Process was fast, staffs were very professional and patient. Highly recommended! Will definitely come back for a full body check up next year again.

I have had health screening with other providers in the past but ATA is by far the best. From start to finish, the process was efficient and hassle-free. The waiting time was short and the clinic staffs were friendly. The report was clear and well articulated for a layman. There was a section on risk assessment for heart attack, diabetes, hypertension etc. which compares your risk to national average. This is helpful to make changes to your lifestyle. Reports from other providers do not have this section. Lastly, the price is very reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend ATA for regular health screening.

My health screening process was very efficient with less waiting time. Staffs are very professional. The reports came out within 24 hours and my discussion with the Doctor has been enlightening as far as my medical condition is concerned. The Doctor’s advice has been very clear and practical based on my current condition and situation.

The checkup was done quickly in less than 15 mins. However, I had a bad experience in the blood taking as my veins 'shifted' while the needle went in, I believe this procedure could have been better. The washroom location was quite confusing for first-timer in my opinion, better signage should be placed. Lastly, the sequence in taking the blood first makes it more inconvenient to take the rest of the samples since I had to press the point (where blood was taken) for 5mins.

I had a health screening done under a corporate package. Mostly professional and accommodating save for 1 incident with a sonographer. I was particularly impressed with Dr. Joel Foo for his manner and patience during the review appointment. He was clear in his explanations and took questions well.

Saw Dr.Jana Lim and she’s very attentive, clear and recommended the type of screening necessary for me, really happy with that cos I really didn’t want to do more than necessary. Staffs are friendly and efficient and they are all well trained in this field. Environment is very clean and nice. A full medical health check takes only approximately an hour which is consider very fast as compared to other clinics and hospitals. Will recommend ATA to everyone.

This is my second time using ATA Medical services and I am impressed with their efficiency. Even the person handling the Whatsapp queries was prompt with their replies. I waited no longer than 5 minutes to be attended to on the day of my appointment. I also received my blood grouping test results within the same day even though I was told that it would take two working days. Very pleased with both the service and efficiency!
