Worst experience ever staying in a hotel. We booked a room via expedia for two persons. We requested free airport shuttle which was complimentary and despite letting them know it wasn’t confirmed until I got on my flight. Arriving at the hotel was greeted with juice. After finishing required paperwork, we headed to our room where the whole floor was under construction and smelled horrible. The room was not clean and dirty. You could tell it was abandoned for a while. Inside the room was like an oven and smelled bad as well. After turning on the AC it just wouldn’t work. It was 38 degrees outside and we couldn’t even breathe in our own room. After calling front desk, they sent someone and they did something with the remote and said it was fixed however it was far from fixed. We were drenched in our own sweats for an hour. To top it all off, the electricity went off and wouldn’t come back. We waited another ten minutes and just decided to leave. Couldn’t get a refund as it was booked online. And as expected lift was not working either. We carried our bags and took the stairs from 7th floor all the way down to ground floor. Best decision was to leave because it was a living hell. Never coming back again.

They always serve Cold food at breakfast. Stayed more than 10 days, complained about that but no improvement. Very high price of food but fresh and tasty. So if you are rich enough then you can enjoy lunch or dinner there. 3 persons basic dinner may cost 3.5k.

The hotel is good along with its service. The location at Uttara sector 4 is also nice.

An oasis which is clean, safe, well staffed and maintained Location near airport is a plus, but airport pickup is unreliable. Staff speaks English, but comprehension is questionable. Rooms are spacious and functional. Breakfast offers primarily Bangladesh choices

One of the best hotel at airport area, we spent 4 days, excellent service. They know how to host guest and it’s really heart touch.Thanks to all staffs in there restaurant the food was fantastic and thanks to chef for T bone steak, specially thank you so much to Mr.Nazmul Hassan Chamok he is really great waiter and very careful, he know how to make smile client and very professional. Below standard food with sky rocketed price. Charged 25 percent extra claiming 10 percent service charge and 15 percent VAT. We had to pay 910 taka instead of 720. And had to pay also 500 taka extra for dinner. They charge 120 taka for a cup of tea that tastes like garbage. Worst tea in the world. Also, they charged 600 bucks for fish and chips where they just put 3 small pieces with some fries, which was also comical. Finally, the wake up call was not rang where we had to wake up for the flight. Could be a good hotel if the management improves and Prices get more deserving. Quality customers won't be back for such services. I took my time to put this review because it was THAT unsatisfactory.

The team at The Elite Residence was extremely cooperative and very friendly. Being a Vegetarian in Dhaka can be pleasant if you are in their chain of Hotel's. They did take care of the vegetarian diets with lot's of fruits, paratha, vegetables sabji etc. Earnestly appreciate the team to make sure we had a good stay.

The location is nice, staff are courteous and professional, complimentary breakfast is the best. But faced issues like - AC not cooling, mini fridge not working, key card not recognised by screen lock

They are very active customer oriented hotel. One thing we understand that they take action for any request promptly. Any discomfort they try to rectify and come up with a solution straight a way. Overall experience was pleasant. We had breakfast with variety of our style cuisine. Food quality was very nice. All stuff member were polite and cordial.

Condition of this hotel is soo poor. It was good before. But now it was just worst and waste of money.

First of all I apologize for the late review last month i went to visit Bangladesh for my business purpose and I stayed 4 days in an THE ELITE RESIDENCE DHAKA located in Uttara. when I entered they gave me a welcome drink It was not bad. In 4 days I tested many types of food which were very tasty. All the employees here are very friendly and very helpful. specifically thank "CHAMOK" because he knows how to satisfy guests. He understood in little time what kind of food I wanted and what I liked. He made me taste the traditional food of their country which is very delicious and I am truly satisfied with his service.
