After reading some of the reviews I was a bit worried about the accommodation. I have to say the place is simple but clean. We had a quiet room even though the hotel is on a busy street. Marina district is really pretty. There are restaurants nearby ( japanese and pizzeria. Etc) The hotel has complimentary coffee in the rooms. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly. Every time I asked for something they helped out right away. Thank you.

To be honest, I love our stay here and it is our 1st time staying at a motel. We always stayed a hotel. I was a little nervous booking here due to some negative reviews. The front desk staff was very kind to us but I totally forgot to ask his name. He gave us a room with a view of the golden gate bridge and whenever we needed something, he provided us. We thought we were gonna have a delay flight so I called them and let them know that I might be a little late due to their check in time which is only till 11PM and this very kind lady who answered the phone was willing to have someone stay and wait for us till 12 just incase… she even thanked me for letting her know because some people would not even call to let them know that they will or might be late so once they arrived after 11PM and the front desk is closed, they start blaming it on the motel or the staff for not waiting for them. lol!! but good thing we wasn’t late tho and we arrived at the motel by 10PM. The area is quiet and its close to everything meaning you can literally walk it (hills are very steep though lol) . We still rented a car just incase we wanted to go somewhere farther. The towels were kinda small but its okay me and my husband are not the type to make everything a big deal because the most important thing is that we felt safe here and we had everything we need. I would come back here again if me and my husband ever decide to visit the bay again. I highly recommend this place. Theres plenty of parking also and its $25 per day but no big deal. The negative reviews that we’ve seen about this place are just so full of it :)

I really enjoyed this hotel! I did have some strange issues with the check in, but overall the hotel was good. No microwave in the room but good size mini fridge Awesome location. Bring a sound machine if your noise sensitive. The room was very loud all night every night but I didn’t mind

We stayed at this motel May 11-16th . It is very close to Fishermans wharf and walking distance to Gharadelli's. They didn't tell us when we booked that they will not come in daily and clean the room. And they had a musty smell to them..We had to go get clean towels everyday and put out garbage pizza boxes every day. The price was the same. Couldn't sit out in the balcony area because we may disturb other people. although the main street was right there and was noisy. It was not cheap. We would have looked elsewhere for sure. Across the street they had full service. no covid restrictions. Would not recommend this motel .

Great location, 10 min walk from the marina area. No breakfast included, despite Google saying there is, plenty of food places locally Front reception guy was really pleasant and helpful. Plenty of car parking, ground level and 2 below ground

Room felt safe for the area but the bed left something to be desired and the room stayed very muggy. Was very overpriced for the night we stayed but made sense on one of the last weekends of summer. Parking is extra but they have quite a bit on site. Was ok for one night but probably not somewhere we would stay for longer. Plenty of food around the Area to walk to.

Staff was extremely rude from the beginning of our check-in. The guy in the front desk never smiled and spoke unclear. We got our keys to get in and realized that our group was accommodated in different floors while we would like to live all together in neighboring rooms. When I came to clarify why it was made so, the first I heard from the front desk was “I don’t care”. I was shocked with such attitude to guests. I didn’t replied anything to this rudeness and then I heard “we don’t have any other rooms to accommodate you all together”. This is disgusting. Rooms were clean but old-fashioned and pretty average. Wi-Fi didn’t work.

Super Rude front desk !!! Guy with long hair work on front desk in evening shift ....was the worst receptionist ever seen. Me and my girlfriend order food form door dash... We forgot to mention room number in order ... Delivery guy came to ask front desk ...I have delivery for this name .. front desk guy with long hair.... Started abusing him ...just because he asked is this guest staying here ...I have delivery for them ...He could have said sorry we can't provide guests information please leave food ... At front desk... That could have been much better .... Later we went to get our food from delivery guy ... He was still yelling on delivery guy .. asking him to leave property ... So rude... Just because you work in hotel no one should do that .....wish I could give 0 star to this hotel

Rooms were ok, mine had a private patio. I'm disappointed in the towels they provide you. They are thin and small. Not your standard bath towel.

Rooms are old and need update. Location between Polk and Chestnut, close to bay, is excellent. Good service and parking included. Perfect for Escape triathletes

Charged me $100 took it right out of my bank account BECAUSE..... VOLA. THE ONLY WORDS THIS PIECE OF WASTED FLESH SAID, REALLY THIS IS ALL HE SAID. "YOU DIRty TOWEL". I OWN A $1/2 million biz and my crews would never be allowed to use rags in the condition their guest towels are in. Another person, and now I hear it from other non returning guests, this is the motels norm. The workers talk to their guests in a downward, rude tone, their is no refrigerator no coffee maker and no microwave in any room. The beds are extremely hard, sheets smell like used socks. I refused to sleep in the sheets. Oh.. I have a disability where walking is not an option until it can be. I sat outside with my service animal , informing San Francisco about this hotels deposit returns and to not dirty any towels. Towels that must have cost at least a buck 29!! This hotel cost as much as the Hyatt I was staying in. But one thing they do not have that the Hyatt does is,.. the list will boar the readers. Professionalism, intelligent desk workers, decent size beds and rooms. An overall "good feel vibe'. Motels around San Francisco have got to be shown people will not bow down to these demi gods. The desk help insists on being in their own minds. They are no more than a McDonald's lunch taker. I want my $100 back, cost of wasting my day. And. An apology for coming to America and thinking they can treat us in such bad ways.

Surya is the most amazing front desk receptionist. He had all the answers to our questions about San Francisco. My company was here for work and he ensured my staff was well taken care of. Bravo to the cleaning staff behind the scenes. Bravo to Surya the smiling face of the wonderful hotel. Till next time. Cheers. See ya soon!

Great location. Clean room. A microwave in the room and perhaps better lighting would be the only suggestions to make the room better. Morning/day staff were super friendly and helpful. The evening staff weren't.

Stayed for 6 nights . Service was great, they kept the rooms clean , location for what we wanted to do was perfect. Close to the Golden State Bridge, fisherman wharf and a short cab/uber to downtown . Enjoyed our stay .

Good points: the room is large and clean. The bed was comfortable. If you like white noise, there’s an excellent fan setting. Wi-Fi is great. There is a laundry option where there’s a special access door to the laundry mat on the opposite block, $4 for one wash and $.25 per five minutes dryer. I didn’t feel this was a bad part of town at all. The famous Lombard Street is just a couple blocks away. Bad points: absolutely no breakfast option, not even coffee. There is coffee in the room, of course, but we all know how great that coffee is. I can’t remember a hotel that didn’t at least have fresh coffee in the lobby. No fridge or microwave. The toilet/sink room is so tiny the door can’t open all the way as it hits the sink.
