This is a restaurant that you hear about in Tehran. A place without anything spectacular to highlight. Simple entrance, simple tablecloth, simple interior and regular cutlery. No napkins, only paper towels. All drinks are served in all simplicity without any decoration at all. The atmosphere, however, clearly gives an oriental impression. The staff's way of taking orders and serving customers was a sign of their low skills. The mix grill plate I chose tasted good. The rice that followed was flavored with cinnamon.

Don’t even try this one. You will be regret to try, low quality rice and cheap taste and low quality ingredients on main courses are the reasons to not step a foot inside this one. low quality Iranian dishes will surprise you… Only advantage would be the view and Interior is ok, and you wood stand the dish of pasta, but if you care about food don’t waste your taste and time on this one… I’ve to add even staff are not trained and are kinda rude and all, you will be regret to even complain about the quality… In a group of 10, none of us found it even « ok ». I never suggest this one to anyone…

This is an Arabic and Turkish restaurant, amazing location facing the lake , menu has a big variety of foods , food quality is great and the staff are well trained , we enjoyed our time there .

We had a breakfast buffet in Kubaba. But we didn't like it. Because you can't pick up any items yourself. Excess juice surplus were calculated.

it took them for ever to bring us our food (party of 3 ) , the food was salty , we will never go back there again

Everything is good here, the place, staff, food, view. I had a chenjeh kabab here and maybe it was the best but it was definitely among top 5. Suggesting this place to my friends is a pleasure to me.

Two years ago, My intimate friend and I had a good time in this place. We chose over there for a breakfast meal with each other. It was a neat restaurant with tasty diverse breakfast meals. Also, there was an attentive and friendly staff.

Very tasty foods with Lebanese cooking recipes with highly professional staff. But food prices are expensive

Mid or even low quality compared to the price and place. The food seemed to be not fresh. But the mojito was good. The waiters were not so good and professional.

Foods were ok, but waiters needs training for good bahaviour. Menu wasn't complete for someone who is allergic to some food. There were somethings in food that didn't write in menu.

really over-priced with mediocre food. If you're charging me 700,000 T for two cups of tea and two bowls of soup, at least do not serve me store-bought soup.
