We
really
enjoyed
our
stay,
your
staff
did
amazingly
well
to
keep
us
comfortable
and
happy.
Our
only
complaint
is
the
shuttle
service,
its
a
little
too
sparse
and
the
timings
are
not
conducive.
I
understand
that
perhaps
demand
for
the
shuttle
didn't
seem
strong
and
that
management
may
find
little
reason
to
improve
it.
But
sometimes
its
a
'chicken
and
egg'
problem:
if
a
service
is
not
comprehensive
nor
useful
enough,
your
guests
won't
see
a
point
in
using
it..
=P
.
But,
going
forward,
perhaps
you
can
explore
an
'on
demand
shuttle
scheduling'
scheme,
where
perhaps
you
can
have
your
guests
place
requests
a
day
in
advance,
for
several
pre-set
shuttle
slots
through
out
the
day.
That
way,
you
can
better
cater
for
your
guests
needs,
while
also
optimize
your
shuttle
scheduling.
Note
that
this
might
give
you
an
edge
over
the
other
service
apartments
nearby,
that
are
better
situated
along
Orchard
road.
Other
minor
things:
Kitchen
was
great,
useful
and
well
equipped,
but
perhaps
a
microwave
might
be
more
useful
than
an
oven.
=)
Bathroom
was
clean
and
a
good
size,
though
the
shower
water
supply
occasionally
lapses
in
our
apartment
(for
about
2-3
minutes,
after
flushing
the
toilet).
And
perhaps
the
complimentary
shower
gel
and
shampoo
could
be
improved
a
little.
=)
That's
all.
After
all
I
mentioned
above,
there
is
really
nothing
else
we
were
bothered
by.
We
truly
had
a
wonderful
time
at
Shangri-la
Apartments!
