The place seems clean. The Wi-Fi works great. There is a little cable TV that works really well. My only problem so far is that my door does not lock from the inside. I don't care for that at all. I told the front desk and he said not to worry. It's the first place I have ever stayed that does not lock. Other than that they have been very helpful and very courteous. You may just want to tell them you want a room that locks if this is important to you. I am a woman traveling alone so this is extremely important to me.

I've probably stayed at this place 10 times now. The decor and the layout is so unique and beautiful. It's clear that they've put so much work into it and it's a labor of love. The entry area and the two common areas are great places to sit and hang out or to work on your computer. The front desk staff are 1000% quality. Helpful, patient, professional. I've never been in a room that was not spotlessly clean. I tend to prefer staying in the rooms at the back because they are further away from the street. If you're visiting from outside El salvador, keep in mind that it's normal for Salvadoran people to sleep just with a sheet and not a blanket, so if you're confused about the lack of blanket on your bed, you can ask the front desk for a blanket and they will give it to you.

This is a fantastic hotel for travelers to San Salvador. The staff are friendly, polite and extremely helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and you can't beat the location as it is only about a 10 minute walk to the historic center and close to many attractions in the city. Will definitely stay here when I am back in the city.

My family and I recently stayed at Hotel Villa Florencia when we were in El Salvador visiting my family. The staff of the hotel were amazing, very hospitable, and so gracious; they truly made us feel at home. We all really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is traveling to El Salvador and needs place to stay.

A beautiful mansion turn into a beautiful hotel. Very distinguished decor and a comfortable stay with excellent Wi-Fi. A restaurant next door Street vendors selling food fresh juice fresh vegetables and cooking pupusa in the daytime. At night a quiet tranquil street in the middle of San Salvador. Equally impressive are the employees. From the front desk to each and everyone person who made my stay perfect I say Thank you. Muchos Gracias El Salvador.

Place was clean. Friendly staff. Rooms are very small. No ventilation and no air conditioning. The neighborhood is awful, borderline dangerous. Avoid this place, is not worth the savings.

In room #17 good air conditioner and good signal for the internet. Friendly staff and relatively inexpensive. Nothing fancy.

(08.05.2022) (+) Hotel near the city center, professional and friendly staff. The reception is open 24/7 - we checked in at 5 AM (because of the bus delay). Hotel has nice colonial design. Free coffee available (but cold). (-) The room No. 16 has mouldy walls and ceiling, very tiny bathroom without any barrier from the room (no privacy there). Quite poor Wi-Fi, only small window to the corridor under the stairs.

Once inside, this place is well kept and very clean. Beautiful decor and layout. They're working on having hot water. I felt safe and the location was perfect to walk around the market places, restaurants, and the Centro Historico, where you'll find lots of entertaining. The staff were very accommodating and attentive. Parking could be better, but our car was safe for the night. The price for the room was relative inexpensive. I'd definitely stay there again.

Hands down a great price for a great service. The hotel is quaint and cozy, with a great atmosphere and customer service. The staff is attentive and willing to accommodate your needs (we had our checkout almost two hours late). Parking is tight and that might be something consider: I had to move the car twice during our stay. They do their best, though, to organize an "schedule" so those that need to leave earlier might park closer to the gate. We stayed most of the day in our room, and the AC worked fine.

Great location. Close to local bus stops and Ticabus. Great staff. Speaks some English. Vending machines and snack case available. Breakfast not included. Spaces are clean, open and relaxing. Rooms are safe and comfortable.

The hotel is kinda far from the centro historico but it works, room tidy and clean, prices are ok and the service is great! I'm staying in a 3 beds (big beds) room and the price was 45 usd. Plz visit here!

The service at this hotel is great. It is more like a huge house with several rooms but it's so comfy. The price is very good, $15 for a single room with no A/C but you can pay like $5 more for a room with AC. The only bad thing is parking. They only have space for about 6 cars.

Located just walking distance from the center, they have good rooms. But NO HOT SHOWER in the entire hotel! No breakfast as well.
