約1時間待ちで着席出来ました。更に20分ほど待ち着丼です。今回は「チャーシュー麺」1,080円+「餃子3個」310円を注文しました。
麺は青竹手打ちの特徴でもある不揃いな乱切り麺です。喉越しや噛んだ時の食感がとても良いと思います。あっさり系のコク深いスープが良く絡み麺との相性もとても良いです。佐野ラーメンを代表する名店だけあり、とても美味しいラーメンでした。
餃子は大きめでモッチりした厚めの皮が具を包み込んでいるので、中々冷めづらい餃子です。具材が多くて食べ応えがある餃子でした。
行列に並び始めてから店を出るまでに約2時間ほどの時間を要しました。以前にも何度か他店の佐野ラーメン店を訪問した事があるのですが、どこも休日は大混雑で行列や順番待ちが当たり前になっています。最近は発券機で整理券を発行して来店予約が出来るお店もありますが、並んで待って食べるのが佐野ラーメンを食すスタイルになっていると思います。行列は今や町おこしの景観にもなっており、待たされた分だけ美味しさや満足感を感じる事が出来ると思います。
