An
hour
after
ordering,
our
pizza
had
not
gone
into
the
oven.
After
calling
the
location
and
staying
on
hold
for
15
minutes,
I
decided
to
go
in
to
check
on
the
order.
Upon
arrival
I
saw
a
fairly
large
group
of
folks
waiting
for
their
orders
and
only
one
person
working
the
kitchen.
He
was
quick
to
come
out
and
help
me,
but
confirmed
that
my
order
had
not
even
started.
I
asked
to
cancel
the
order
and
he
obliged,
apologizing
for
the
trouble.
This
is
the
third
time
I
have
had
an
experience
where
it
took
over
an
hour
for
my
order
to
even
begin
processing.
On
one
of
these
occasions
I
was
double
charged
and
had
no
reimbursement
issued.
I
will
no
longer
be
ordering
from
this
location
as
it
cannot
handle
the
business
that
it
receives.
I
do
not
believe
this
to
be
a
lack
of
skill
or
care
on
behalf
of
the
employee
working
-
rather,
he
was
placed
under
far
too
much
demand
for
his
work.
This
location
is
severely
understaffed,
and
until
it
is
staffed
properly
I
would
suggest
ordering
from
a
different
location.
