was
extremely
disappointed
that
hotel
has
emailed
us
in
a
cheery
tone
to
inform
us
that
our
wedding
night
reservations
are
cancelled,
TWO
WEEKS
RIGHT
before
our
wedding
night.
Long
story
short,
they
are
making
us
give
up
our
hotel
rooms
on
our
important
wedding
night
for
some
privileged
guests
who
just
enjoyed
their
holiday
overseas
to
quarantine
in
their
hotel.
These
quarantined
guests
arenβt
going
to
care
where
they
are
going
to
stay
during
this
period
as
long
as
they
are
comfortable
-
But
for
us,
it's
going
to
affect
our
important
day
β
our
once-in-a-lifetime
wedding
night
experience.
And
yet
Pan
Pac
just
chose
to
drop
us
an
email
ONLY
TWO
WEEKS
before
our
wedding
night,
and
went
UNCONTACTABLE
for
the
rest
of
the
day.
They
are
still
uncontactable
as
I
write
this
review.
We
are
seriously
appalled
at
how
IRRESPONSIBLE
Pan
Pac
is
at
handling
this
entire
situation
(including
your
communications
process).
They
could
not
even
bother
to
give
us
a
call?
We
truly
regret
choosing
the
hotel
as
our
wedding
venue.
To
all
other
wedding
couples
out
there:
STAY
AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
For
your
own
safety
please
book
another
hotel
for
your
wedding
night.

to
us
and
is
working
to
resolve
the
situation.

is

resolved
now
-

appreciated
and
