2 stars for health reasons. Although everything was excellent, fluffy beds, nice amenities like non scented soaps in rooms for people allergic to perfume which shows some awareness. But the scent diffusers/ air "fresheners" (YUCK)! in the hallways, lobby, community room, are noxious, completely unnecessary and unhealthy! WHY must air smell perfumy??? Guests are not stinky, the place is spotlessly clean. Scent chemicals are made of petrochemicals that are full of allergens, phylates, hormone disruptors which cause asthma, excema, and a host of health problems. CDC states that 33.5 %of the population is negatively impacted my artificial fragrance chemicals. It would be a great service to elliminate air "fresheners" in the Ritz chain so they are accessible to all.

Throughly enjoyed my stay here while visiting SF. Great location to some of the best restaurants and shopping, Rooms were amazing, club level was great. Had a really nice view. Only issues I had was the parking fee was outrageous. Overall my stay was pleasant.

It doesn't get much better than the R-C Club! Yes, the apartment was super, but it is always the staff that makes your stay memorable. Travis, Carmela, Karena, all the valet gentlemen made sure we felt welcome and we'll cared for. The cardio and weight rooms were tops. We had a wonderful stay.

Room was spacious and made you feel like home. Service was impeccable and they always were there for you. In room wine selection was also excellent and very reasonably priced. Enjoyed so much, we ended up purchasing several bottles to enjoy at home!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was a very nice room and a nice stay. Clean place and had a lot of space. The location is right in the downtown part of the city and walking distance to chinatown and other close to other amenities that you may need. I felt safe walking around. The location is hard to find though if you are driving, so call before you try to find parking for it.

Absolutely an amazing experience! Rooms were better than the pics. The service even with COVID-19 was amazing. U have to reserve the gym, but we actually loved it! Gym to ourselves. Travis, Mark, Al, and Shelly made our stay feel like home 🏡. Champagne on Easter Sunday, 👏.

Very nice club, unfortunately most of the indoor public area is closed due to covid19. This place is within walking distance of the San Francisco water-front, restaurants, financial district, shopping malls. Only valet parking available for $50+ per night. The two bedroom unit is roomy, with decent size full kitchen, large living room, large bedrooms & bath area. We wish its bathtub included a jet, then that would be nice. The washer and dryer is inside unit. This is Cat 8 :-) We just want a luxurious experience after more than 6 months lock down since March 2020 due to this nasty virus.

We had a great stay in a spacious 3 bedroom apartment at the Ritz from 7/12 to 7/19. The location is convenient to Union Square, the SF MoMA and even a CVS/Trader Joe's. Although the decor is somewhat dated, the housekeeping staff kept everything spotless. The views from the arched windows of Market Street were also very nice. We never wanted for anything. The staff (Travis, Jessica and Francis) were unfailingly kind and helpful even after we had already checked out.
