My husband and I are avid travelers and have stayed at over 30 5-star hotels. I can confidently say that this is one of the best hotels in Asia. First and foremost, the hotel is newly renovated in an art-deco style, featuring modern technology, smart home capabilities, conveniently located sockets, panoramic windows, and most importantly, high ceilings, all contributing to maximum comfort. The balcony was a particular highlight for me. We also enjoyed the surrounding area. Marina Bay is just a 15-minute drive away, and there are numerous outstanding cafes, restaurants, and shopping centers nearby. Additionally, a beautiful botanical garden is within walking distance. The infinity pool is simply stunning, offering a magnificent panoramic view of Singapore, with a portion of the pool featuring a transparent bottom. I highly recommend taking a dip there. While the fitness room is relatively small, everything in it is new and sufficient for a good workout session. Despite reading some reviews mentioning poor plumbing and water supply interruptions, we did not encounter any such issues. The water pressure was excellent, temperature control was easy, and there were no unpleasant odors. Regarding service, we did not face any problems mentioned in negative reviews. Any request we made over the phone was promptly fulfilled within 5-10 minutes. For dining, we particularly enjoyed the QUENINO restaurant, which offers very decent Asian cuisine. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. In terms of the price-to-quality ratio, it stands out as one of the top options in the city.

Had a 3D2N staycation in their Terrace Suite in Dec 2023, and it's one of the best stays I've had in Singapore. As this place is very recently opened, most of the amenities aren't crowded. I think this would change soon as more people gets wind of this place. The infinity pool seemed like a private retreat, as most of the times we went, we were the only guests there. The view from the pool is to die for, while the glass floor did cause my wife some alarm. The hotel staff was very helpful, and we would definitely come back here again if time permits.

Fabulous new design hotel in great location right by Orchard! Stunning interiors with exceptional eye for detail, staff charming and helpful, roof top pool gorgeous with stunning views to the north and also Marina Bay to the south. Restaurant on the ground floor is beautifully designed and has a very nice modern menu with charming staff. Rooms are probably the coolest Singapore has to offer with super tall ceilings giving a feeling of grandeur, no detail has been overlooked, this is hotel perfection!

I understand it is new hotel and I would put it in my consideration while writing the review Stayed for 5 nights. Check in was smooth. 200 dollars deposit for each night is a little bit too much. Reception and room service is not as good as expected. It takes more than few calls until they respond to you!! You need sometimes to call few more times to make sure you are getting what you asked for like water or napkins because it takes more than 15 minutes! The interior design of the room and the furniture is amazing. The balcony and the view is beautiful. Location was perfect for our needs ๐Ÿ‘Œ

When check-in, the staff informed me that I received 100 credits dining for I Prefer TITANIUM status but checked out, they said they didn't record that I received it. Very terrible. I stay in the Terrance Suite room The hot water system also had problems. The wires under His and Her came loose. Quality room goes hand in hand with price.

Highly reccomend this hotel for your stay in Singa! Our family recently stayed at Artyzen and we were truly impressed. Beginning with the amazing hospitable staff- from doorman to reception to housekeeping- we were very satisfied. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are most clean and fully stocked with superior amenities. The decor is modern and really unique!! The hanging gardens and guest rooms make you feel like youโ€™re floating in outer space!! The best part is the rooftop pool which is open late and perfect for a refresher after a long day. Book now and you will be really pleased. Thank you, Artyzen for a superb stay! Weโ€™ll be back!

My family stayed for 3d2n. We all enjoyed our stay with the beautiful views, facilities , excellent food and services, and the most friendliest and helpful staff weโ€™ve experienced in our hotel stays to different countries. Wonderful design both interiors and exteriors. โ€œVery homeyโ€ feeling of room decors. Elegant, luxurious, the elements of Mother Nature are very well placed and executed. But yet, a lot high tech smart features inside that will surely give you an awe. I noticed that there are many energy saving features which for me is a good point. I highly recommend this to my friends.

We recently had a 3-night stay at this new hotel. Overall, our stay was excellent. We did have some service hiccups during breakfast on Sunday due to capacity issues; however, during the remaining mornings breakfast was well sorted. At the cafe, Nina was particularly helpful. She was efficient, friendly, and cared for us. Additionally, service before our stay was also exceptional. I had several questions that were promptly answered by Ernest with additional helpful follow-up emails. I also requested a few items for our room and these were in place when we checked. Ernest was very cordial, professional, and available to assist whenever necessary. The architectural design of the hotel is outstanding and very interesting. It is amazing how the spaces work within a rather small footprint. The rooms are large with a mix of warmth and utility. The location is also great. Located along a tree-lined small street, steps from the beautiful Botanic Gardens, Orchid Garden and the restaurants and shopping of Orchard Road.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were helpful and polite, and the room was beautiful. Loved the hand pour offered in room, together with the snacks which was a nice touch. Will definitely visit and book a stay again.

Did a staycay at the suite, the balcony was huge! Love the layout of the suite and the bath tub. Swimming pool was great too! On the extreme end of the swimming pool, there is the Jacuzzi which I enjoyed alot. Great views. Staffs are attentive. As for breakfast, although there are not alot of choices, at least food is decent. Nasi lemak was good!

Love the high ceiling of the hotel lobby, feels welcoming. The entire look of the hotel is aesthetically pleasing. Swimming pool is a must visit place with gorgeous view. Quenino by Victor Liong and Cafe Quenino food are yummy.

I checked into my terrace suite at the Artyzen Hotel and was immediately impressed by the exceptional service. The hotel features high ceilings and luxury decor inspired by traditional Straits-born art. Orchids and lush plants create a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout the property. My spacious suite opens up to a cozy terrace with outdoor furniture and greenery. The room itself was comfortable and sophisticated, with meticulous attention to detail and luxurious amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the city skyline views added to the appeal. I dined at Quenino by Victor Liong, and was thoroughly impressed with the flavorful, artfully presented tasting menu and excellent wine pairing. I chose the vegetarian option and would definitely return for another delightful culinary experience. Breakfast and lunch at Cafรฉ Quenino was indeed well-savored! I had the King Prawn Sambal for lunch. The hotel offers a top-notch gym and a rejuvenating Myofascial facial treatment that left me feeling rejuvenated. The infinity pool boasts a panoramic view of the city on one side and a residential enclave on the other. Overall, the ambience and the harmonious blend of food, service, and decor is a first in Singapore!

Stayed here for a birthday staycation. We loved the interior! The room really feels like a luxury life for a day, a good way to pamper self ๐Ÿ˜ We also loved the fact this hotel values sustainability, I don't remember seeing any plastics, instead we loved the wooden stuffs like the wooden keycard! The breakfast was also fantastic, Nasi Lemak was very fragrant with tasty dishes and great sambal too! The Ham and Cheese toast my girl got was also great, these might be my two defaults if next time we come back here. Tips: check out the infinity pool with a transparent glass floor, you can look down and feel like floating in the air! A bit thrilling for the first few seconds, but it's cool stuff!
