 only I wish I could stay more I will recommending this hotel to my all friends in Algeria

We spent a night (for the weekend). During the afternoon we arrived, the place was quiet. The parking lot has fairly space. The room was clean (but very small). I liked the lake view from our room and also from the restaurant. But the hotel has its own facility for weddings, and we stayed there for the weekend it means late afternoon was very crowded and noisy.
