    I ordered 4 meals from this Mc Donald's and they messed up on a quarter pounder. Forgetting the bottom bun I did not realize this until arriving home. I also was not able to get back until later that day for them to take care of the issue. I was then told that he talked with me over the phone which was false i never called. then he proceeded to start yelling and telling me that he needed approval from his GM which I did not believe since any manager has the ability to approve and remake a sandwich. however, we where told to leave after he yelled and spouted profanity. I was told not come back by the manager that did not want to correct the issue and do his job conflict resolution. I have no plans on ever coming back to this Mc Donald's unless there is a change in management.

    In app deals are where it's at! Times are tough these days, so any and all deals I'll take! Fast service and always warm food. Check em out! Definitely download that app!

    This is the slowest and most disorganized restaurant (not just McDonalds) in Johnson County. Consistently every employee acts like it's their first day on the job, NO sense of urgency nor even a thought to customer service. Even a standard order without changes throws their entire processes into a tailspin. Avoid: driving 5 minutes south to the McDs on 87th is time better spent than 16 minutes in line here waiting for disasters at the end. Never again.

    Nice people, fast, and happy. They aren’t like friendly, but they are not rude, they do have a hard time making UNSWEETENED iced tea, they always make sweetened ones.

    Honestly one of the worst experiences that I’ve had to McDonald’s. Whenever I got into the line I was sitting there for maybe like five minutes before anyone even spoke to me, two cars pulled up in the other lane after I had already gotten there and gotten their orders taken ahead of me. The lady over the intercom was really rude, and then whenever I got my food they didn’t even give me any napkins. All in all not a good experience.

    This location always serves cold fries and they don't fill the drinks up all the way. Service is always pretty quick but they lack friendliness.

    The McDonalds In Shawnee is a really nice one to go, staff is friendly , food is usually always hot and fresh. I dont go in much but drive thru is quick for the most part. We usually use our App and order so its ready when we get there. I really like that. Be sure to stop in when in town. Gotta love Mc D's

    I ordered food using the app in their parking lot and then when I got to the window to get the food they told me I had ordered at the wrong McDonald's. Then the manager was super rude and offered no help at all. Boo!!!

    I give it two stars because they at least got me my sprite. They also ran my debit card, and then started shouting we are closed to the person behind me. Never got any food I was charged for. Nope changing it to one star

    I'm standing in line waiting on a ice coffee and it's been 8 mins, and no one is telling me what the hold up is. Customer service is key!!!! Things happen but let a customer know what is going on especially if they've already paid.

    The chicken nuggets were not as fresh as I like, they seemed like they'd been sitting out for a couple hours, I know because I worked for McDonald's for 2 years of high school in 1995. The service was amazing. Truly energetic people that are going to make a place in the world, just with their attitudes alone! ❤️ Obviously it's a problem in the back, or with management preventing them from updating old chicken nuggets.

    The last few times, I have gone through the drive-through and placed my order. My order has not been correct. When I tell them at the window I have to tell them three times and they still don’t understand. I thought I would go to this McDonald’s cause it’s down the street from my place. But since they can’t seem to take orders, right, I will just go further down to the different McDonald’s.

    Ordered at counter and have ordered at kiosk. Both were easy. They usually have an employee out in the lounge asking if you need anything while they are cleaning.

    We go there twice a week and never ever have they got the order right, this McDonald's is a block from the house, we have went there for years, last time we went there, ordered three McDoubles, they brought the bag out, and there was only two in the bag. The more simple we make the order the worse it gets. It's ridiculous!

    I have never had a problem with this location. Much faster drive through service than West Shawnee location. When I go inside in the morning the manager on duty has usually taken my order. She has been professional and courteous on each visit. Food orders are always correct.

    Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life! I live close by to this location so when I do chance it and go I try giving them the benefit of the doubt but I seriously can’t! Order is wrong every single time and the fries are always old and cold! They don’t listen to you when you tried to tell them how they messed up your order anyways and the sandwiches are always smashed together and made incorrectly I’m just fed up with it. I worked for McDonald’s when I was younger for many years so I know if they mess up my order consistently every single time then the amount of orders they mess up total must be insane! Seriously attempted to reach out to corporate about this location since I never see a manager on duty

    12/30/2022 around 5pm I went during my 30 min break and one employee - assuming she got dropped off there because I’ve seen her at the window before- started dancing in the middle of the drive thru, I waved at her so she could get out the way from our vehicles coming through and she began insulting me. I didn’t appreciate that, and I hope that’s not how she treats everyone else. God bless.

    This McDonald's is like Shawnee's best-kept secret! Compared to the one near K-7 which is always ridiculously backed-up, this one can get you through the line QUICKLY and they always get my order right! They always provide service with a smile!

    Everything I go here they charge me things and do n9t give them to me. And corporate says that to get reimbursed I have to go back. They are thieves and I won't be back.

    The hours at this McDonald’s should be posted depends on who is working!! The drive thru has closed early on several occasions and sometimes someone will let you know and other times they have customers just sitting and waiting then just leave.

    The folks at the windows are very nice but I am most definitely not a fan of the robot voice that takes your order. It's just not personal anymore and I don't like that.

    I've been to this location 3 times and ever single time it takes forever! I ordered a quarter pounder and 2 drinks. Got the 2 drinks and after waiting for 15 minutes I just left without my food. Another woman was complaining how they were waiting for 15 minutes and she left without her food too. Avoid this location if you're on any type of schedule.

    Unbelievable. We order and whoever is taking said order was completely unprofessional and rude. He also chose to not tell us that their store wasn't accepting cash before we ordered our whole meal and waited in line to pay and receive the order. If I could give less stars I would absolutely laughable excuse for a business and it shows from all of the negative reviews, choose a different store.

    Waited in line to order twenty-five minutes, was told to move up to the window after they took our online code. Waited another ten minutes to get to the window. Watched 11+ people ditch line from the wait. Get to the window for them to tell us their computers are down when they could have saved us time by telling us at the kiosk. The kids at the window couldn't tell us how to fix if the app payment went through (not their fault) but they needed an owner to actually run their business. It was disorganized chaos and I can't believe the building is standing. I'm completely disappointed in the DM's and Owners of this business for letting these kids take the flack. Wasted time for us to decide we're supporting Wendy's from now on. Better food, service and cheaper than McDonald's anyways.
