So delicious! The food was amazing. I had never had anything like it. Super fast. Staff so nice. If you want to eat from a food truck- eat here in Santa Fe.

Got the breakfast burrito one morning, with eggs, cheese, potatoes, and chiles...it was the perfect amount of each ingredient and tasted very fresh.

My husband promised me the best tacos in New Mexico. I was shocked when we drove up to the parking lot with 5 food trucks. I was expecting a fancy Mexican restaurant, but the great value of 4 fresh delicious tacos for $11 won me over. This location had so many customers and an eating area behind. It deserves the praise 👏.

Everyone is so nice and if you haven’t tasted the delicious food from this outstanding food truck then you’re making a mistake!! Don’t believe me try it for yourself !! The food is so incredible. The shredded goes so well with the Chile sauces and the beef dipping sauce. The tacos are the best I’ve ever had and I can see this place growing rapidly fast. If you’re visiting Santa Fe, Fusion Tacos has to be on your list of foods to try.

Living in the state of Wisconsin, I find it hard to find the taste of home, Mexican food of the Southwest. Today I found a taste of home (AZ) in Santa Fe, New Mexico at this woman owned business with a fabulous cocinero. I like the fact too I was asked if I wanted cilantro on my tacos. Which I don't not like. I like onions and the salsas they provide. The freshness and softness of the corn tortilla to hold the filing is just chef's kiss. You could also get hard corn tortilla taco shells if your heart. There is also a bit of cabbage, 2 limes and a roasted Serrano pepper included with your 3 🌮 for $11.00 . I had the carne asada. Many choices of meats or if you just want veggies.

This food truck has left the best impressions! They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing costumer service. Great food , recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

This place had the some of the best food I ate while on vacation out there. I still think about the chorizo burritos I had while I was out there today and I'm currently looking for attempt at a close 2nd in my home state. Yall are good at what you do keep it up.

Me and my wife are visiting from Canada, and ended up at this gem in old Santa Fe, very good food and service, the young lady who took our order was exceptional, she was very kind and attentive, she gave us very good food recommendations and took our order even though they were closing soon and was very helpful in giving us directions to Albuquerque.. Would 10/10 recommend this place!! Love NM
