Great location. Service is good for the most part. Rooms are incredibly dated but the main issue is that our room had a serious ant problem, especially in the kitchen and the living room. There are always so many ants along the window in the ktichen that despite killing 20+ every day, they will continue to show up. In your sink, on your dish rack, on your floor... I pulled a knife out of the block and there were 5 ants on it. It's revolting and makes it incredibly to cook for fear of attracting more ants.There is even a corner in our living room just filled with dead ants. The hotel is definitely aware of the issue because there were ant traps in the room when we arrived. When I informed them of the issue, they promised to send pest control. It has been a week. No one has come.

No hotel/Apartment on Orchard Rd has the space like this as its one of the very first hotels in the area. Enjoy hotel facilities and 24hrs services. Its a a favourite for foreign families and delegates. Most interestly, many young mothers have decided to do their confinement with their newborn there! The 5 stars restaurants are a must visit!

We read all these reviews before coming on our first 'post covid' holiday outside of Australia. The facilities and the rooms were perfect. Clean, useful, and even though we had access to the Resort pool and amenities, we chose to hang out at the pool here at the apartments which was less busy and lovely and clean. We have three very active boys, and all the staff and fellow guests were accommodating and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. Walking distance (4mins) to Orchard, and a very cheap cab ride to Sentosa and Marina Sands. So pleasantly surprised, we are rapt with the service and smiles. Five star.

This place has done extremely good for their friendly staff service. The only downside is that the facilities are very old. First, the sink doesn’t work in my room. Also the WI-FI makes FaceTime/Skype breaks down frequently. Overall, I’m satisfied with staying here for two months.

Visited a client and ordered Food from Room Service. Ordered Chicken Rice and Fried rice. Chicken has lots of fats, little meat. Vegetable as you can see from picture was 1 pc. Fried rice with afew pieces of scrambled egg and strips of raw carrot which i forgot to take picture. Who would add strips of carrot like we sliced for salads? Professional chefs wont give strips of carrot. Only inexperienced cook does that. Critus smoothie taste like medicine. Spoilt my sppetite and i cannot finish the food. It was worst than foodcourt. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Good experience with great food from the hotel restaurants and use of the Splash area (again in the hotel) for kids. Whilst the pool in the apartments is excellent and quiet. The appartements are a bit tired by now, but clean. There's construction right in front of them. It was quiet whilst we stayed, but something to keep in mind.

Great place to stay! Very nice rooms, facilities and service. Location is amazing and only minutes away from orchard.

Rooms were not clean when we arrived (sticky residue on bedside table, toilet floors like poor aim from guests before, not mopped down) and paid for a package including breakfast which was SG240/night more than room without breakfast only to be told when we got to breakfast that it was not included. Shangri-la is an amazing hotel group and SLS is a shining example of this but the Apartments complex is a far distant poor cousin where everything seems difficult. Staff still super friendly but processes, systems, cleanliness are just unattainable. We booked a week in SLS apartments and a week in SLS as couldn't get two weeks together in same place but definitely won't be back to the apartments again.

Very accommodating staff. Took care of everything we need even our trashed that we left. We had a very pleasant stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay, your staff did amazingly well to keep us comfortable and happy. Our only complaint is the shuttle service, its a little too sparse and the timings are not conducive. I understand that perhaps demand for the shuttle didn't seem strong and that management may find little reason to improve it. But sometimes its a 'chicken and egg' problem: if a service is not comprehensive nor useful enough, your guests won't see a point in using it.. =P . But, going forward, perhaps you can explore an 'on demand shuttle scheduling' scheme, where perhaps you can have your guests place requests a day in advance, for several pre-set shuttle slots through out the day. That way, you can better cater for your guests needs, while also optimize your shuttle scheduling. Note that this might give you an edge over the other service apartments nearby, that are better situated along Orchard road. Other minor things: Kitchen was great, useful and well equipped, but perhaps a microwave might be more useful than an oven. =) Bathroom was clean and a good size, though the shower water supply occasionally lapses in our apartment (for about 2-3 minutes, after flushing the toilet). And perhaps the complimentary shower gel and shampoo could be improved a little. =) That's all. After all I mentioned above, there is really nothing else we were bothered by. We truly had a wonderful time at Shangri-la Apartments!

Upscale neighborhood. Beautiful buildings all around, and close by to town area. Only the super rich can afford to stay here.

The staff were well trained and helpful. The apartments had a nice residential feel. We liked the location and the free shuttle to Orchard Rd. Access to the hotel's facilities was also great. The apartments however need to be refurbished. The sofa and two armchairs in unit 03-04 need to be re-sprung. The bathroom was also small and dated. The kitchen was well equipped. The two small bottles of water should be replaced with a simple water dispenser. Apart from this, our overall stay was comfortable and relaxing. We are not sure if Housekeeping missed cleaning our apartment because of the 5 nights that we stayed, we only have cleaning 3 times and once, they came almost at 4.30pm! Breakfast at The Line was a good selection, but the place gets very busy and the tables are closely packed. The staff do their best to be alert and attentive and that made up for the noise, hustle and bustle.
