    Very disappointed in this ordering experience. Email said 57-67 minutes. Tracker showed driver left store at 7:20pm. We live no more than 10 minutes away from the store. Took 40+ minutes for delivery. Tracker also showed delivered 10+ minutes before it actually was. Driver pulled up smoking cigarette. Pizza was cold, picture doesn’t do it justice. Called store 4 times, only got a busy tone. Reported online and all I got was the option for coupons and then the phone number for the store (that I already called).

    Pre-ordered pizza for 5:15. It's 5:25 and nobody is in the store. This place needs new management. Its a joke. Not even sure how I will get a refund. Worst dominos ever. Stay away. - Update finally someone showed up around 5:35. Apparently the employee that was supposed to be there at 5pm was pulled to the college store. The owner/manager cares nothing about this store, only their other locations. It was almost 6pm before I had my pizzas. Glad I pre-ordered them for 5:15...

    Got charged for 2 marinara and only got 1 within the bread stick box. The pizza was so greasy that when I moved the box 5 minutes after placing it down the grease soaked through the box and onto my stone top table. For paying $27 and getting an incorrect order at sub par levels I wonder why I didn't just get a $20 gourmet pizza from minsky's. Not a great first impression for dominos. The delivery driver was polite at least which was the only saving grace to the order.

    very poor customer service and rude employees. i went in today to pick up an order and the employee rang up my order which was supposed to be around $20 to $55. i questioned why the the total was so high, and he refused to listen and raised his voice to let me know that that was the total and that’s all. i will never be going back to this location. management and employees need to be replaced. do not recommend!

    An hour after ordering, our pizza had not gone into the oven. After calling the location and staying on hold for 15 minutes, I decided to go in to check on the order. Upon arrival I saw a fairly large group of folks waiting for their orders and only one person working the kitchen. He was quick to come out and help me, but confirmed that my order had not even started. I asked to cancel the order and he obliged, apologizing for the trouble. This is the third time I have had an experience where it took over an hour for my order to even begin processing. On one of these occasions I was double charged and had no reimbursement issued. I will no longer be ordering from this location as it cannot handle the business that it receives. I do not believe this to be a lack of skill or care on behalf of the employee working - rather, he was placed under far too much demand for his work. This location is severely understaffed, and until it is staffed properly I would suggest ordering from a different location.

    Who is the franchisee of this place? I've been in twice on a Friday night where they were closing down at like 6pm because they couldn't handle the orders and had 5-6 disgruntled people waiting in the tiny lobby. Last time I went I literally never got our pizza. I left after 40 minutes or so. Called 2 days later and employee was clueless on how to handle a refund. Never got reimbursed. Someone step in here and close this place down.

    Horrible customer service and Domino's deserves zero stars! I attempted to place an order online but a message indicated that an error had occurred and to call the store. I called and was placed on hold forever with no message that they were closed. After driving by to pick up food at another restaurant, I noticed they were closed before 7:30 pm on a Thursday night. Upon reading the reviews, this seems normal now for this location. It’s time to shut it down or find a new owner who can handle the staffing issues. There are more than 30 other food options within a 10 minute drive.

    Yeah these folks are regularly bad at their job. Late deliveries, can't call the store because nobody picks up or you get hung up on, orders through app get canceled without warning. This isn't a one time thing either. They are doing this CONSISTENTLY. I can't use the domino's App because it won't let me change to a different location. Also if you do manage to get them to do their job, they're gonna show up mad late, with cold food, and missing things you paid for. Do yourself a favor, save yourself a headache and get your food elsewhere. Don't be a chump like me.

    Ordered a pizza and pasta @ around 8:50. Website said it would be ready 15-20 mins. It's now 1:29 AM and the tracker still shows its being "prepped" I went ahead and ate something and forgot all about it. I know everyone is short staffed and doing what they can, but to not even get a phone call about it.... I ordered from a different location a couple months ago for delivery. Took 3 hours. I never got a phone call till 2.5 hours in.

    Phone is never on. Online ordering 50/50 whether it’s available. Last time I ordered here I’m pretty sure the cooks friend ate one of my kids chocolate lava crunch cakes. He was just hanging out behind the counter with him and he’s the one that handed me my food. Just avoid this joke of a store.

    I placed an online order at 2:30 today (9/3) to be picked up at 4:00 PM The computer told me my order was #36. I arrived at the store at 3:59 PM only to find the front door locked and all the lights on. I rattled the door several times then tried to call the store number which was busy. I waited for 20 minutes then rattled the front door again. No response from inside. I tried calling again - phone line was still busy. I certainly don't believe this is the way to run a business.

    I give this place a 1 star because the option of 0 stars is unavailable. You guys are a complete joke. I gave you 2 opportunities and both of them messed up with no explanation or apologies. Your franchise license shd be removed.

    I made a basic order and they canceled my order and said couldn't deliver due to lack of a delivery driver. Not my problem. NEVER calling here again! Do yourself a favor also and stay away.

    Website says open till midnight. Ordered pizza at 6:30 pm. Walked into store at 7:15 pm. Lady wouldn't give my pizza stating store is closed. Refunded $ but this is not away to treat customers. Skip this store. Not worth the hassle.

    Why do I try to order from these people!? The last (including the VERY LAST) 3 times I have ordered, 10 minutes later I get an email that they canceled my order. Why? Who knows? I would know if they ever answered their phone! If you call to say you will just come to pick it up nobody answers the phone. I don't the simple courtesy of deciding if I still want the food I ordered - 3 times is the charm, even tho the orders were at least all 3 months apart (guess I hoped they had their stuff together each time.) Don't bother. Call any of the other 8-10 pizza places in a one mile radius of the Merriam, KS store.

    They got new management or new staff in here recently or something. I used to have a bad time ordering from this location but the last few times the pizza has been much better than expected. I hope they keep it up, this place needed turned around badly

    Do not order from here. Pre-ordered pizzas. Paid via Apple Pay. No one at the store when I went to pick them up at 4:30. It was closed!!! Ended up charging me. Tried to get reimbursed but no one, this location, any location owned by franchisee, Dream Team Pizza LLC or Dominos will respond. Entered a case number 11 days ago and have not heard a thing. ***Update**** Went by the location today and Lisa was able to make things right. I was able to get a refund for my order and an explanation for what happened that Sunday. Good value for the money, I will give them another shot. Hope the new staff they have coming on board is better than the last however, I will not be using Apple Pay.

    Good quality pizza, not too much of a wait. We got a large but it's really not much bigger than a medium, so I would do a medium next time. There was a huge crust to toppings ratio.

    Order pizza online 30mins ahead of time to grab after a long drive home from work. Got to the location within the promise time, to be told it would be another 1hr 1/2 before they could EVEN START COOKING IT! Watch 5 other ppl come in and had the same thing happen. We all cancelled our orders. Now the problem I had was there was plenty of staff but 2 of them were just standing around doing nothing. Not once did they do anything within the 10mins I was standing in there. Highly disappointed.

    There's almost always something wrong when i pick up from here. I order a pepperoni with extra sauce. Usually it comes with no sauce, but this time it came with almost no cheese. I just don't get it.

    They are absolutely disgusting! When I arrived I saw the lady prepping food for oven digging in her nose FROM THE CAR. THEN the guy that's boxing mine was touching & picking all over my food with his BARE HANDS just for it to be handed to me still looking a mess a hole from when he was poking. I hadn't eaten all day this was a huge disappointment. I will never recommend this location to anyone!

    We haven't ordered Domino's in years, but decided to give it another try again last week. It was so good, we got it again this week. The evening staff at this store are super kind, and always acknowledge any kind of wait (it was so small I didn't notice). Our pizzas have been hot and delicious both times, and we've added Domino's back to our don't wanna cook rotation. I see lots of poor reviews for this location, but I urge you to try them again. I'm not sure if the staff is new hnew, but they've been good to me.

    Last two car side pick up I’ve had have been terrible. I had to wait over 20 minutes after the app said it was ready and on the way for it to actually come out. My pizza this time didn’t even have the right sauce and was cold by the time I got it. The lady who brought it to me was honestly rude without me even making any remark about anything.
