Just got back from a very long but very enjoyable day. Very well organised day with a stop for lunch. So many memories from today. Water, snacks and ice creams provided, Nana is fantastic and nothing was to much trouble. Communication was spot on with pick up times and places. This tour came recommended and it did not disappoint. Fast paced but fitted in so much. Several ticked off the bucket list. Extra for the Nile trip and entrance to the tombs but worth every Egyptian pound.

We had the most incredible experience yesterday with our tour guide, Nana! Her knowledge of the area was truly impressive, and she shared captivating stories that brought the history and culture to life. Every step of the journey was thoughtfully planned, and her enthusiasm was contagious. From hidden gems to iconic landmarks, I felt like I got an authentic and comprehensive experience. I can’t recommend our guide enough – her passion and expertise made this tour an unforgettable adventure! Also, the drivers were an essential part of our trip and they exceeded all expectations. Their professionalism and punctuality ensured that we always felt safe and well taken care of. Navigating through the city’s bustling streets was a breeze thanks to their expert skills. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to accommodate our preferences made the journey even more enjoyable. I’m truly grateful for their top-notch service – these drivers turned our transportation into a seamless and pleasant experience.

My husband and I took this tour today and loved it. We saw so many beautiful monuments, took a really relaxing boat ride on the Nile and had a yummy buffet lunch. Our guide Nana was amazing, so funny and full of great knowledge. She was very kind and friendly. I would recommend you take the tour with her. The bus is not too comfortable so bring a pillow for neck support. I would take this tour again.

I highly recommend this company and especially the guide, Nana! She shared an abundance of historical and cultural information. She made everything interesting and fun. Also our drivers were great! They were attentive and professional. If you are in Egypt I would highly recommend this company.

I really enjoyed the trip, even though it was 44 degrees Celsius (apparently the best time to go is February). Nana was a caring and enthusiastic guide with a lot of great stories. Thankful for the cold water and ice cream!! The bus was okay (could have used a better airco...). I didn't really like the lunch, but that's a matter of taste I guess (although nobody likes sand in their couscous I think...). Not crazy about the driver checking his phone regularly while driving (even in the dark)!

Booked a tour to Cairo from Hurghada by plane. We had a great experience and a great day in Cairo. The transportation was excellent and was our guide in Cairo. I can definitely recommend Mariam. Our tour focused mainly on the museum, the pyramids and the old bazaar. Other sights (such as the ethereal oils shop and papyrus shop) were crammed in between; both are more commercial in nature. Because of this, the the tour felt rushed at times. Some more time at the museum would have been great. All in all, it was a great day and I can recommend this tour and this company.

Our guide was Hanan, she was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the structures and the art works. We were under a bit of time pressure but she still manages to get us through the whole tour without missing anyanything as well as answering all questions thrown her way! I highly reccomend this tour, it was well worth it. Thanks FTS

Fantastic trip to Cairo. Prompt pick up from the hotel, flight up to Cairo and picked up from the airport. We had a fantastic guide who stayed with us all day. We walked the streets of Cairo whilst it was busy, then went to the Cairo Museum. (The toilets were revolting !) We saw all the artefacts including Tutankhamen , and the guide enthusiastically talked us through the main exhibits. After this we went on a boat trip along the Nile and then to a buffet lunch at a restaurant. Following this we went to the pyramids and we paid extra to climb in the Kings Tomb. This was horrible and not suitable for tall people!! We’re were told to get the best picture of multiple pyramids, we need to get a camel or horse and cart ride up in to the desert which we did. Both the camel ride and boat trip were an extra cost. We got really good pictures and then went round to the syphyx. After this we were taken to a perfume/oils shop, for a ‘free’ coffee and bathroom stop, which was a sales pitch. We were dropped back to the airport and then flown back and dropped back to the hotel. It was a fantastic trip. The guide was really informative, have good advice on when and where to guy souvenirs. We felt completely safe and really well looked after.

We have booked our trip from Hurghada to Luxor. It was a day trip that started early and finished late. Organisation was good and everything went smoothly. Nana, our guide, joined us at Karnak and she was brilliant. An absolute gem. She was funny, knowledgeable and seemingly knew everyone. She even arranged toilet breaks so we didn’t have to endure the horrors of the “hole in the ground” toilets or an unclean facility and we didn’t have to pay for that basic need. She remained with us throughout the day and left us before we headed back to Hurghada. The day was fantastic, took some really great pictures and the colours of the places, both natural and man made were stunning. Can only recommend. One sore point though, the bus that we had for the trip was rather uncomfortable and a bit old. I found it difficult to get some rest on the longer stretches of the trip.

We had a great tour of Luxor with Nana from FTS travel. It's a long day but worth it and organized very well. The transfers were on time and our tour guide nana was fantastic. She was full of knowledge and very funny with how she told us the history so it was very captivating and engaging. I would definitely recommend this tour if you are short on time and want to see the highlights and history of Luxor.

The tour was amazing , in Giza Ahmed told us the story of the pyramids and the sphinx , we ride a camel and he also took us a lot of fantastic videos and pics. After we visited the museum in Cairo and a final lunch on a boat on the Nile. Best guide and best tour operator in Cairo !

I highly recommend this tour from Hurghada to Luxor by an FTS travel. Our trip was a very pleasant experience. The itinerary was captivating, featuring amazing historical and cultural sights and excellent tourist infrastructure. The temples of Karnak and Luxor, along with the Valley of the Kings, left me in awe. Our tour guide, Hamad, was a true asset. He spoke fluent English and Russian, sharing his extensive knowledge and passion for Egyptian history. His enthusiasm made the journey even more enjoyable. The itinerary was quite packed, but thought through. We enjoyed optional refreshing boat tour along the Nile, which is a separate purchase but well worth it. Throughout our trip, Asma from FTS travels maintained prompt communication and ensured our needs were met throughout. During the trip we were provided with refrigerated water, which was amazing in the hot weather. The transportation was very good, with clean and air-conditioned mini-buses. We were picked up from our hotel in Makadi bay, with the pick up time being communicated clearly in advance. The bus drivers were very friendly and drove safety. We had bathroom stops along the way. Travel tips: wear loght comfortable clothing, hat and sunglasses, be prepared for heat, bring dollars/euros to pay for bathrooms (1 dollar/1 euro typical bathroom fee) and for the tips.

The tour was very well organized. The guide explained every place in detail taking the time to reply to all questions. We visited the temples and tombs and had a fabulous boat ride along the Nile. Family friendly tour despite the long travel hours from Hurghada yet totally worth it!! Kudos to our tour guide!

The trip from Hurghada to Luxor was nicely planned, the driving was a bit long but manageable. The sightseeing was nicely organized, however I wish our guide would give us more informations- I had to go to other groups to hear what their guides had to say, as ours wasn’t very informative…although he was very nice. Therefore he gave us time to explore the sites on our own and we weren’t rushed, allowing us to take plenty of photos. The lunch included was good and so was the timing overall. Thanks 🙏🏼

"Excellent service" There was no queue at the desk, so we went straight through. Glad we booked in advance as there were no available times on the day. Brilliant service! Would definitely use the website again!!

Great experience with FTS travels to my tour to Luxor with Nana our amazing guide who was so knowledgeable about every thing. enjoyed visiting the 4 different places and learning so much about them. Would highly recommend to everyone :)

In all, we enjoyed the trip as the guide and driver were brilliant with most timings met. Not really fussed with the shopping experiences as we have done them before and would prefer to spend more time at the fantastic sights!... Would use this company again though if we return.

We booked the Luxor trip from Hurghada via Booking. Our tour guide Nana was amazing! 🤗 She was very friendly/funny & informative. She even gave us mangos & chips! Even though we had over 45 degrees that day, Nana provided us with water all the time. The lunch was in a buffet restaurant which was fine👌. The boat travel through the Nile River was very pleasant 😌🚣‍♂️. Our drivers arrived on time and they were nice too. The bus was clean and had AC 🌬 all the time. 100% I recommend FTS Travels as they were professional, and also a nice person behind whatssap "Asma" 😉 provided constant communication/information before and during the tour!

Watch out for the agency Ägypten Ausflüge by FTS Travels! Booked a 1-day trip to Cairo by plane on getyourguide. It said it was available for the desired date. We got an order confirmation from getyourguide and advised to contact the local tour operator Ägypten Ausflüge. We did that and didn’t get a hold of them. After several emails, texting on WhatsApp and calling them they got back to us suggesting a trip for Friday where the flight hours were allegedly better. We said we were not interested and wanted to stick to the original date. We didn’t receive any information after that until in the evening the day before. We assumed the pick up would be in the night so maybe in 10 h. We called and got told that they would check the flights (assumed they already had since they could say that the flight hours were allegedly better on Friday) and call us back within 30 min. Which did not happen. We tried to call back briefly after 30 min and the phone was turned off. We received an email saying that there were no flights available on the booked date. So why was it still available on the website then?! They offered us a private tour by car and a refund off 50 euros. The whole idea booking this trip was to go by plane and not by car. Since we felt it was a waste of time talking to Ägypten Ausflüge and didn’t get in touch with them we contacted getyourguide. They called Ägypten Ausflüge and got in touch with them. Ägypten Ausflüge then offered us to go by plane on Sunday which would not work since we are leaving on Monday. They had in an earlier email offered to go by plane on Friday so we aimed for that since Thursday wouldn’t work out anymore. After being on the phone for almost an hour all in all we finally got confirmed that we could go by plane on Friday. They told us they will send the confirmation and pick up time today, Thursday. We received an email after 18 saying we would get picked up at 9.15 and departure with a flight at 11.10 which mean we’re arriving in Cairo after 12. On the website when booking the tour starting time says 4.30 am. We called getyourguide asking them to reach out to Ägypten Ausflüge since we can’t get in touch with them. They didn’t get a hold of them either at 20 pm. So much for being reachable 24/7. The day of the trip we arrived to Cairo after 12 in the day due to a 30 min late flight. Our guide was good. All in all we spend around 4 hours at the museum and at the Giza plateau. In the itinerary it said we will have 10.5 hours at those two locations including lunch and a visit to old Cairo. We were driven to a silver / jewelry shop, a cotton shop and to the Cairo festival city mall before getting dropped off at the airport 20.10 (flight 22.40). It felt like a sales pitch and something to do to just pass time. During lunch a man showed up saying he was the boss of our guide. He started by apologizing about everything. After that he asked me to remove my reviewed I had posted on Social media. He said it was bad for his business. He asked me to promise him to remove my review, which I told him I couldn’t promise. He kept on pushing for it. I felt it was very uncomfortable and an audacity. Yes we got to see the pyramids, Sphinx and part of the Egyptian museum in Cairo. But I would recommend booking with another agency.

The tour was incredible! Nana is amazing, and we had so much fun with her... the knowledge that she has is unique. We learned a looot! What an experience. They were waiting for us every time with cold water, snacks, and ice cream. The lunch was also very good! If I can give you a tip: pay for the boat trip. It's a great opportunity to see a lot of nice views and know more information about the place. I strongly recommend this tour with this agency.

It was a great trip with a guide who explained very well the history of the places we saw. Great trip on the Nile river and great lunch buffet. We Got water and snacks also. The time the different spot was perfect - not too much or too little time. The driver had a very Long day, so badass for him to stay awake and drive us safely for so many hours. He got well tipped. I Got in a bus with other solo travellers so we supported eachother with pictures and conversations.

I want to begin by saying how amazing this trip was and well organised. Communication via the trip via watts app and viator was brilliant. Answering all the questions I had. The pick up and drop off time was all sent and all information. This is somthing I really like as I'm such a planner. We were given our 4.45am pick up yes that's correct. It was a hard alarm but it's worth it. We went on a very small bus/coach type thing with a total of 12 people including us. Lovley size not to big. The trip to Luxor is long there is no other words for it. So come prepared or even a pillow as you will need it for sleep. 4 to 5 hours but when you get there you forget about that time. You stop at local garages/supermarkets there fine for a quick toilet stop and if you want grab a drink. All the stops on this trip are absolutely amazing. Just breath taking. The Tour guide a lovley lady sadly I didn't catch her name made this trip absolutely amazing just amazing. Couldn't fault her she had bottles of water on tap. Even an ice cream for later on when it got really hot and crisps for our trip home. Lovley little touches. But not only her being a lovley person. God she knew her stuff and she was so interesting to listen to. But on the other hand didn't bore you or go on and on. She would show you round tell you some great facts then leave you for some time to look yourselves and takes pictures which was great so you wasn't waiting for that couple (us) taking pictures . The stop for food was after a boat cruise its €10 best money I spent all day amazing cruise on the nile . It would be easier if it's included but it not a problem just make sure you have that money. Don't save the money and go in the car it's such a nice trip . You do go to a stone shop which is a nice shop to buy souvenirs and no pressure they are not pushy and polite but aleays barter. The last thing of advice is it's hot going in June it was hot but doable. They have lots of water so don't worry but be prepared for the heat. The only downside is the distance and travel time but that's knowone fault I would stay in luxor a night to break it up personally but it's most definitely do able. Great trip great team book it you won't regret it.

Booked through Get your guide. Had a brilliant time. The guide, Ahmed, made the day that extra bit special, really knowledgeable, cracking English and an overall decent fella. It was very well organised, good communication via WhatsApp prior to the trip, transfers to and from Luxor etc ran on time, snacks and water given, a nice lunch at a local restaurant in Luxor(village across from). Honestly a special day, thanks again Ahmed!

Trip to Cairo with FTS was absolutely fabulous. Me, my wife and 2 our teenagers decided to take plane option from Hurghada. That was it, we spend less time in transit and could enjoy the trip. Our guide from FTS, Sarwat is the best I’ve ever had and I wast visiting Egypt 6 times. All was well planned, no boring spots, on time - very effective end in great atmosphere, funny and professional. I highly recommend. Next time I will also take FTS. And remember- Egypt is safe.

We booked a trip to Luxor from Hurghada. Organisation was just perfect. We always had a back feed, got advises and important informations before our travel. It’s a tiring trip cos the road is long but it worth it. Drivers are very professional. A lots of thanks to our guide Shadia. She gave us a lots of information about Egyptian civilisation and pharaons. It was really interesting to discover Luxor with her. Plus we had a nice trip on Nil, tasty lunch and snacks for the trip back. Really recommend it if you live history and movies about old civilisation!

Amazing day with our guide Gabri. Totally worth the price. We started at the pyramids, then to papyrus paper to show how it's made and to buy if you wanted. Then we moved on to a perfume and oil making shop and then to the museum. Gabri was super knowledgeable and attentive to each of our group of 8.Keep up the great work Gabri it was a pleasure

We booked a trip from Hurghada to Luxor on Tripadvisor with FTS Travel. The bus was new, clean, airconditioned and had good seats. The trip is long and heavy but the bus made it as good as possible. When we arrived our female guide Nena was standing ready and receiving us with a smile. She told us interesting stories and in many languages she was able to. She really took care of us with the best intentions and gave us water and snacks throughout the day. The drive was really worth it. Thank you for this memory. 10/10

Worst ever! I had 2 days to enjoy my dream of visiting Wadi el Gemal Park in Egypt and rather than saying he COULD NOT do this, he strung me along and NEVER showed up to pick me up. And NEVER emailed. And CHARGED me. If he would have common decency, he would have let me know immediately, so I could find a different tour guide and enjoy my visit. Instead, he made me miss everything as I had to leave Egypt the next day. I am fairly certain he did not do the trip because there were 3 people in my party rather than a larger number, but this is a horrible business model. He should be very ashamed for taking people's money and lying by omission. Thanks for not responding to all of my emails!

Everything was perfect! Nana, our guide, was passionate, funny and caring. We had an amazing time with her, she told us a lot of incredible and interesting stories that made our visit even more magical. The pick up and the flight were on time, we payed 15€ each to make a cruise after lunch, on the Nile. I really advise you to do that because is relaxing and the landscape is charming.

Amazing day (early start but well worth it) Mohammed was a super tour guide, very information and great to have a chat chat and ask other questions. Driving through local villages on the way was eye opening but so interesting too. The actual temples are incredible! Bring extra monies for a Nile cruise and souvenirs if you want to buy them.

Day trip to Luxor with Nana was the best! We started at the temple of Karnak, Nana was very informative, enthusiastic and had lots of fun and interesting facts making it easier her easy to learn from. We followed on to a short trip on the nile boat and stayed at the crocodile restaurant for lunch. We only had a small group do it was easier for us for breaks and chatting. We then visited the valley of the kings and entered several tombs including Ramesis and Tutankhamen which was one of the highlights of the tour. Nana was fantastic with her short stories, explaining the legends of ancient Egypt and how people thought and lived. Nana helped us understand the messages of hyroglphic so we knew how to identify the symbols and what this meant on the walls of the tombs which was very interesting. It was extremely hot but 100% worth it as this is a huge tick on the bucket list for a life list! We visited several.other historical sites and Nana rounded off the day with ice cream which was a great surprise. All day she kept us entertained with smiling and laughing, we are now her kids! Thank u Nana for a wonderful tour and making our time in Egypt complete!

I would like to thank FTS travel team for my exiting tour from Hurghada to Cairo. Everything was organized by the numbers, transfer arrived on time, we were met at the Cairo airport and guided though magnificent historical places including the Pyramids and the museum. The guide was nice, answered all questions and told numerus interesting facts about Egypt. Especially I would like to thank for the fact that we agreed to pay in cash on pick-up due to my inability to pay deposit beforehand. Wish you good business and lots of happy tourists 🤗

An amazing day out for anyone interested in ancient Egypt or history in general. The sights you will see will stay with you for life. We travelled from Makadi Bay to Luxor which was a Long but expected drive. We travelled as a family with an 11 and 14 year who enjoyed the day as much as we did. Our guide was Nana, and she gave us interesting and humorous information without overwhelming us. We loved her pitch and the stories themselves. She was the perfect host to everyone and even looked after our 11 year old when the heat got too much. A fantastic day.

We had a fantastic day today with this trip from hurghada into Luxor. Picked up early in the morning, we saw sunrise over the desert before picking up our guide, Nana, in Luxor. What a fantastic guide she was. Very informative and engaging. Not only did she have the knowledge, but also the stories and tails to keep us on the edge of our seat. I have a disability and struggle with walking, Nana made sure I didn't miss out and really looked after me. The itinerary was perfect and the timing was great. Lunch was delicious and we had cold water available all day. I would highly recommend this tour!

We were able to book on to a trip to Luxor from Hurgharda the day before and were a little apprehensive of exploring a far foreign land with a third party tourguide but also rather excited. Our pickup was a little late at 5.30am, but we felt at ease when we finally met our fellow explorers and joined the mini bus. We had a fun and polite English speaking group made up of British, American, Polish and Egypian nationals, along with 2 drivers and a guide. Be prepared for a 3 hour desert drive, an amazing sunrise, and a rest halfway at a restaurant/service station (be careful how much you pay here) and then another 2 hour drive along the very scenic Nile delter, with working farms using traditional methods. Be prepared for endless speed bumps and checkpoints, however (this is more painful on the way home when youre tired). We started our tour of Luxor at the amazing Karnak Temple and met our knowledgeable, charismatic and fun Egyptologist tour guide. You'll definitely enjoy his company and want to tip him. All the temples we visited are breathtaking and worth the early start and long day. It can get very hot, especially in the Valley of the Kings, so be prepared. The short nile boat trip is quite magical and we felt like we were in a movie. We ate lunch at a modest restaurant a few minutes walk from the pier. The negatives on the day were all the bazaar stalls at every site pestering us and we could have done without the stone workshop tour at the end of the day and of course ten hours travelling there and back on a mini, but it is well worth it. We could not recommend enough, we will never forget this amazing trip.
