I grew up eating at LJS back in the 70s and 80s. As a youngster I loved eating the crunchies that were at the bottom of the meals. While visiting Santa Fe on business I saw a Long John Silvers and had to have some since there are LJS in the area where I live. When ordering I told the cashier how much I loved the crunchies when I was younger. The team heard me and when I grabbed my to go order, I was excited and touched to have 2 boxes of crunchies. What a great Team and wonderful experience. How thoghtful.

I dislike giving poor reviews, but this was not a good experience for me. The one positive was the friendly nice woman taking orders. Currently, it's to go only. the place was kind of dirty and the fryer oil tasted pretty bad. In fairness it was a Sunday evening, so I imagine the oil had been in the fryer for several days.

The younger gentleman took my order and ensured to confirm everything as we went along. He made sure I had my condiments and eating utensils. The food was freshly made even with a short line.

Super fast. Talk about fast food hahaha. So worth your money and has Great Customer Service. Got order right. Hands down Great Job 👍

LJS is one of the best places to eat, all food is done fresh, Customer Service is EXCELLENT, and friendly. This restaurant is ALWAYS CLEAN.

No more good tartar sauce. The packets taste like mayonnaise... It'll stop us from going back... Unless we order and take our food home to make our own tartar sauce .

I love Long John Silvers, but this one in Santa Fe leaves a little bit to be desired. The building is run down and it is messy & dirty inside. I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from the Salmon dinner there. Diarreha for a week. Not recomended!

They were short staffed... so their dining areas were closed inside... The service was good... Flying shingles from the roof tops concern shared with management...

Absolutely love LJS I try to eat here anytime I'm in town. Can't say I've ever had a bad experience here.

If I could give it zero, I would. This has to be the worst fish shop in Santa Fe, absolutely disgusting, tastless fish if that's what you could call it. Sides we just as bad, food is overly salted. Do not waste your money on this dump. Stay away, far far away.

Those cold winter nights when you wish to recreate those moments from childhood. Their consistent flavor and bangin sauces are the perfect ingredients for a comforting lunch or dinner with the family. It's fish. You can't go wrong.

The food was okay. Dining area was closed, sales person you're not too friendly.

Had a coupon, no subscriptions allowed. Coupon was a 2 piece fish meal. Wanted 1 chicken, 1 fish, no. 🤷 Thought it not right as the "Add a piece" price was the same for both.

Antonia and Jennifer are absolutely amazing always attentive when we come in. But today I noticed the girl with the redish hair not helping at all. So my 5 stars is to the food as it's always good and to Jennifer and Antonia. Keep up the good work ladies 👏👏

All in all, not bad places. A little dingy but not horrible. Food was good as always. The people are very friendly. Did take me a few minutes to find the entrance door, that's on the side.

Service was great. Food was hot and prepared quickly for lunch, and the restaurant from the time I walked in, to the first step out the door, was extremely clean. I've been eating at this restaurant for over 40 years and this is the best it's ever been. Food has always been consistently good.... I guess that's why they've been there for 40 years... If you stop in , ring the bell twice... One for you and one for me... And If you're going to set sail for seafood, make sure you do it with Long John's... JDR...

Havent been in a while. Prices have gone up since a couple years ago when last there, not surprisingly . Fish still tastes good.

I loved the tarter in the self serve pump they had so long ago.... Now they just have name brand packets that aren't as good. Otherwise the food was as I remember. We don't have a long johns where I'm from any more. Was nice to have it again.

The 2 star is for building roof in desperate repair but the food was fresh and tasty but greasy and portions are not like they were back in the day for the cost, a bit pricey. 1 to 10,...I give it an 8, the big guy in blue was the cause of it not being a 10. 🤔

Wow. So pleased with the food and the service! They do not have enough staff to open the dining room but the small crew working there are keeping a clean restaurant with great service. As for reviewers who said it was "greasy", I was pleasantly surprised by how greasy it WASN'T. It is deep-fried food folks... Very, very tasty and the fries were so much better than fast food fries usually are. Awesome!

We had a good lunch at this location today. It was clean, and very good customer service. Jennifer took care of us and was personable and did a good job. 👍
