Worst
experience
ever
staying
in
a
hotel.
We
booked
a
room
via
expedia
for
two
persons.
We
requested
free
airport
shuttle
which
was
complimentary
and
despite
letting
them
know
it
wasn’t
confirmed
until
I
got
on
my
flight.
Arriving
at
the
hotel
was
greeted
with
juice.
After
finishing
required
paperwork,
we
headed
to
our
room
where
the
whole
floor
was
under
construction
and
smelled
horrible.
The
room
was
not
clean
and
dirty.
You
could
tell
it
was
abandoned
for
a
while.
Inside
the
room
was
like
an
oven
and
smelled
bad
as
well.
After
turning
on
the
AC
it
just
wouldn’t
work.
It
was
38
degrees
outside
and
we
couldn’t
even
breathe
in
our
own
room.
After
calling
front
desk,
they
sent
someone
and
they
did
something
with
the
remote
and
said
it
was
fixed
however
it
was
far
from
fixed.
We
were
drenched
in
our
own
sweats
for
an
hour.
To
top
it
all
off,
the
electricity
went
off
and
wouldn’t
come
back.
We
waited
another
ten
minutes
and
just
decided
to
leave.
Couldn’t
get
a
refund
as
it
was
booked
online.
And
as
expected
lift
was
not
working
either.
We
carried
our
bags
and
took
the
stairs
from
7th
floor
all
the
way
down
to
ground
floor.
Best
decision
was
to
leave
because
it
was
a
living
hell.
Never
coming
back
again.
