We arrived at late night on 03 Dec. After checking in, we found out that the bathroom was very dirty and changed the room immediately. When we checked out, they put a charge on us claiming that we drank the juice and had snacks from the room with dirty bathroom. This was ridiculously unreasonable and the receptionists were acting like 「you really had something from that mini bar.」 So intolerable. Never will come back to this hotel. If I can give 0 star, I definitely will. Unfriendly receptionists.

Arguably one of the worst five star hotels in the middle east. Everything is built and last maintained almost half a century ago and the owners no longer care about costumer satisfaction. There are vip rooms that are renovated but the average person will most certainly encounter numerous flaws and mismanagements in his or her stay. The front lobby is well furnished and is right next to the hotel's front yard/vip parking/pool. The food used to be good but now it's below average. prices can be considered a tad above average. All in all if you plan to stay for only one night and have no other options the whole experience can be tolerable.

The worst 5 star hotel I've ever been. Expensive but 1 star hotel! The lack of management is clearly the issue in this hotel. Rooms are too old and not renovated! Lighting was too low! TV never worked to show anything without screen distortion (they use satellite channels but every hour you need to call them to fix the reception problem). They can use a cheap digital receiver but who cares! Staff are polite and helpful though.

In general the hotel is good, the room was okay, love the tub :)) but the bed was really bad, the mattres was curved in middle like its springs were giving in.and if you lay down at one side you would slipped to the middle! So we didn't have a good sleep. Restaurant food was okay, we tried steak 🥩 the side dish of it was not good and the ✌️sauce✌️ taste more like a soup not sauce! There is coffee shop at hotel yard which is open till 3AM it was nice and we enjoyed our coffee. I think it should be a 4star hotel, not 5.
