Love this motel. Awesome location next to the Presidio, with a great deli/convenience store next door along with a pizzeria. Just off busy Lombard, but quiet. Rooms are small, but it's a motel! The room is very nicely decorated, modern, super comfy bed. This place is just all that.

Great location, right next to the Presidio. Staff are really nice and friendly, but the room we stayed in was not well furnished. This place could benefit from having a security guard - walking into the hotel one night and a dude in a ski mask was casually walking thru the parking area and casing each car.

These are some of the nicest, kindest, friendliest folks I have met on the road. Showed up to SF after a few weeks of driving on the road and booked a last minute room here. I'm happy I did! The staff was very friendly and outgoing. They were very sweet to my doggie (yes, the hotel is pet friendly). The rooms were exceptionally clean.

Staff was super friendly. Rooms were clean. We traveled with our dog. There was a $20 cleaning fee for the dog. There was no place for the dog to her business in the parking area. But, the Presidio was a very short walk away. The pizza place on the corner was good. There is a little convenience store right next door. The only problem was parking. It's a better idea to park your car and use other transportation in the city. One of our group was a vegetarian. The breakfast really didn't have much for them. But, there are plenty of places nearby to eat. It was very quiet in the area at night. 15 minute drive to the VA Hospital. Next time I'm in San Francisco, I'll be staying here.

Recommend if you wanna see the city and the bay. In the middle of all that's great in San Francisco. Clean rooms..good staff. Good food close by. Parking if you're renting a room...which is a BIG deal in Francisco lol

Very lovely location, rooms were lovely and staff especially Nicola and Angela were wonderful, also not forgetting the lovely Bella, she's a beauty and of course Raymond. We had a wonderful time Shane and Marie Mc Keegan . Thank you all so much xxx

Very cozy and comfortable place. It served the needs of a quick, convenient and affordable place to stay. Good location and friendly staff.

We had a good stay. Free breakfast, you can get the food yourself, not pre-packed like the other hotels. The place is near to many restaurants, stores and parks.

Room was good. Comfortable and reasonably spaced. The bed was comfortable and the entire room conditions was excellent. Family was happy and well. The European style breakfast served on the go was within reasonable expectations. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The bathroom would do with an exhaust fan. Other than that, it was an excellent stay

I Love this place, and all the friendly staff. They are always updating, and making it better. The rates are reasonable, and the beds and pillows are as comfortable as a luxury hotel.

We truly love this little place. Parking is the only "issue" but it's manageable. Being at the presidio make leisure a breeze with plenty of places to keep you interested, engaged, and active. If you are in town for a show, this is a breeze shot to anywhere you need. We really enjoy the staff as they want your stay to be the best possible. Great management!

Highly suggest staying here. The rooms are very clean, and the pillows are amazing. The location is perfect and you feel very safe. The customer service was beyond exceptional. Michelle and Raymond went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Even held our bags after we checked out so we could see the city without worrying about break ins. I would recommend this to anyone. Great experience.

Not a Luxury hotel but more than adequate for average visitor to San Francisco with excellent location if you plan to visit Golden Gate Bridge which is only 2.1 miles away. The hotel is also few steps from San Francisco Presidio. My room was of adequate size, quite, clean with comfortable bed. There was a TV in the room, micro-fridge, coffee machine and safe. Free wifi is very fast with more than 200 mbs download speed. The front desk staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Other major advantage is free parking on premise. No need to park on street. The only negative I can think of is the very small breakfast room and very limited choices for breakfast.

Place is definitely vintage but is in a great area. Literally a minute or 2 walking distance from Starbucks. Rooms were quiet.

Surprisingly decent rooms for the price. Close to busses but not super conveniently located. Breakfast is subpar.

Parking lot is small, 12 parking stalls with nowhere for animals to go potty anywhere. But, they claim to be pet friendly. I have a service animal and she wasn't even allowed in the building anywhere EXCEPT our room. The morning lady that was there for breakfast just was not friendly at all. Made us feel very uncomfortable and like we were walking on eggshells. The breakfast is ok if you don't mind just having cereal, juice, and toast. Our room was decent. The beds and pillows were super comfy so that's a plus. No tub. Shower ONLY in our room. Everything seemed to work. All outlets, fridge, tv, heat, air. Etc. The morning lady when we left at 4 am was extremely friendly and welcoming. Sandwich and pizza shop right next door so that's also a plus! Close to all the attractions we were there to see. Room was pricey per night.

Had my sister stay here. The rooms are newly remodeled. Sis tells me the bed was more comfortable than her fabulous bed at home. The staff are all extremely nice and professional. Quiet @ night. Close to lots of fun places.

This place was horrible. The rooms smelled like tiki masala and look like my dog threw up midway through eating his lunch. I highly don’t recommend staying at this hotel if you’re in San Francisco. Save yourself and your money. Btw the owner war really mean to my dead fish and tried to drown him.
