Amazing location. Really good rooms with great views. Good deals while booking through their own website after registering. We got late check out and room upgrade as standard. The breakfast was decent and facilities were nice. Service is good and the gym is great as well. A happy staycation.

Only had drinks at the ground floor lounge with friends. Nice atmosphere, classy decor, comfortable sofas. A large pot of chamomile was $10 served with a small bottle of honey, mocktails less than $20... closed at 11pm though. Nice place, will return.

It's showing signs of ageing. However still a very comfortable and clean hotel. I booked this because I've stayed at the London PAN PACIFIC which is outstanding. This one is just lacking the updated modern touches.

Stayed at the Pacific Club room, we arrived at around 1pm and were given an early check-in. Loved the club lounge. The manager (didn't manage to get his name) at the lounge was really attentive and helpful. Definitely 5 stars for the service and the food. Cocktails were average though. Breakfast selection at The Edge was pretty decent.

Stayed for 4 days 3 nights. Room is spacious and the view from the room was good. However, the overall service is at the level of acceptable-poor. Why? 1) Check-in: queue is so long and despite being the titanium member, no privileged or special lane. They should do it like Airlines, economy / business / first. 2) Despite the queue is long, can see the staff coming out from the back office room just look and walk past, don't even care to open another counter or help to filter to see what customers need. 3) Called for service from the room, it takes an hour to hours to fulfill. Sometimes have to call three times to remind. 4) checkout is the same experience as check in. Why not allow customer to ask for bill and I can do express check out? Overall still a pleasant stay for sure. It's near to Suntec as well as Promenade train station. Will I stay again? Yes, with hope they improve the service.

Beautiful hotel. Check in was easy, they let us in at 11:30am and even upgraded our room to a panoramic for free! Rooms are spacious, bath tub and shower separate. Unfortunately it rained so was unable to try out the pool amenities but it looked lovely from our hotel room windows. Would definitely stay again.

A great place to stay. Great staff who go out of the way to make your visit enjoyable. Rooms with views to die for. The glass lift that goes up the side of the building is very impressive, not for the faint hearted. Hopefully we will stay here again soon.

My husband and I stayed at the Pan Pacific hotel a few days ago while we were preparing for our wedding at a restaurant nearby. We stayed there for a total of 3 nights and we received great hospitality and service from the hotel staff. The staff at the front desk was attentive and helpful while we were checking in, and the bellboys on duty throughout our stay were nothing short of friendly, approachable and helpful. Great location and great service standards. We'll definitely be back.

Great hospitality and service. Nice view from my from, day and night. Had a dinner in their Japanese restraurant and it was wonderful, very authentic. Location wise, it is close to many attractions and connected directly to Marina Square if you want to explore things. Unfortunately i had very short time to stay there.

Pan Pacific Hotel offers a luxurious escape in the heart of the city. The sophisticated ambiance and modern decor create an inviting atmosphere. Received an award at Ballroom 1 and 2. Staff is helpful. Pan Pacific is clean and peaceful. Male staff at the main gate helped some visitors to book the taxi. Overall it was a pleasant experience receiving Asia Woman Leadership Award by CMO Asia at Pan Pacific Singapore.

A kid friendly place for multi generation family gatherings. Food is reasonably good, and prices are kept affordable. An excellent strategy catering for the locals. It is a casual setting and relaxing place. There is no need for formal dressing. It can be ideal for "staycation " if you are okay with the local crowd.

Excellent stay. One of the best hotels in Singapore and trust me, I've stayed in most of them. It definitely isn't the newest Hotel in but it has a certain charm and refinement that the brand new ones just don't. I stayed in the Panoramic King which is a very comfortable and modern room. Keyaki is one of the best hotel restaurants in the city. A credit to Pan Pacific. Will return again in future.

Overall services exceeded my expectation though the check in took slightly longer than usual. My special wedding anniversary request made was materialized. Location and view from hotel is perfect. Ground staff was polite and facilities are well upkeep and clean. Edge and marketplace food quality is awesome.

A hotel that delivers broken promises. I have earlier booked a stay directly with Pan Pacific Singapore during the Sept school holidays period. This booking was made in Jun, which is well ahead of the check-in date. I have already made arrangements to check in accordingly on the confirmed booking date. However it is only just ONE week before the stay that I have been informed the hotel will be closed to serve stay-home notice (SHN) guests. In fact, I have called the hotel one month ahead to confirm if the hotel will be open, and I was informed that there are no changes and the booking was valid. As of now, our other preferred hotels are either more expensive or unavailable for the same date stay already. The alternate resolutions of simply postponing the stay, or relocating to a lower-tier sister hotel just seemed like an afterthought, which goes to show how little this hotel values its customers who have made commitments to the promise of a confirmed reservation.

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. THE ROOM SERVICE WAS ALSO GOOD. BUT I CAN PROVIDE MY HONEST FEEDBACK CULINARY AND CHECK-IN SERVICE CAN BE MORE IMPROVE. SOMETIMES I FEELS I AM STAYING IN A NORMAL 1OR 2 STAR BCOZ OF STAFF BEHAVIOUR WITH US. DON'T FOCUS ONLY ON YOUR LUXURY CLIENTS ALSO TAKE CARE OF NORMAL CLIENTS ALSO WHO BOOK YOUR DELUXE ROOM ON THE LOWER FLOOR. I DON'T FEEL GOOD AFTER THE STAY.

Lovely property! Our stay was quite comfortable. Rooms are small but nice and have good facilities including a water purifier which is great as you can refill your bottles and avoid plastic. Excellent breakfast and recreational facilities. And perfect location. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel with fantastic staff. We stayed in a Club Room, giving us access to the club lounge on the top floor. The views over marina bay were amazing, both from our room and the lounge. A very good 5* hotel with excellent food and service. Thoroughly recommend staying at this perfectly located hotel

The reception was awesome, patient, supportive and very understanding. Additionally the breakfast selection is incredible from western, and all assortment of Asian cuisine. There is something for everyone here and for those who wish to discover other foods.

Love it. The location is good and within walking distance from many sites. It’s new, the rooms are spacious and sparkling clean. The breakfast is really above what you can imagine with all kind of different food from many countries. The only recommendation I could give is to try not to check in around 3 pm as the line is a bit long. For the rest, all the 5 stars are there!

Great location for business trip. The room was clean and comfortable. The best breakfast buffet I have ever had - only problem was it starts at 7am, not 6am.

Lovely hotel, first time staying here but really impressed with everything. Had an upgrade on arrival to a suite (low floor though) and it was beautiful. Overlooking the pool and recently refitted. Had access to the Pacific Club (club lounge) and that was great too. Champagne, wine, drinks from 6-8pm, and nibbles too. Really nice spread of food. Breakfast and afternoon tea was as good too Here in June 2023, and disappointing to see staff in masks, so lacks all smiles and makes communication so much harder. It's about time they were scrapped, as they do nothing health wise anyway. Really nice hotel and will definitely come back for a stay.

One of my favourite hotels to stay at when visiting Singapore. Note: be prepared to wait for a table during peak breakfast times at the on-site restaurant. Similarly, be prepared to wait at peak check-in and checkout times.

Lift was old and under maintenance. Access card didn't work, but ground staff blamed me for spoiling the cards, first time for everything. Lounge staffs were great and generally everyone else was helpful but reception.

Everything about our stay here was quality. We were met by friendly concierge and were surprised to have an upgrade to our room. The only downside of our stay was the approx 45 mins it took to check in. Rooms were high class, with blackout curtains that worked a treat. Unbelievable breakfast offering as part of our 5 night room package. Every staff member was happy, helpfully and made us feel welcome. It was my wife's birthday during our stay and a complementary fruits and cake slice was a appreciated. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This major selling point for this hotel is that it is very central. The rooms a nice and the view is great over the Marina Quays. The interiors are interesting but a little sterile. However the service, particularly at check-out, was very poor. Too many customers and not enough staff to cater to them. For a 5 star property, which charges such outrageous rates (500+ S $/night) they will have to do better to entice customers to come back. I for one will not come back here. I can easily get a better experience somewhere else.

We arrived late on a Monday afternoon and their systems were down. It took about 30 minutes to check in, but in this time we were offered a complimentary drink, to take a seat and they would come and get rather than standing in line, good service. Depending on what your room is on there are glass external lifts to the higher floors which I loved as ever time you got in the lift you had an amazing view of Singapore. There are a number of dining options in the hotel including a cocktail bar. Or you can go out the door on level 2 straight into a shopping Center and seek out all sorts of food options. The concierge desk was helpful every time whether it was to organise a taxi and walking instructions to get somewhere (for us it was the concert hall on the esplanade) Great service all round.

We had a great room with a wonderful view of the Marina. Unfortunately, the service in the club lounge and check-in were a disappointment. We did a comprehensive online check-in, and as we arrived just before 8;00pm we felt rushed. We always look for hotels with a club lounge, but it's hard to see the value here.

  • 5/5 Bridget W. 7 months ago on Google
The Club room is definitely worth it!! The views are amazing and so is the food! The staff are great. Abhi checked us in and made two very jet-lagged people feel very welcome!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. Hard to fault any element of the hotel - the rooms are a generous size, immaculate, and feature wonderful views (we were on the 35th floor which helped). The location is ideal, with the Mariana/Gardens by the Bay area very walkable. Importantly, Promenade MRT station is also roughly a 5 walk away, something that cheaply and efficiently links you to so many interesting areas of Singapore. 'Plume' bar on the ground floor is well worth a look for a delicious cocktail.

Having a really bad experience with Pan Pacific. Booked hotel in for stay in June. Was told to change dates as Hotel was still serving SHN people. Understood. Changed it to Sept. Again told to change dates. Given time frame from Pan Pacific to change from Nov to next year june 2022. Understood and that's fine. Chose a date. Then hotel comes back saying sorry can only change to Nov to Dec 2021. What am I to do if you (pan pacific) keeps moving the goalpost?? πŸ™

Just attended a wedding dinner. We had a great start, but when the serving begins I will say that it wasn’t too pleasant. First of all, the menu was printed wrongly. The servers were also not attentive. Drinks weren’t filled up even depleted. Servers aren’t well trained that trays flipped on one of the guest beside us. Upon ending of the event, servers were really anxious to finish off. I can understand that time is running out, but the worst have to happen the moment the server spilled red wine on my dress! I am speechless, I am left with a sorry and that is it. I was lucky to be wearing a dark tone dress. I cannot imagine if I were to be in light tone dress and I am left stranded that way. Space can be improvised for the serving stations. It is way too cramp even at this restriction capacity. I am utterly traumatise and speechless. Am really upset and angry that this happened. I hope Pan Pacific management look into better training for the servers. Thank God I am the guest and not the bride or VIPs.

We had tea time here cum birthday celebration here. It was fun and something to remember as the team was very nice. I should compliment Sufian also for his excellent service to us as he checked back with us often. As out food was delayed, he keeps checking on us on the quality of the food and service. Very well done!!

Thana of Pan Pacific going the extra mile to assure a non-guest (me) that my delivery to hotel guest is received well by sending me a photo of how the flower (and extra items) arrangement was done by vendor. Because I worry how vendor will package our additional items to hotel guest. #delightednonguest

I recently stayed there for quarantine order. They first checked me into a room that was not clean. It had trash from the previous occupant still inside. I got to change room in the end but it was really disappointing that I got the dirty room in the first place. In the new room, everything was nice & clean. In all fairness, the new room was very pleasant and the food was okay. But all the little things add up and I can't give a 5-star review. For instance, I connect my laptop to their VGA socket because the connection to the TV would be lost every 15 minutes or so but my cable works at home so I think the socket was faulty. I called them about the socket, they said their engineer(?) team will contact me about it but I waited 1 day later nothing happen. So I decided to call again and asked to borrow a HDMI cable instead. I waited half a day, it did not come. But after I called again, it was finally delivered and, in that end that fixed the problem of connecting my laptop to the TV.

Terrible service. Wrote in to enquire on wedding packages and the female exec that handles our account stalled us for days and now it's 3 weeks and still no conclusion. Replies take days if not at all. Now she tells us she's leaving the company and no one is assisting us. Really bad form and super unprofessional, and gives the Pan Pac brand a bad name. This is really unacceptable.

  • 3/5 TJL 2 years ago on Google
I was extremely disappointed that hotel has emailed us in a cheery tone to inform us that our wedding night reservations are cancelled, TWO WEEKS RIGHT before our wedding night. Long story short, they are making us give up our hotel rooms on our important wedding night for some privileged guests who just enjoyed their holiday overseas to quarantine in their hotel. These quarantined guests aren’t going to care where they are going to stay during this period as long as they are comfortable - But for us, it's going to affect our important day – our once-in-a-lifetime wedding night experience. And yet Pan Pac just chose to drop us an email ONLY TWO WEEKS before our wedding night, and went UNCONTACTABLE for the rest of the day. They are still uncontactable as I write this review. We are seriously appalled at how IRRESPONSIBLE Pan Pac is at handling this entire situation (including your communications process). They could not even bother to give us a call? We truly regret choosing the hotel as our wedding venue. To all other wedding couples out there: STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! For your own safety please book another hotel for your wedding night. EDIT: In response to Pan Pac's response, the team has indeed reached out to us and is working to resolve the situation. It is almost resolved now - much appreciated and thank you for your help.

I did a quarantine with them. The absolute worst experience. The food was terrible and cold. When trying to reach the front desk I would be put on hold for 20 to 30 minutes which is a health and safety issue. When food is delivered to the front it would take an hour until it would be delivered to the room. Unacceptable.

My son was brought to Pan Pacific Marina Square for his Quarantine Order. On the second day afternoon, he received a plastic bag from a hotel's staff which indicated his room number. He thought it was his lunch pack and decided to open it. To his surprise, he found a few disgusting raw fishes wrapped in newspaper (see attached photo). Immediately he contacted the hotel concierge and they assisted him. I assume this type of 'uncooked food' should be coming from the kitchen. But somehow they messed up and delivered to the hotel's guest room. How could the hotel management made such mistake!? Shouldn't they check and ensure all food delivery were correct before sending out? From the above-mentioned incident, it has clearly shows that the hotel does not have a proper food handling procedure in-place and worst of all, poor hygiene standards. To Pan Pacific Management- Thank you for providing such an unpleasant surprise on Christmas day 2021.

Really good place to stay. I have a good sleep, maybe the best among other hotel I have ever stayed in. Delicious and diverse food. Just to recommend from customer point of view, toilet need bidet and maybe deserve bath tub as well. The pool need to be a little bit deeper.

Birthday celebration on 21 August 2021 and really enjoyed the fresh seafood and extensive selection of local delights as well as international cuisine. DIY stations were not available for self service due to the current covid situation but the servers brought the food to our table. Juices, fizzy drinks and hot beverages were complimentary. Desserts were great too, everything covered. Couldn’t ask for more 😁

Very comfortable stay in all. We stayed 5 days at the Pan Pacific Hotel and it was great. The beds are very comfy, the breakfast amazing. Nothing missed! Very polite staff at the restaurant especially Steven. He made us and our daughter very happy with his excellent service. The location is great as you can have a short walk to the Singapore flyer, gardens by the bay, digital art museum and several other attractions. 20min by car from airport to the hotel and the Metro station Promenade MRT is just 3min walk. With their blue downtown line you can reach everything very easy. The only points I have to criticize is the reception. It was always crowded and you need like 20minutes at least in the queue. So this is a very weak point. Even Bobby and his colleagues were very polite and helpful. I think more manpower could help to solve that issue.

Huge thanks to Roxanne, the duty manager who went out of her way to help us resolve a miscomm-booking issue with Citibank rewards. Without her we would have been stranded without a place to stay for the night. Really grateful and heartened by her kindness and professionalism! Thank you, Roxanne. :)

Overall, a very nice hotel, great location, spectacular views. Downsides: the construction which we were not warned about, loud jackhammering 8 hours a day, completely blocked slide walk making it very difficult to access on foot. I am sure it will be lovely once the construction is finished.

I stayed at Pan Pacific for a seminar and there are many great things about this hotel: - the location is perfect, from there you can go anywhere and your close to garden by the bay, Chinatown etc - the view from the room is stunning - the size of the room is great - the quality of the bathroom, bed - the service, very nice people there always willing to help - the food at breakfast and lunch. So much choice from Malay, to indian, Chinese, continental, french etc and it's very good What I didn't like so much is the slight musty smell of the room and the fact that there were still hairs behind the bathtub. By the way the swimming pool is also nice.

The hotel is quite old now but it has to be my favourite hotel in South East Asia. Very comfortable and well furnished and in a great position if you want to see the sights and sounds of the city or even take a leisurely stroll down the the lagoons and restaurants on the East Coast Highway. I still love the elevator which travels on the outside of the building even though I have no head for heights. Some great restaurants within, try the fresh oysters, they are to die for.
