I have stayed here several times with some of my students from U.S.A. This hotel has been great. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is amazing. The area by the pool is beautiful and relaxing. My school and other groups I bring will continue to visit this hotel. Great place for lodging.

The service is good. It has a pool and breakfast included. Rooms are cozy and the air conditioning was working great.

Gardenia Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and is economical. The hotel has a clean swimming pool with a beautiful foundtain. The patio has several tables and chairs to sit to have gatherings with visitor's families (they are welcome to visit). The breakfast is the typical breakfast, everyday, we would have different food choices. The location can improve if the hotel buys the businesses located right in front of the hotel. Many of family members questioned me why did i stay at this hotel with this weird street. The street is a one way street. The business that are on the other side of Gardenia Hotel makes the surroundings look cheap. The hotel can use this spots as part of the guest parking or place a garden that would make the Hotel Gardenia Inn name out from the main street Juan Pablo II. Over all I give it a five.

This is a very clean, comfortable and pretty medium size hotel. Rooms are spacious, neat and affordable. Service is courteous and personalized. They offer rich breakfast included, and free parking. I will definitelly stay there again!

Rooms are OK. Big. Location is fine & you can get ubers very cheap. Breakfast is OK, need more options such as yoghurt

The hotel was nice. It prestine american feel. Staff was greatvand helpfull. Good value for the money. One bad thing, the a/c equiment need maintence. My husband and I have both gotten an sinus infection after one night stay. Not good!

Walking distance to El Salvador de el Mundo monument, Clean & spacious rooms, and friendly staff members .

This hotel has a nice lobby and restaurant. The only downside is that it is right next door to a small "comunidad" or slum. Unlike the other Copinol hotels, the rooms are old and outdated at this property. You feel that you are staying at an Econolodge in Detroit or West Oakland. This place has a 24 hour front desk and a small gym.

Very nice at a good price. Had a the bases covered if you're not looking for anything over the top. Nice pool, friendly staff, a/c, and my personal favorite, a complementary breakfast!

No food or restaurants near by treated badly by staff only one young guy in the front desk was super friendly and helpful but ladies extremely rude bathrooms were dirty . Payed for the breakfast and they would run out of food before we would get down there. Not good for vacation maybe a one night stay gym out of order

Affordable clean quiet place with a good breakfast. It was very peaceful. The staff was helpful. It is close to all shopping places within walking distance. Everything worked just fine. Slept comfortable. They need a better dryer and washer but I was not there to do laundry. I would stay there again.

We had two rooms and both were somewhat dated. However, the beds were comfortable and the pillows were soft. There were TV's in each of the rooms with local channels. Breakfast was great and consisted of scrambled eggs, plantanos, beans, crema, and queso. There was also orange juice, coffee, bread, different cereals and milk. There were security guards always present and the hotel was in an excellent location. The front desk staff were always friendly and willing to assist you with any problem or issues you have. I will definitely stay there again.

Reception staff super helpful and friendly, when I arrived the room I had booked wasn’t available so I was upgraded to a suite free of charge. Breakfast was disappointing though, but it does make sense that it was simple since they didn’t have a restaurant there.

Our stay was awesome. We stayed in a few different hotels near the area but this one has been the best. Receptionists gave great service.Rooms were cleaned. Beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. Breakfast was better than what other places serve. We will definitely be coming back.

I recently stayed at this hotel and requested two estándar doble rooms. The bed extremely comfortable and the pillows were very flufy. One of the microwaves was not working and there is no hair dryers in the rooms, but they provided me me one once I asked. It includes breakfast which does not have a lot of choices, but the food it offers was fresh and delicious. The waiters/waitresses bring the food in small platters and keep on bringing more freshly cooked food to replenish it when an item is finished. My mom needed surgery and this small, tranquil hotel was just perfect because it is close to labs and medical centers. Its entrance is located on a one way street and it can be difficult to find it. Highly recommended that you use a taxi and / or get clear instructions to get there. Their staff is very courteous and helpful.
