I
booked
a
room
through
Expedia.
The
price
was
great
and
the
location
was
perfect
for
what
I
wanted
to
do.
When
I
arrived,
I
was
told
that
my
reservation
had
been
canceled
by
the
manger.
They
claimed
that
I
had
damaged
their
property
in
the
past
so
they
would
not
allow
me
to
stay
there.
I
have
never
damaged
a
hotel
room.
And
I
had
never
stayed
there
before,
so
I
couldn't
have
done
what
they
accused
me
of.
They
never
contacted
me
to
tell
me
that
my
reservation
was
canceled
so
I
had
to
find
when
I
arrived.
Fortunately,
they
allowed
my
traveling
companion
to
check-in
under
his
name
so
we
were
able
to
stay.
The
front
desk
clerk
said
I
had
to
speak
to
the
manger
to
find
out
what
damage
and
when.
However
the
manager
wasn't
there
and
they
did
not
offer
to
contact
the
manger
for
me.
The
room
smelled
like
stale
cigarettes
and
there
were
burn
marks
on
the
carpet.
They
bed
was
decent,
but
the
pillows
sucked.
If
you
book
here,
know
that
you
have
to
contact
the
hotel
directly
to
confirm
that
they
didn't
cancel
your
reservation
without
notice.
Also,
know
that
you
are
getting
smelly
dated
room.
My
advice,
is
to
not
stay
here.
