One of the best experiences in Bucharest for me. The location is great, in the Armenian quarter, with quiet streets around. Easy to get to Magheru boulevard, between Piata Romana and Piata Universității. Very helpful is the underground parking lot, I think it has around 20 parking places, which is very helpful in Bucharest city centre. Highly recommended location from my point of view.

Recently renovated building. Very clean and excellent location. Nice rooms and underground parking. The only thing is that there is no breakfast served. Staff are more than polite and helpful. I definitely recommend it.

Great place to stay at!!! The studio was very nicely decorated and modern, very spacious and comfortable. The area is quiet, and there are places nearby to pick up food or basics, everything within walking distance. The small kitchen is very well equipped, I can see how this can feel as a home away from home if you have a longer stay. I'll definitely be back!

My son and I have just returned from a 2 night stay at Amadeus Residence in Bucharest. The building and our room are modern and clean. It had everything we needed. Staff very friendly. 15-20 minutes walk from the Old Town and a 30 minute drive from the airport, situated on a quiet street. Would definitely stay again if returning to the city.

I give a good rating only becouse of respect for the hotel owners. Еhey really provide good conditions for a comfortable stay of all guests. Hotel is clean, beautiful and quiet. But The administrator (a man with glasses) does not know the general rules and information of the hotel business. He asked the guests plus of 50 lei for a "too dirty towel" (at his opinion) and says that you should not touch your face with a towel, as it may leave traces of make-up on it. "Go buy yourself some napkins!" Also you can't use oil or body lotion either, because the towel can be "destroyed". What??? Seriously?! We have not heard this in any hotel in the world! We asked for the dry cleaners or hosts contacts to ask about this, but were denied. When you ask for payment receipts and clarifications about your stay, he starts to get angry and remind you that our room have discount. He is so far from hotel management that he doesn't even know that ALL hotels give offer a special price for long-term stays, booking several rooms, or when outside the window every day there is a loud renovation from morning to evening (as in our case). But definitely not because the administrator is so kind. When you are "a little surprised" by the absurdity you heard, he says that you "do not understand" or are "not educated enough" and, in finally, this is place not for someone like me - in a hotel with a very high rating on booking and shows a picture "Booking" site. I asking to communicate as a guest-administrator and not to turn to personal insults. He says something in Romanian and bangs his fist on the receptionist's desk, even when my child is near me. I asked to stop this aggression, otherwise I will call the Police. When asked to call the director or owners of the hotel to report unacceptable things, he says that he himself is the owner of the hotel. There are no contacts at the reception where you could write complaints, suggestions or just say thank you. 2 days ago, I could not recommend this hotel to our friends who were looking for a place for 1 month. The other female administrator and security were always friendly and helpful.
