My room was 202 that room has a bad plumbing issue in the bathroom. Every time you take a shower water leaks to room 102. The bathroom sink pipe pushes out of place when you close the drawer and water leaks in the drawer and on to the floor. The room is covered in mold and out side of the building. They do not comply with San Francisco labor policies only one person runs the hotel 7 days a week. The manager harassed my 12 year old child. The manager is a liar. I will be filing a complaint with the city of San Francisco. This place needs to be shut down.

The shower water leaked through the shower stall and the stall was uncomfortably small. There was also mold in the shower and no door handle to open the door. There was someones dirty socks under the bathroom sink, you can tell the housjeeping has a lot to be desired. The floors were filthy dirty that our white socks where blackened as if the floors were never mopped. The dark flooring hid the dirt very well. We asked to have the rooms cleaned and floors mopped but they weren't because I had a second pair of shoes that were on the floor that weren't moved. The microwave turntable didn't turn because it was missing the piece that the glass turntable sits on. There is no phone in the room to call the front desk. No kleenex box, extra toilet tissue roll or cold cups to use. We had to ask several times for more towels and those were given to the party we were traveling with yet we never received the wash cloths that were requested. Not once did they make up our rooms during our 3-night stay. The smoke detector was found in a drawer with the battery out of it. When I asked the manager about it, he said it needed a new battery and left it on the shelf and didn't bother to install it at all. We ended up spraying and wiping every surface with wipes to disinfect and get rid of the dust. I wanted to mop the floors myself, but my husband didn't want me to. There is only one person there running the entire place. He can't handle it. The pictures of the rooms are deceiving. A 1-star rating is generous for this room. The other party we were travling with ended up switching rooms because of the leaks and mold but also encountered very similar issues that we did. This was the worst place we have ever stayed in all our years traveling! We couldn't wait to leave!

It is a dirty hole. The worst place I ever stayed in my life right in the noise street thus you can hear all that noise the whole night long. Moreover, some creepy drunk people passed my windows during the night speaking loudly. The room is smell very bad, dirty old carpet, dirty walls. I found dry vomit from the left side of the bad! The stuff was rude and ignoring. If you don't not respect yourself stay here. Sh*ty place. Disgusting.

Rooms were reasonable and clean. Good location for Golden Gate Bridge, Pier 39 and Fisherman's Wharf. Wifi poor. Breakfast is fruit juice coffee and a pastry. Coffee machine in our room did not work and was not replaced. Free parking. A lot of restaurants nearby on Chestnut Street.

My boyfriend and I came to stay for 2 nights in San Fran for the first time this week. I searched all over Expedia and AirBnB and couldn’t find a single place that had a safe neighbourhood, free parking, a good location and a reasonable price. Finally I came upon Presidio Parkway Inn which appeared to have all that and more at a GREAT price. Seemed too good to be true but when we checked in for our stay, we were SO happy we picked this spot! Andy, the guy that helped me with our booking over the phone and through our entire stay, was amazing! He was so kind, helpful and really cared that we experienced a great stay and had everything we needed. Our room was a good size, had everything we needed, microwave, coffee machine, mini fridge, comfy bed and space! The location was perfect as we were a quick 10 minute or less, drive to all the popular landmarks and on top of this, Presidio Parkway had free parking which is a HUGE bonus when searching for a hotel in SF! It may not be the “Ritz” but this place was perfect, Andy was awesome & went above and beyond and it made our stay in San Fran! I highly recommend Presidio Parkway Inn and at their rate, it can’t be beat! One tip, check our Chestnut Street just around the corner for a fun spot to eat & drink!

Hotel doesn’t look anything like the pictures. The lobby was a mess and had holes in the walls. The first room they put us in had dirty sheets and pillows. Looked like mascara from previous guest. It was overall pretty dirty. Doors and walls were filthy. The towels had black stuff all over them. Bedspread had holes all over it. They moved us to a different room, which was slightly better. Remote didn’t work and bathroom area was dirty. Half used shampoo bottles were left on the counter. The bedding had iron burns and holes. The only positive was that the beds were comfortable. I’ll never stay there again.

Hotel is walking distance to Palace of Fine Arts. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Comfortable bed and warm shower. We could hear the cars on Lombard Street all night long. Cleanliness could have been better though.

The refrigerator didn't work. The elevator didn't work. I am disabled and I had to walk a flight of stairs. The bathroom sink was coming loose. The shower leek on the bathroom floor.

Urine on the bed with a massive stink. Dirty bed sheets and towels. Arrogant front desk people, inattentive and hardly there, even during open hours. Broken shutters. Bugs on floor. Internet is spotty. Enough??? Save your money and stay somewhere else

First the good: - Cheap hotel - Located on Lombard (well…ehh) - Friendly staff (at least when I stayed) Now the bad: - Incredibly tiny. It’s like a hotel got split in half and so they just decided to build upwards. - Tight parking spots which are first come first serve. So you aren’t guaranteed parking (& San Francisco has a large car break in problem.) - Door for room 304 is not sealed so you can hear the busyness of Lombard street all night. - Kind of a sketchy area, we heard yelling, bottles smashing and we think a break in as well.

Hotel is located near several nice attractions,, also close to other facilities like restaurants, tour routes and basic shopping. Receptionist was very friendly and provided me great guidance regarding tourist activities I'm interested on taking. Price/Fare is affordable. I'd recommend this budget place.

The only plus was the beds were comfy, other than that I would never stay again. There was no seal on the doors, and one of the windows had a fake paper blind instead of a real blind. There was no lock on the windows, the a/c was blocked by the bed so we felt no air on the other side of the room. There were only 12 parking spots for 30 rooms. It was hell getting in and out of the parking. The staff didn't seem to care about anything at all. The linen was burned and trashy looking, the coffee pot has never been cleaned plus it had no lid. The toilet was super low and stained like it was a murder scene. Around the edges of the walls in the bathroom were old, dirty, and creepy like a bad horror movie. The website said breakfast but there was no breakfast. The closest thing to breakfast was the soda machine which took our money. There were no sanitary bags for the ice bucket either. The lamps didn't work! The floors were nasty too I had to shower in my shoes. Oh yeah, the lotion smelled good.

Let me say, the actual hotel doesn't look like the photo by NO means. We were able to check in a few minutes early which was great. The desk clerk Andy, was very helpful on our checking in. The room we got was really roomy, nice wooden floors, big TV. We checked in for the first day of fleet week, boy was it a nice view and sound. Then we began getting settled in. We noticed that our refrigerator wasn't getting cold and that the bottom of the fridge had a big cracked in it. The one of the drawers handles was falling off. This was cause the screw holding it wasn't long enough. I almost forgot the parking. This location is first come first to park with one way in one way out unless you are good at three point turns. Later that night, when the wife decided to take a shower, the floor looked like a lake. We went thru all of our towels just on the first night. Have issues with drunks and homeless in the area. Our door handle got shaken a couple of times the first night. This looks nice from the street, but I will not recommend this location to bed over night. Don't get me wrong, it fit our needs for fleet week being so close to the event. I would recommend searching the area for a better deal, trust me this was not the price I would have paid for the night's we were there. Really disappointed.

I wish this place was a little cleaner. There were old finger print marks on the bathroom door. But I would go back. The manager was very nice. The parking lot is tiny so it's first come first serve.

One star is too much. We got a free room there due to our original hotel having its AC go out and got there around 1AM due to having to be rerouted. The person at the front desk was rude, the coffee maker did not work, there was a large gap under the door big enough for a small animal to enter, no security locks on the door, poor WiFi, and there was so much battery corrosion in the TV remote that it did not work. When checking out the following morning, nobody would answer the door at the office despite them being open. It was a free night for us but I would not recommend anyone spending money to stay there.

It is what it is. Big rooms, 1970s decor, funky smelling room. Had big tv, refrigerator and microwave. But you can't beat the price or location. Staff was very nice
