2nd time in San Fran. 1st visit to resort. I had a great stay. The room was immaculately clean with very modern furniture and fixtures. Bed was super comfy. The staff was friendly and upbeat. I gave a 4 rating only because of 2 minor things. 1. The washer on my floor had a bad spin cycle so it took a few hours for the dryer to dry my clothes. 2. My room had no lotion and it took multiple requests and a day and a half for the staff to supply some. More weird than anything else. Other than those two things, great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very central location, so that means not close to many of the key tourist spots, but easily reachable by Trolley, bus or rideshare. Staff very friendly and receptive. Rooms very good. On site guest laundry worked well (soap and all included). Numerous great places to eat nearby. Felt safe.

Suits with large space, very clean, everything is there except the washing machine however the dish washer is there. All you need is to come and enjoy your quiet stay. Once you reach the hotel you will find a lot of friends welcoming you, don't worry they are the staff 😀 They will give you a map and all the details for a safe enjoyable stay. I like it so much.

Nice suits. Staff are very friendly. But there is no free parking and no complimentary breakfast. We missed to check these two details. Near by we can find nice breakfast.

The total experience would have been perfect except for: The concierge/marketer keeps calling our room to attend their "presentation". This is a sale pitch for a time share sale. The first time they asked us was during our check in. We respectfully declined the offer as we were very tired from our trip. Second day, we got another call asking for the same thing. Again, we had to decline. You would think, they would get the message but we were wrong. We got another call the next day. Unsolicited advice: 1. If you want to get more people to attend, please do not do it on the day they check in. People are tired and just want to rest. 2. When people say no, please respect their choices. 3. Try tying the "time share presentation" with free breakfast + cash.

Recently stayed at this hotel for one night. Perfectly located downtown near the popular tourists spots. Hotel was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Staff members were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We’ll be back for sure!

Very nice place and friendly service, good location also, the only thing is we are booked two room weeks before and they are separated .

Stayed in a 3 bedroom presidential suite. Front desk staff are top notch. Only complaint is that the rooms could have more supplies for cleaning, like a broom and mop
