Very expensive comparing with others!! The lady there should learn how to be cooperative, cheerful, and smiles to customer. Every time I am there while she is working, I've to expect "sorry we don't have" or sorry not functioning". The other guy during day shift is nice and cooperative. The night shift guy always on his phone, and even answers customer while he is on his phone. He leaves his phone only when he is using the cash machine. They need to work on their staff and teach them customer service.

Not sure where to start... we stopped here for lunch a couple hours into a several hour road trip and immediately noticed the sign on the door saying they were cash only. There was an atm in the circle k part of the building so that wasn't an issue, however, we were the only people in the store when we went to order and we found ourselves waiting in line for somewhere around 5 minutes as the employees stood around. The one finally finished putting gloves on and started taking our order, at which point there wasn't much issue with the service or food, although some of the veggies could've done with being replaced with fresher containers. Would maybe have given more stars but they were backed up as we left (several more people arrived to get food), and it looked like they were still taking their time when dealing with those customers. Will like be through the area again but definitely won't be coming back here

Normally this location is ok but whoever made my sandwich doesn't seem to understand basic ratios.....the bloody thing is drowning in pesto and its soggy..... not happy in the slightest with this. Another ruined sandwich brought to you by unqualified employees. Also I think the employee that made my order was high.....

I had good experience here, staff is very welcoming especially the white healthier guy who was making the footlong is very dedicated to his job. He customized our orders very accordingly. He keeps calm and focused during busy periods in the kitchen and able to multitask and handle several orders at once.He has a positive attitude that contributes to a pleasant work environment.

I hate leaving bad reviews but time and time again this subway proves to be the worst. They run out of everything. You stand in line forever, which is fine, just to get to ordering and them saying they don’t have this they don’t have that. What sandwich shop runs out of mayo???! My own fault for continuing to go back. But seriously- you think they would learn from past mistakes not just continue to get worse and worse.

This is the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. The food is terrible here. I always thought subway was the same no matter where you got it. I was wrong. This place is AWFUL. If you’re thinking of eating here, DON’T. There’s a Tim Hortons dumpster within walking distance. Try that. The quality will be about the same, but you’ll save $60.

My main Subway location these days now that I'm working from home. Love these folks... they're open late, the food is always fresh, and the customer service is top notch! Chan needs some re-training or free coffee, cant tell which one. Was nobody in the store midday and got treated like a burden. Almost seemed like he was putting on an act to get me to give up trying to order my food. Never seen someone move slower or be more nonchalant while getting paid before in my life. Cringed the whole 10 minutes watching him make my sub. Remarkably his voice regained life when he gave me my reciept and was saying bye. Not sure what to make of the service but the sub tasted good 🤷‍♂️

My husband and son wanted subway for dinner so they went to the store to pick it up. They both had sandwiches but I had seen the bowls advertised and thought I would try a chicken bacon and peppercorn ranch. I chose to have it over salad. The salad consisted of some sad wilted lettuce. There were tomato slices and the various toppings. NO BACON. All in all it was like yesterdays leftover salad with some roasted chicken, not crispy as advertised without the promised bacon. Needless to say, I will never eat there again. Too bad cuz we live in the area and it would be convenient.

Sloppy work half the time the Sauce dripping in the bag. The works use the same gloves for everything.

Walked in, guy behind the counter coughs in his hands and then grabbed his gloves, NO HAND WASHING! Quality of ingredients doesn't look that great either. Promptly walked out. Filthy subway.

Absolutely horrible service. Waited over 10 minutes for an employee to acknowledge my presence to then be rudely waited on like I was an inconvenience to them. 4 other people behind me were also waiting and gave up.

Worst fast food anywhere. If you are after stale bread this is THE place to go. 4-5 times we have thought "maybe we will give them another try" just to be served a brick. 5pm on a weeknight... not exactly off-peak stale bread hours. A joke.

Only complaint is they were out of herbs and cheese bread. Was a bit busy but two more employees came out to help while I was there. Didn't affect me because I was first in line but I'm sure the other customers appreciated it. Employees were courteous and ensured the sandwiches were complete before wrapping them. They didn't make me feel rushed even though it was busy.

Assorted sub was as good as usual. It's the first time that I've tried this location. Only glitch is that their credit machine was down so I paid with cash.

He came out and served the guy infront of me and went to the back to text on his phone while looking up in the mirror. The bread wasn't cooked properly and was soggy. Couldn't even eat them. Save your money and go to the one on hwy 10 & 89. Will never return

They do not follow their hours. Got there at 8 to order birthday lunch for my son before work and was told I’m not ready I need a half an hour. Poor poor service

Awful and slow Service!! Got a 6inch BLT, as He was putting bacon on it gave me four tiny pieces, I asked for more he said I'll have to charge you more for it, I said ok of course no problem and I swear you not he puts two more tiny pieces on it!! So six little pieces plus I had to pay for the two extra pieces!! This world is getting bad... I've never ever had this happen ever before at any other Subways!! I was being nice so I really don't understand what the issue was. I wouldn't recommend this Subway at all!!!! But the store attached to it is awesome!!

The bread was cut to 4" not 6", was sloppy and fell apart when I opened the package. The person serving us was really slow and seemed to hate his job... I do not write bad reviews usually but this location was terrible.

No seating. Just a counter inside a convenience store. Food was the same as any Subway.

Pretty good stop just for a quick bite and it's nice that it also has a convenience store attached to it usually pretty quick but sometimes the lines can get pretty long

I purchased a turkey breast foot long sub that was listed as $5.79 on the board for just the sub. If I wanted to make it a combo it would be $8.99 plus tax. The lady rung me up and told me my total was: $10.15 for just the sub. She didn’t offer me a reciept but left it on the counter top next to the cash register, so I looked at it and was charged $8.99 for the price of a combo; but did not receive a combo. On top of the scam, the toppings looked like they hadn’t been changed in HOURS. I am worried about getting food poisoning so we will have to wait and see what occurs. The ladies working weren’t friendly in anyway either. Overall probably will not go back unless that is the only option while passing through shelburne.

Have gotten food poisoning 2 time have seen rotten meat and cheese a health inspector/S need to visit regularly and do a in-depth investigation. Before someone gets terminally ill. If you have to eat here or go hungry I’d recommend the hungry better then the hours of vomiting of looking at/ in or consuming something from here.

Pretty sure the guy behind me in line was selling the guy making my sub some weed... so he was more concerned with just getting it done quick... had to re make the sandwich myself when I left so that all the toppings werent at home end on one side.

Always an one stop shop on any road trips going by here. We stop for some drinks and junk food from the store side and either cookies or a sub from here.

It was the middle of covid, they only had two employees on trying to keep up on a busy Friday night. The employees were both efficient and kind and doing a fantastic job under the circumstances.

So my wife came in with her friend tonight to order us all dinner and came back with our subs. Mine was to be a sweet onion chicken teriyaki, with sweet onion sauce on it. Instead we got a sweet onion teriyaki sub with hot sauce on it and I cannot eat it. So thank you for ruining my dinner for the night. I will not be purchasing from your location again.

Ignorance is not how you welcome people into your town, if you care about the place you live it it reflects horribly. Have your self better days mam.

Its Subway, you know what to expect. But at this location the guy working the counter tonight is a Sandwich Hero. My three friends and I strolled in at 10pm, hangry after a full day of rock climbing. My man whips up our orders in the most efficient way possible, he's got the system down to a T. Three more people line up behind us and has to keep working until midnight, he is doing the work of sandwich gods. Give this man a raise Subway Canada.
