πŸ‘πŸ‘ Wow! This place is great!!! We live around the corner and just saw it for the first time. Incredible food. Loved the potato salad and dry rubbed ribs. Best i've had in town, hands down. The owner Dave said he's a one man show, he really knows what he's doing. Cute in-dining spot off of Agua Fria. Op... People often mention good, great, pork, brisket, ribs, Santa,

Brisket was amazing, ribs were really good and my girlfriend loved the Tofu!! The fact that they have a vegan option is great, the owner is a cool guy that is fun to talk to!

Can't say enough about this place. The North Carolina Pork and Potatao salad were fantastic. So good we ordered more to take home. Looking forward to our next visit.

Pulled pork over beans knocked my socks off. DT has some meat magic!! So tender & flavorful. And yes…. Melts in your mouth! Beans cooked perfectly! Have to admit to some bias…. I’ve enjoyed Dave’s home cooked meats many times before he opened the restaurant and it just keeps getting better!

Not sure what was happening the day I went in but apparently there was only one person working. We got a carnivore platter and the meats were all just dumped in a pile in the center of the platter. Brisket was dry, ribs were not great. The chicken and pork were decent but all mixed together. The baked were the best item but at a smokehouse that is not a good thing to have.

My wife and I came across this place while we were planning our wedding and decided to give it a try since we saw they do catering. So glad we did. They have some of the best brisket I have had anywhere in the country. The potato salad and macaroni and cheese are also really good. We ended up using Uncle DT’s to cater our wedding. Numerous people came up to us afterwards to say how good the food was. I highly recommend Uncle DT’s whether for catering or just stopping by for some delicious bbq.

This place is a true hidden gem of Santa Fe. We stopped by during a road trip as it was closest smokehouse to it and it was one of the best meals we had during our 2 months of driving through USA. Sauce is incredible, the meat even better.

Santa Fe finally has a BBQ joint to call its own! (No offense to Ranch House and Cowgirl, but they're restaurants that have BBQ, not BBQ restaurants, and Rudy's and Whole Hog are parts of chains). This one is all BBQ and it's all ours. Brisket and pulled pork are succulent and spot on. Burnt Ends are not always available, but worth asking for. Spicy sauce is the best. By far, best beens and pecan pie in town!

Chopped brisket with two dry rubbed ribs was so good. Put the curry slaw and brisket on a bun, it's goooood.

Uncle DT is serving up some seriously good bbq! Without a doubt, the best Santa Fe has to offer. Accommodating to the local clientele, he does also have gluten free, vegetarian and vegan friendly offerings such as curry coleslaw and smoked tofu, tofu sandwiches and salads, to accommodate anyone in your party. However. that was not a consideration with our party. We enjoyed the smoked brisket and a 1/2 rack of Chimayo pork ribs. The brisket was excellent and tender and very well smoked but the Chimayo ribs were out of this world. Extremely flavorful, tender, unique and paying homage to a great local chile. Both plates came with 2 sides and some chips. Let me tell you, the sides are terrific! We got potato salad, cowboy beans, mac n cheese and the Killer Curry Coleslaw. The curry coleslaw is unlike any other slaw I've had. It's bursting with flavor and is seasoned exotically with most noticeably, a mild turmeric undertone. Uncle DT is doing a great job and is very welcoming. We enjoyed the great music he has playing in the dinning area and the music memorabilia displayed on the walls. We found a new favorite spot in Santa Fe and can't wait to go back.

Do you desire meat so tender it falls off the bone? This is your place. Homey and with limited seating, enjoy a vinegar-based mild or spicy sauce on pulled pork, brisket, and ribs to the sound of bluegrass. The proprietor was the nicest person. Would come back if I were a local.

Grabbed lunch after MeowWolf. Friendly greeting when we arrived. Ordered the Dirty Bird Chicken bites (chicken and a pickle wrapped in bacon…very tasty), brisket, pulled pork, and polish sausage. @themohomovement will be returning!

My cousin and I went to Meow Wolf and search restaurants in the area. This place had great reviews so we came. Everything I had here was so wonderful. Everything had a unique flavor that I can see myself being addicted too. Staff here is awesome as well! Nothing bad to say. Highly recommend coming here. Would take a drive to Santa Fe just to eat here! Excited to show my family and friends this place. πŸ˜πŸ€—

Being from KC, I'm not supposed to compliment BBQ from elsewhere, but this was great. I had the pulled pork bowl with slaw - not usually a big slaw guy, but loved this one. Spicy sauce tied it all together. Highly recommend.

Uncle DT's is doing it right. My daughter and I stumbled on this place during a cross-country trip when we got tired of fast food. I ordered the brisket sandwich with potato salad on the side. I got a mountain of perfectly seasoned beef on a soft, slightly sweet roll. My daughter got the pulled pork, which was tangy, savory, and delicious. She also ordered a side of macaroni and cheese, which was creamy, comforting, and toothsome. We finished up with a decadent slab of cornbread soaked in honey and cream. This is seriously good food for serious eaters. The place is relaxed; the service is friendly and attentive. Don't miss this if you're in Santa Fe.

Skip the big guys and come to the best BBQ in Santa Fe. Ambience is quaint, I love the open air concept because it reminds me of dining in the Deep South. Their ribs are not to be missed And if you get a chance to try their salmon…jump at it! Some of the best I’ve ever had. It truly has an authentic taste and feel. Fantastic!
