    Today, 06/10/2023, I went to the unit to have a morphological ultrasound that was scheduled for 10am. When I arrived at the unit I was informed that the doctor had not come and that she had informed me in the morning that she would not be going, and they said that there was no other doctor who could carry out the exam. I thought it was a lack of respect, because the whole week they kept sending me messages asking me to confirm the ultrasound, and when I arrive on the day I am not attended to and they don't even try to notify me in advance. I know that unforeseen events can happen but they need to have other professionals to be able to carry out the exam and not just one. In the end I missed my day of work and didn't take the exam.

    Good afternoon I would like to report my dissatisfaction regarding my mother's exam ECG. She arrived at the Unit at 9:37 am today, 26/01/2023 and was only able to perform it at 1:50 pm. The waiting time where the exam lasts approximately 5 minutes is unacceptable. (I am aware of this because I am a healthcare professional and with all due respect I do not want to offend my colleagues) however from my point of view there is some failure either on the part of professionals or equipment that deserves to be reviewed urgently.
