I came to get lunch and as I was sipping on my soda I start to realize "sheesh they put a lot of ice this time" Ithen open the lid to something black inside and as I pull it out I noticed this part which is probably from the soda machine all dirty and nasty! I dont understand how they didn't catch this! Either they were super distracted or they did it on purpose! But its not cool and now I just feel disgusted and for sure never going back again! hope one of the manager sees this and makes sure this never happens again.

cashier didn't call out my order number. I waited 20 mons before asking where my order was. he ignored me, so I asked him again and he said it was coming and left. asked the manager where my order was, and it was literally sitting on the counter fir at least 10 minutes, the tag was turned away and it was never called out. thanks for wasting my time. my food was cold and I didn't have time to reorder. your customer service is terrible.

Went Through the drive thru Wednesday night around 11:25 pm The Guy in the drive thru was so rude. He had me and another customer waiting for him while he sat and had a 15 minute conversation with his friends, while giving away free food. That’s horrible customer service will never go back there.

It's McDonalds. The fries are dope. The sweet and sour sauce is the bees knees. Plus the Big Mac is a classic. This location is busy during lunch hours so be prepared for that. Ice cream machine was not working.

The service at McDonald's was always friendly and efficient. I ordered my food at the counter and it was ready in just a few minutes. The cashier was very helpful and offered me a free upgrade to my fries 😉👍

The food is standard McDonald's food. Now the service is not that great especially when they are really busy. They seem to have a hard time dealing with that. Which causes them to get your order wrong often & when you need them to correct it they don't seem that happy to do so. I wouldn't say they are rude but just overwhelmed & are not really worried about their customer service at the moment. But if you go when it's not busy (not often) than they are really nice & handle your service so much better. The place is really clean & spacious even though it's attached to the gas stations store.

No matter how kind you are, saying please and thank you. They can't seem to get a single order correct. I order the same thing 3x/week. Coffee with 6 cream, 6 sugar with a breakfast deluxe. Something is always missing whether it's the hash brown or creamer or sausage. They never seem to amaze me

Ordered a deluxe breakfast and everything was cold, the egg was very old and dry, hash brown tasteless because it’s cold, in general I don’t think I’ll stop at this location anymore. I called and manager suggested I take it back for a replacement, I’m already at work and this an inconvenience altogether.

Wrose mac ever service super bad took 30 min to get my order to dine in and the guy that its here man he got to ask permition one feet to an other to walk man this is the worse for real Do this look tasty?

95% of the time I just get fries. They're not always salted though. Or there's not enough salt in the batch. I just wish for more consistency in that aspect. McDonald's fries are my favorite fries, so it's a bummer when they don't taste like they're supposed to. With that out of the way, I've never had an issue with any of the other food I've ordered here.

Food is always good but………..person at speaker was a little rude , so if that don’t phase you , have at it. Good customer service is important, I work in customer service. Please don’t get me wrong, that was one time out of 10. Oh and the iced coffee there is amazing! Also the two Mc doubles for 399 is cool and in the morning the two sausage McMuffins for 399 is awesome. Thank you McDonald’s.

Came around 9pm today both workers who helped me were very nice & polite ! Thank you guys , I saw his name was jordan ! not sure the lady but thank you again !

The service here was was terrible. The employees were standing around behind the counter doing nothing instead of helping customers, and there were at least 10 customers in line. The kiosks inside were closed, too, so the long line could not be avoided. The employees were unfriendly and rude. Would not recommend.
