    I spent yesterday with my son at the Ophthalmologist, I liked it there, services for me were quick, everything was password-based, which is great, well organized, reception was very good, service was very quick too. We went up and then went to see the doctor, I don't think it took even 1 hour to complete the whole process, I liked it 👍🏻

The SUS user needs to go to the unit in person to obtain information and when they get there, the employees treat us badly and don't look us in the face...     Qualquer paciente que quiser ou precisar de companhia, segundo a legislação brasileira, tem total direito de levar um acompanhante a consultas e internações. Entre eles, a pessoa maior de 60 anos, que é assegurada pela Lei nº 10.741, de 1º de outubro de 2003 do Estatuto do Idoso.

    Eu acompanhei minha mãe na otorrino e achei bem bom. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e educados . A médica foi atenciosa com a minha mãe , explicou direitinho o que precisava fazer . Lá é bem cheio mas o atendimento até que não demora e é por meio de painéis eletrônicos que vai chamando pela mesma senha em todas as etapas . É bem espaçoso, creio que já foi uma escola porque tem muitas salas . Tem escadas e rampas bem largas com barras de apoio .Por ser público fiquei surpresa, inclusive fui melhor atendida do que no convênio quando tinha Não há do que reclamar não . Estão de parabéns

    Atendimento presencial bom e rápido, na minha cirurgia não tenho do que reclamar. Agora se vc precisar de alguma informação, tem que ir pessoalmente pq o telefone que eles dão e o que tem no google, de nada servem, ou está sempre ocupado ou chama por horas e ninguém atende.

    Today, this timely service is chaos. I had very conflicting information. The attendants and the doctor were excellent. Room 11 congratulations, room 33 congratulations, you helped me a lot. Doctor Paulo was very helpful, but getting to them was chaos. ADM people try to improve, which will be great for everyone.

    Good afternoon, I leave here my experience in this very good hospital, I liked it, it's very busy, but I believe that the specialties they have there are worth it.     Meu esposo chegou para fazer uma cirurgia e o médico e enfermeiros não fizeram pois estavam com pouco caso do meu esposo, ficaram colocando um monte de obstáculos, enfim um descaso. Ele ficou de jejum de 10 horas sem comer e sem beber nada, e na hora sem sucesso, voltou pra casa.

    I would like to express my gratitude to all the employees at this hospital. From the reception to the cleaning assistant. I had to undergo a procedure at this hospital and I received very good care and reception. Receptionists, doorman, cleaning assistant, nursing and doctor. I received dignified and humanitarian treatment from all the employees and I also want to thank nurse Silvio exclusively for his empathy with me. God bless your life. Thanks team!

    The phone is never answered, or shows that the line is busy or is free and no one answers, you have to call at least 20 times to get a call answered HORRIBLE!

    On 03/23/24 I had an appointment with an anesthetist. They asked to arrive at the hospital at 7:50, the appointment was at 9:20 I went to reception and they asked me to go up and they would call the password, I went up and waited for 1 hour to be called and nothing, I checked with a girl in room 13 and she said I had to wait without even wanting to know what I had to say, ok I waited another 1 hour and knocked on door 22 and they told me that I would go there, the doctor informed me that they had not entered my password into the system, I went down to reception and the colleague who attended to me, did not enter it, told me that my password was still waiting. 2 hours and 30 They started me afterwards and I finally went to see a doctor. A week later, they scheduled my surgery for 04/04/24 at 5 pm. I called the day before to confirm everything, and they said ok and sent me a message on WhatsApp confirming the time and date above. arrived on 04/04/24 at 8:00 a hospital professional called me to confirm, I said ok again, arriving at the hospital at the reception they asked me if I was the girl at 15:00 and I said no, I arrived in the room to prepare the Another professional comes to surgery with the same pathetic question, “Ha, were you the girl at 3:00 pm” with a tone of irony I said no, then she asked me if they had called me on the day of surgery on 04/04/24 I confirmed because she said that I must have misunderstood, in conclusion they changed the surgery time on the surgery date, and the preparation was 8 hours fasting, and to my surprise when I finished changing my clothes for the preparation, the professional informed me There is bad news, my BMI was 37 and the limit for surgery in a hospital without preparation in case of a complication like this day hospital in Cidade Ademar was allowed up to 35. The professional advised me to lose weight. I found the lack of respect for others incredible. I went into line again, returning to square one again, even though they could have avoided all this hellish trouble. I went 10 hours without eating when I ate something there because they gave me something to eat after all this lack of respect, and then my blood pressure dropped and I felt terrible, anyway. They should be more careful, and don't change the time on the date. Irresponsible.
