The hotel is very dirty, I haven't seen such a mess, the rooms are very small, the bed sheets are tired, the pillows are the same and it smells very bad, there are fluffy carpets on the floor, the walls are dismantled, the room is in a smell mixed with dampness and the smell of cigarettes, I could not stand it for more than half an hour, I left immediately there is no shampoo in the bathroom from this hotel, but they put the shampoo, no hair shampoo , doesn't even deserve one star!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good hotel, clean, cheap and good hospitality

at first I was impressed by the interior and and the friendly staff so I had high expectations but the moment I entered the room I started choking from the cigarette smoke and there's no windows. the bed sheets made me itch all night and the worst part is that the cleaning lady stole my money and the hotel staff told me that it's none of their business so I definitely don't recommend leaving your valuable belongings in the room because they steal.

I stayed there twice on two different bookings both times were great very nice staff they help me get to Istanbul and help me get a bus to Cappadocia internet works great hot water everything was fine

super clean!.. super safe!.. super comfortable!.. Family owned and operated place... Well organized... Conveniently located... Fairly priced... There are great people here and they do their best to turn your stay into a 5 star experience, and yes, they are amazingly good at that. They offered free space for my business meetings and they did even serve cold/hot drinks during those meetings. They were not willing to charge me anything for all those and I had to force them to take the payment. That was unbelievable!.. They are far from being greedy. This is the very right place to rest easy after your exhausting work hours. You will not see/hear drunks or hookers disturbing you in the middle of the night unlike nearby places. My stay here was well beyond my expectations. This team here is just so awesome. Very well done!.. Keep it up!.. And thank you for making everything goes so smooth.

This hotel is great! The price is a bit high especially since the rooms are pretty small but everything was comfortable and clean! I love the glass elevator! Also the location has many food and shopping options within a 1-3 minute walk which is incredibly convenient! And unfortunately our room didn’t have a mini refrigerator but maybe other rooms do. Regardless of the few small problems this really is a great hotel with very kind staff!

Rooms were spacious and nice but the carpets were not clean staff do not speak English which is bad but all in all it was a great experience

Bath is bad. Couldn't find shampoo there. Really 3 star hotel? Didn't informed about breakfast. Couldn't find restaurant inside hotel. Also location is bad
