Never seen a five star hotel this awful. The restaurant food is cold and uncooked, the cleaning of the rooms is the worst ever. No one except the receptionist spoke english and one of them even refused to call us a cab because we refused his offer to give us a tour. The Wi-Fi was down for 2 days and no-one took responsibility for that. Never seed such a bad 5 star hotel.

The bed edges were too sharp and not kids friendly, room too noisy from orher room talking and sound of drainage, swimming pool dirty and salty, recipient not cooperative and not understand English. The only speaking English is the helper who park the car and recieve you. Two star I think is okay for such hotel.

The room is too hot , they said that there are no cold system in the rooms , we can not sleep and we spend our time out !

This place is hospitality very quiet but room service poor they don't change bedsheets until u tell them

The hotel was awful. I have never seen a 3-star hotel so awful. How does this hotel have 5 stars? The reception is not responsive at all when I asked for blankets and towels, it took 2 days to bring them to me. Do we have a hotel that doesn't have paper towels, toothpaste, and toothbrushes? We reserved the room for 4 people, but every day they only served two people, for example, they only left two towels, two glasses, etc., and when you requested it, it took at least a day to bring it. It was my worst experience in a hotel. I do not recommend it at all. I am really surprised how some people give such a hotel 5 out of 5. This hotel is really 0 out of 5.

You can't lock the door unless you lift it. Bathroom's floor wasn't clean. Lamps over the bed don't work

The hotel is very nice. Breakfast is tasty. Rooms are modern and furnished with new furniture and appliances. The selection of TV stations is awful if you are not Turkish, but I found this is the rule rather than exception in Turkey.

Do not recommend. Rooms were good, almost perfect. The thing that was bad, was the service and the way they do the things. We asked them before booking, if the pool was warm and nice, and if it was included in the price. They said that it was warm and included. So we booked. When we arrived it was at night, so we didnt get to see the pool, but we were all excited. Next day at 10, we went to the pool and the guy by the pool said that we needed to buy some swimming caps, which there wasnt written anywhere before we came, and it wasnt free. It costed money, and it was obligatory. You couldnt go swimming without it, so it the swimming pool wasnt included in the price. The swimming cap costed 30 lira. When we then bought it and tested the pool, it was cold as ice. They lied twice. They then said that they would make it warm till evening, and we came at evening (18:30). It was colder than before. We said it to them, and now we’re waiting for it to get warm. Now I’m sitting by the pool, waiting for it to get warm, writing this. Please reconsider your stay.

Had a great time at the hotel. Staffs like Begum, the 2 Chetins, Omar etc were really good to us and always went over themselves to help us in anything we wanted. Our stay was peaceful and brilliant....I will miss this place

I advise all foreigners to stay in it when you visit Turkey.. my best frinde tell me : The owner of the hotel is elegant and respectful.. I thank the owner of the hotel for his morals.. An earthquake-affected family was received from Antioch. How noble this is.. This is the pinnacle of humanity and morals I really thank you🇹🇷👍❤

Stranded due to a massively delayed flight, we were accomodated at the Tryp by Wyndham Sancaktepe by our airline. Dinner and Breakfast were included in our stay. The interior design of the hotel is modern and welcoming. The receptionists were friendly and professional. We were given a spacious room with a nice bathroom attached. All was clean and well kept, except there was one door missing at the shower stall. The room was equipped with the usual offerings of slippers, coffee maker, showercaps etc.. Dinner was served in form of a buffet, offering a soup, ingredients for salad, 2 different hot dishes, and a desert. All was very nice tasting, however, since we arrived about an hour after the start of dinner time, the dishes had already somewhat cooled down. The staff was very friendly and alert. Breakfast was again served as buffet and consisted of the wide variety of the typical turkish breakfast, including hot dishes (Menemen, mushrooms with onions, baked potatoes). All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

Stayed few days and here most of the days for food and drinks, brilliant staff, excellent rooms, thanks to the guys always helping when needed, Mete, Halil, Yesim, thank you guys for your all help and support,

Our flight was cancelled, so the airline booked us this Hotel. A 5 star hotel away from Istanbul center. Very nice. Good breakfast. Has a sauna and swimming pool but we did not use there was no time

Location is nice basically just middle of town, many shops around the corner, fresh bakery, supermarket, electronics etc just walk 10 min comes center square where almost everything accessible Staff was nice and try to help but limited to English but still they try to communicate listen to you answer you It was good experience though spent of time outside enjoying the city life nice coffee and atmosphere

Even tho I had an issue with my stay, it was professionally addressed and fixed by the staff. The Cetin Family took good care of me through my stay. Front desk manager was assertive and helpful. Thank you

We had our flight in Instanbul cancelled due to fog and we had to stay a night at a hotel. The airport was a chaotic nightmare but when we got to the hotel it was such a nice surprise. They gave us breakfast lunch and dinner all healthy food from a buffet selection. The rooms are clean tidy and nothing was needing freshened up. The foyer and public areas were really nice amazing stylish decor everywhere with bar pool restaurant and nice bar. Would have been happy staying here for more nights if it wasn't for the circumstances. Highly recommended
