A very homely and high quality dinner. Juan hosted us in his beautifully designed home. He treated us to delicate and delicious dishes with a good selection of wines. A very welcome experience and a different night out. Thank you Juan for having us.

Took me forever to write this review, but don’t take forever to make a trip here! The ambience, decor, and food was all amazing. I had the best time getting to know the chef and conversing with him as he prepared dinner. I also loved playing with his dog and admiring the beautiful construction and design of his home but most importantly, the food was fantastic. I definitely can’t wait to go back again!

Absolutely phenomenal! Such an intimate vibe, loved being able to relax and be surprised by the meals that came out. Really hospitable. One of our best meals in Central America- would love to come back !

We had an incredible evening at Uuuhmami. It was a really lovely experience and enjoyable evening. The food was amazing, fresh and tasty. It was even better that we didn’t need to pick from a menu, and everything was a surprise. The space itself was really beautiful and impressive. It’s ever so calm and tranquil, I kept forgetting where I was. Thank you for a wonderful evening, we will be returning when we are next in Antigua!

Our favorite meal in Antigua! We had 5 amazing courses and loved the cozy ambiance. Plan to spend quite a bit of time here, we stayed from 7:30-11. Highly recommend!

Make a reservation at Uuuhmami immediately! Juan is a spectacular chef and makes you feel right at home. We ate at a large table and made new friends while eating absolutely delicious food. Everything tasted spectacular. You don’t want to miss out on this night-long experience.

A hidden gem!! This restaurant is a little pop-up-concept-type-place that exists in the courtyard of its owner’s home. The weekend I dined here was a Jamaican/Nigerian inspired menu and they made some changes for me as I’m a pescatarian. Overall, this eating experience is something truly unique and is definitely a must!

One of the most incredible food experiences! Their home is beautiful and every tiny detail is perfectly curated. They made us a special vegetarian meal - the raviolis were some of the best I’ve had in my life! Can’t wait to come back here!

We had a great dinner at Uuuhmami. The location is very stylish, the service is warm and cosy and the food is really tasty. Juan is a very kind person who makes you feel at home at his place. The open kitchen, garden and set up table are all just perfect. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are looking for a special, cosy dinner with very good food.
