That was horrible experience. They have no cancelation policy basically I booked for 2 weeks in this hotel and I wanted to leave the first day. But they will not cancel this. 1. DON’T let pictures fool you. The room it too small and I keep heating the bed frame when it was walking my legs all bruise out. 2. NO HOT WATER. 3. It located beside busiest street in Santa Marta and couple store in this street start 7:00 am to play loud music and the windows in this hotel is not sound prof or wind prof at all you can hear everything and this is going on until the end of the night. 4. The Breakfast it just 2 eggs and probably instance coffee. 5. NO CANCELATION PLOICY. 6. Nobody speak English. Final I stayed 7 nights and they charged my for 2 weeks or 7 night $150 per night.

You are paying 220 000cop for two people and no window or anything and we changed to hotel catedral plaza and it is a LOT BETTER. And you pay 60 000cop more and youe get a really nice hotel with infinity pool and everything.

The photos do not correspond to reality, the reception is uncomfortable and extremely hot, as it is in the center it is noisy and they do not have double glass, the staff is not friendly. It is not a 4 star hotel at all. We booked it an hour before going and since they don't offer what is in the photos, we decided to cancel it and they still charged a cancellation fee when booking said it was cancellation free of charge. It's a scam and I don't recommend it.

Very disappointing to be here. I have stayed several places in Santa Marta and everyone of them better value. Lights in hallways don't come on until halfway down the hall. No safe in the room and an exceptionally small room. A few blocks from night action which is a tad dark but not too bad. Breakfast was not very good and unfriendly staff. Empty pool too. Daytime it is a whole new place outside with hussle and bussle and lots of street vendors

Very clean hotel downtown, right next to the cathedral. Too bad the water in the shower is barely lukewarm.

No netflix, so small, without windows, poor TV quality and so noisy!!

Wonderful staff. This is a business/professional type of hotel with upper middle class clients. The rooms are very clean, modern, and just enough to be comfortable. The one thing I don't like is the "carbon neutral' key card activates all appliances and lights. So, your refrigerator will be off while you're away. Breakfast service is included, the foods, coffee, and juice are exceptional. Coffee is available in the lobby 24/7, hot, fresh, and delicious. A two minute walk to the center of town, famous plazas, and tons of great shopping on Carrera 5 Again, this is a business class hotel for conservative clients.

It's clean, good air-conditioning, nice pool. They speak no English at the hotel, bedfast is not so good (feels cheep). Not the most "service minded" personal because of communication difficulties.

find a better hotel than this....small rooms with constant pigeon noises from the breeding colonies living under the air con units on the balcony....i can’t recommend this hotel in santa marta
