My husband and I stayed at the Four Points Sheraton Singapore for a few days while visiting Singapore, and we had a great experience! The rooms were extremely clean, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, and there were plenty of amenities. The hotel houses 3 restaurants, but it's also near a very bustling area of restaurants behind the hotel. We had a lot of fun walking up the river and seeing many great places to eat/drink. Special shout-out to Jean at the front desk who remembered that we were celebrating a very early babymoon and sent us a cheesecake to the room to celebrate. That attention to detail was very much appreciated. The hotel is also about a 5-7 minute walk to the nearest train station, which made getting around VERY simple. Would definitely stay here again.

I visited the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel Singapore for one night and I find the place very great. The staff within the hotel were very friendly, supportive and willingly to make your trip worthwhile. The food is tasty and great and the customised beers served within the hotel is first-to-none. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and the riverfront view around the hotel gives it a different, beautiful looks both during the day and at night. If you are looking for a place with a great view for taking lovely memorable photos, please visit this hotel and have a stay that you will always remember. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore because you wouldn’t regret staying there at all.

First time staying here A very good location, not far from Havelock station. All around great view, especially the riverside. Had the chance the order in at the hotel restaurant , and the food is great. For the room, very spacious, and overseeing the city. Big window seats, with view. Love it.

This should really be a much better experience than it is, given the brand. Unfortunately, it’s quite underwhelming; mostly because the staff are not particularly helpful or courteous. The restaurant is sub standard, with aged decor and a cafeteria style menu. The rooms are OK-ish; having travelled the western world recently, they rate close to the bottom of equivalent hotel rooms. I’ve paid far less for far higher quality. There are some good points, as in the towel (yes just one) is nice, and the sheets are also good. But overall, this is a two star hotel really, gusting three star. I would not stay here again given the choice, and I can’t say I’d recommend anyone it to anyone either.

Rooms are a bit small and restaurant gets very busy in the mornings. They could use a better arrangement of the tables. Location is the best to wonder around after work. Gym is also good. I would stay here again.

Great location for work close to CBD and there are restaurants across the river from Italian, to western to Japanese. Also a 7-11 and some bars for the locals. Afraid I don't think the in-house restaurants lived up to the standard of a 4 star hotel. Felt dated and I stood for quite awhile at the Chinese and Japanese restaurant but no one came up to show me the table. Food at the bar and the cafe left much to be desired

Lovely location with a beautiful view, fantastic facilities including a great gym and swimming pool, and very comfortable rooms. We had a joined room with our family, one of the rooms had a bath and both beds were extremely comfortable. Food isn’t too bad, service staff were friendly and efficient and overall we had a very good experience.

You can't go wrong with this hotel. I wanted make special mention of Saravanan at the font desk who provide exceptional customer service and went above and beyond. Clearly this hotel is hiring good people and enabling them to do a good job. Thanks!

My family and I spent 4 days 3 nights in Singapore from 17/11/23 to 21/11/23. We had made online reservation and having stayed in other Sheraton Hotels (which is part of Marriot group), we had made a booking to accommodate 3 adults and specifically requested for a twin bed configuration room as we have gotten such rooms before in other Sheraton Hotels. Alas, when we checked in and went into the room, it was only 2 super single beds when we had made reservation for 3 adults. Went to enquire with the check-in customer service and was told this hotel has only such configuration. He advised that an extra bed be squeezed into the small room. We had no choice but to accept it. When the extra bed (a folding type) came, one could see it is really not a good condition bed. The top frame are worn out and we were so concern bugs may come out of the holes. Had to cover it with hand towels. Felt uneasy each time I slept. Had to pay full price for the not-so-good condition folding bed. The other rather annoying factor was the shower. So difficult to control the mix of hot and cold water. After having adjusted to the right temperature which I am comfortable, it can suddenly turned cold in the midst of showering. Tried to adjust and It became quite hot. It would happen few times, hot and cold, during showers. Therefore I am rather disappointed. The standard of this hotel is definitely not comparable to the one I stayed in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Adding on to the above, I booked directly on Marriot's website specifically mentioning 3 adults but at the hotel, the system only has a record of 2 adults. How can this be? One positive note is the location is good with a bus-stop right in front of the hotel, short walk to MRT and Quayside river just behind the hotel. We have decided not to return to this hotel again. There are more cons than pros.

I stayed here for a couple of weeks and was quite happy with my experience. The facility is clean and the staff is quite attentive. There are 4 restaurants on site to choose from and a hundred others within walking distance- Riverside and Clarke areas. The rooms were small but clean. My only complaint against the rooms are the slick bathroom floors! Be careful walking in socks 😅. I was on the top floor so cleaning services were not always to my room by the end of business day. Not a big deal. I love the fresh fruit out of the foyers of each floor. The pool and workout center areas are quite nice. I'll look forward to staying with you again.

Rooms are pretty dim but beds were comfy! The Toilet has every basic necessities for a short stay too. House keeping staff were so friendly and approachable with us requesting for more bottled water and I even saw them taking out the fridge to clean! Wedding banquet food was also yummy. The car park is not huge so if there is an event, it can be full and you won't have a place to park.

Rooms were a bit smaller than we are used to but it was also our first time staying in Singapore as a family so maybe this is normal? Breakfast was nice but the highlight is the staff. The staff at this hotel are amazing and super helpful.

Clean, nice hotel, basic rooms. Great location on the river for jogging, revitalized & spacious fitness room is great, & hotel is near many restaurants & wine bars at Robertson's Quay. New MRT station is convenient distance to access the rest of the city. Unfortunately, never receive a Platinum room upgrade. Good beer at happy hour.

Hotel with loads of benefits. Breakfast at your finger tips, spacious rooms and views along the river. They are updating the pool and have a speciality restaurant. Open all hours. Staff accommodating . Love Singapore 🇸🇬

Depending on where you would like to access. This location is at Robertson quay, walking distance to Clarke quay and if you like, you can walk all the way to Marion, Fullerton, marina bay sands. In front of the hotel there is a bus stop which can take you to orchard road for shopping or novena.

One of the best places I stayed in Singapore. Comfortable and clean rooms with nice view, amazing breakfast with garden seating as well. Most of all the staff has been extremely nice and helpful. Will stay here anytime I have a chance

Company organised dinner for all the staff here. Arrived only to find the car park entrance was blocked off . Security says car park is full. It's a Friday night. Looks like the hotel cannot cope with big events. So beware if you are planning to organise any major functions here! So embarrassing for the organiser!

Super friendly and accommodating staff, can't say enough good things about them. Rooms need some update -- lil musty but air dehumidifiers available. Upper floor rooms high quality. Pool was under maintenance but very nice pool available through the hotel five min walk away. Well located towards river bars and walkable to chinatown or marina bay sands.

Nice hotel overall. Rooms with fantastic view of the Singapore river. Extensive buffet breakfast. Even if you are on a business visit, the proximity to the river motivates you to go for a walk.

I have been staying here for more than three months. What impressed me the most during this business trip was the housekeeping service "Haijun". He is by far the most reassuring housekeeping service and the most attentive one I have ever encountered in any hotel I have stayed at.I also like the kaya butter toast that the hotel has provided for breakfast for more than a month.Looking forward to your next stay

Don’t expect upgrade being Platinum Elite member, quite a lot of same reviews from others. This is a sleep and go hotel, zero service. Even the front desk lady wasn’t pleasant. No lounge but there is happy hour is 7-9pm and they limit number of glasses. Ridiculous policy as that hour people are out. They don’t wanna give but need to somehow meet Marriott chain criteria to give so this is their way of minimising cost. Girl at the bar was rude too. Their response was directly they only want business travellers. You as leisure travellers, forget it you’re insignificant. But again if you’re here to JUST sleep then that’s fine. Room and location is good. Zero service hotel. Staffs are rude. It is strange as mine ain’t the only review who found the staffs here are rude.

The Suites were fantastic! The location was amazing! It was just so conveniently situated near our major meeting points. Even the breakfast spread was fantastic! Let me take you to the sour part now. We ordered Tea but they served Dilmah Tea with a torn label in a Tchaba Teapot! I find this strange. The Tea and Mineral water took a long time to arrive. When we called, waived at your staff (see attached picture) she saw us but ignored us. We thought that something was wrong we called her again and waived at her, she looked at us and just turned her face around in complete ignorance!!! This is so rude! When we ordered Mineral water, the staff told us "why don't you go for a cheaper option?, I can get you tap water"... Aren't you suppose to train your staffs to upsell? I am never coming back!!!

We enjoyed our stay here - staff, room, gym and breakfast, all excellent. Would recommend. Staff were very helpful and provided us with a room to freshen up before leaving for a late flight (midnight). This was really appreciated.

I’m a taxi driver who had an unacceptable experience with your front desk. The hotel made an advance booking for guest staying in Room 2011 to go to Changi Airport at 545am. I arrived at 535am and announce my pickup for above guest with front desk and to inform the guest that the pickup has arrived. At 540am, I was told that the guest is coming down. I reminded front desk that it was room 2011 and reminded him my taxi number for the guest to ensure he gets onto my taxi. At 545am, I was told that the guest has checked out and got into another waiting taxi. My concern is Did front desk or concierge lead the guest on to my taxi? If not why? Did front desk have the responsibility to ensure he gets into the right taxi? Does front desk bother or even care if the guest is safe? Does front desk realise if they made a mistake otherwise the problem will persist? Front desk did not make any sort of apology. Does it mean they didn’t make or acknowledge their mistake. Front desk was arrogant and didn’t even respond to my queries in front of at least 4-5 guest checking in!!! I am very certain I will not be entertain by your front desk or 4 points Sheraton Please investigate if you wish to improve your service or staff!!

I love staying here normally. But this time the toilet smelled so bad that the entire room was smelling. I informed/complained everyday but nothing was done about it. It was simply unhygienic to have to live in that smell.

I stayed at Four Points while on a business trip in Singapore, the hotel is perfectly located. The room was really nice and clean and the staff always went the extra mile in their service. The breakfast was also scrumptious. I definitely enjoyed my stay

Room is not too big and not too small. Nice, clean and cosy room. Service at the reception was good and comes with free Starbucks coffee before 6pm. There's also fruits provided in the hotel everyday too! A little disappointed when we first arrive at the hotel while getting off the taxi. No one came to help with our bags especially when having a young toddler around. But overall service is alright thus far.

This is my first experience at a Four Points and it was great. The hotel is very clean and rooms are up to date (although small, which is normal in Singapore). The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great deal of variety. Staff is friendly and a good location. Easy walk to restaurants along the river and bus stop out front that gives easy access to the whole city. All at a very reasonable price. This is my new go-to place in Singapore!

Here's a 5-star review for a 4-star hotel that is really comfortable and fairly centrally located. The cost is half of other Marriott chain hotels and if you're not spending lots of time in the rooms, it's functional, clean and comfortable. Cabs are easy to come by, so there's not much to worry about. If you're wanting to walk to shopping areas, it's not so great, but a 5-10 minute cab ride will easily solve that. There's a row of swanky cafes across the river that you can access via a 5 minute walk over a bridge. I'm happy to stay here again, if I don't need to stay at the Orchard area.

The hotel was able to accommodate a last minute change in my itinerary without charge due to a change in flights. Once arrived check in was smooth. The room and its’ amenities are consistent with my expectations of a Four Points hotel. But no stay is without flaws. Here: The bathtub plug didn’t work (water was constantly flowing out) Dirty dishes in hallway (different room) were only removed after calling the reception (after 5 hours) Breakfast is average Also there was confusion on my stored luggage, which were hopefully resolved now. I will see in a week from now. Other than that I would like to mention the well equipped gym, great wifi and good location. This stay was paid with points, otherwise I personally find the value for money not right.

Hotel is nice, however I’m giving 2 stars for the customer service in the bar area. I seriously have no idea why the service lacks so badly. Especially since they weren’t busy. Is there no training of employees? Bottom line, server walked past us without greeting us, acknowledging us or taking our order. On the second pass I stopped her and asked her if someone could please take our order, which she now did. Drinks finally came, however food order did not. After 30 minutes of not receiving a food order, we inquired. There was no explanation, & the order of chips and guacamole finally came but only because we inquired. BTW, I don’t recommend the chips & guacamole at all 😩. We stayed a the bar a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes. During that time no one offered to refill our drinks. Yet, I had to keep flagging down a server for a refill. When it came time to pay the bill we noticed that we were charged for the two drinks that were supposed to be complimentary. Again, we have to follow up. “Why is there a charge? Where’s the 20% discount?” Bill gets fixed, we pay and leave a tip (even though it wasn’t deserved). Bottom line, I’m a hotel guest on vacation in a supposed 4 star hotel. My stay should be uninterrupted fun, relaxing and enjoyable. Suffice it to say, that wasn’t my experience here on this evening. I did report this to a manager, who later phoned our room & offered to reverse our food charge. Upon us saying no, that it wasn’t necessary, she told us that she would reverse the food charge anyway.

A long term resident at the Four Points Sheraton Singapore. Very friendly and attentive staff... good size rooms and friendly housekeeping. Great location on Roberston Quay with a plethora of eating and dining options right on your doorstep! Big Beds, comfortable rooms... winner!

Start with the service. Concierge staff are very friendly and professional. Checking in was fuss free and very fast. Room however is not up to par for a 4 stared hotel. Room size is pretty good. Bed is good and firm. Pillows are a tad too soft for me but still ok Room overall cleniness is good. 4 bottles of water and complementary teas given with tea making facilities. What's missing are bath robs. The toilet however is the let down. Door knob of the toilet door is broken. There are drain flies in the toilet. There will be a foul stench coming out of the shower room drainage. What's good: Shampoo, conditioner and body wash given. Strong shower pressure with good hot water Overall stay was pleasant except the toilet issues. Need to really address drain flies and other issues with the toilet.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Overall a nice hotel with spacious room and comfortable bed. Only issue is bath water temperature is hard to control, intermittent hot/cold ...

The hotel is located on the Singapore River and half the rooms have a river view and the other half have a city view. It's a 45-minute walk from the Marina Bay area if you take the shortest route or 1 hour walk if you take the riverside route. The breakfast room is on the ground floor overlooking the river, while the swimming pool is on the fifth floor. The rooms were fully equipped and renovated, with a large window to enjoy the nice view of the city. Near the hotel there are restaurants and mini markets.

  • 3/5 Mike M. 1 year ago on Google
A nice hotel with friendly staff and good customer service only a short taxi journey away from the local attractions. It is more suited to business men and women than tourism with desks, power points in the rooms and a meeting room in the lobby bar area although it does have a swimming pool.

Best Four Points by Sheraton I’ve stayed at (from the Marriott Select tier). Very comprehensive breakfast buffet with different dishes, clean and comfortable. Nicely located in walkable Robertson Quay.

Location was great! Easy to get around the city and beautiful walks along the river. The room was clean, but I was placed at the end of the hallway and at 0600h every morning the cleaners were slamming doors with their carts. The breakfast was ok, lots of options, but the taste was not good for most of it.

The happy hour regulations changed since my last stay 3 years ago. But finally is a good hotel and in the case of any issue you just need to talk and they are doing their best. Special thanks to cindy. Always a great person and always there for any needs.

I recently had the displeasure of staying at the Four Points by Sheraton and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare. The first night we were hit by an unbearable smell emanating from the bathroom. It was as if a sewage pipe had burst and the stench was overpowering. We immediately complained to the front desk and was given another room, but to our dismay, the same nauseating odour lingered in that room as well. The room service was an absolute mess. On several occasions, I requested multiple items and only one gets delivered. Have to call room service 100 times to get everything. Imagine ordering omelette & toast and getting just the omelette!! Yup they did that and more! Room cleaning service didn’t bother to pick up empty food trays and utensils. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. To add insult to injury, the manager was extremely unfriendly and seemed annoyed by any request or complaint. It was as if she couldn't be bothered to deal with any issues that arose during our stay. The customer service in general was abysmal and we were left feeling like we were more of a nuisance than a valued guest. In conclusion, I would never recommend the Four Points by Sheraton to anyone, nor would I ever stay there again myself. The unbearable smell from the bathroom, coupled with the room service issues and unfriendly manager, make for an incredibly unpleasant experience. Top it all— we suffered all this with a toddler!! Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

Love this hotel! Upgraded suite with separate living room and second half bath in there. It’s been perfect to shut the door to the bedroom while my husband works from the living room. We both have bathrooms and the door cuts down on noise. The bathroom is small, but so well appointed! Shower is separate but in the same space next to the bathtub. So you have plenty of room to move around during your shower and shave your legs. Free fruit bowls in the hall on each foot. Such a nice touch and I enjoyed an apple and small pear last night. Gym is small but nice equipment and free bananas in there. The pool is small but nice and some covered cabana chairs too! The breakfast had many options. I only had coffee but my husband said the food was good. Off the breakfast area is a back door to the Riverwalk area where you can exercise or walk easily to other bars & restaurants. The staff as been too notice and very helpful! I would recommend anyone to stay here. Plus it is very close to the cruise port which is why we chose this spot. It’s really an ideal property. Nice toothbrushes & amenities in the room. Plenty of tea & coffee choices in the room. Even has chocolate in the fridge & bag of chips in the drawer. Safe in the closet and the softest hotel robe I ever put on. Nice and long like wearing a blanket while drinking my morning coffee. Stay here & you will be comfortable and well taken care of and everything is clean and new looking.

I arrived this hotel at 5 am. They checked in at same time but the room service people will come 7.30 to 8 am only. After they came for cleaning the room then immediately they Given me a room at 8.45 am. Really worth for spending at this hotel. And back side you can go by walk with river side restaurants and coffer-shops are available. Except the breakfast everything is okay. Breakfast don’t have any Indian foods.

Standard expected services! Clean lobby and busy all day dining for dinner! Rooms looks a little gloomy, maybe because of their colour scheme.. fairly big rooms compared to newer hotels! Additional plus points are, accessible to recently completed MRT line and lots of F & B outlets stretching from immediately across the river (from the back of hotel) all the way to Clarke Quay!

  • 5/5 MingYu Liang L. 11 months ago on Google
Room was tastefully decorated. Slippers good enough. Bathtub adequate. Hospitality was shown by all service personnel and I called room service 3x, they stopped picking up on the 4th. Will consider coming back here again although it is a little further from Clarke Quay than I would have liked. TV could not be linked to phone and there was a games room unaccessible to the room card but gym was well-appointed and this chain of hotels shows consideration for the guest.

Stayed one night and this was the worst marriott hotel stay in my 100+ stays. Its not terrible, but in consideration to the 250usd spent, its unbelievably overpriced. Bathroom floor was sticky, very disgusting. Amenity was low grade, the towel was worn out, breakfast was bad - croissant very dry. At night the air condition periodically made noise and woke me up. Room was spacious and view was nice. But will not stay again.

The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering a restful experience after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and addressing any requests or concerns during my stay. However, there was some room for improvement, such as the breakfast buffet, which had limited variety and could benefit from more diverse options. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection in the room was occasionally unstable, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Singapore and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel.

This was an overall very satisfying experience of which I have only a few gripes with. If I had to nitpick, what I'd warn prospecting visitors the most about is the hotel cabin lighting. Although the windows provide adequate light during the daytime, I found that the ceiling lights and the couple of dotting lamps provided very little light, insufficient enough to even read text at certain angles. I found the circular bedside lights were a saving grace, but this shouldn't be the case and I've never had to worry about this at any other hotel I've stayed at. Cleanliness was very top notch and the bathroom was wonderful, though the shower's water temperature was finnicky and sometimes unexpectedly fluctuated. The bed was on the firmer side and felt supportive and comfortable. Stateroom attendants are kind and courteous and are very eager to provide and replenish you with complimentary water bottles. The air condition works very well, too. As for location, everything but the airport is at most 30 minutes of walking distance away, which I found pleasant to traverse in a secluded yet happening location. The taxi and Uber service (ComfortDelGrado and Zig, respectively) and the very nearby bus stop are also alternatives if you're not feeling as active. Nevertheless, I'd highly suggest exploring the very safe surrounding areas, which feature the Singapore River and a cute strip of bistros and restaurants at the rear, as well as an affordable convenient store/petrol station and paths to the main city at the front. If you get a little munchy but don't feel like venturing out to eat, the Irodori Japanese restaurant on the third storey and the in-house Eatery on the first are both very well-priced and delectable options. Be aware that many Singaporeans--including most of the reception and concierge staff--do not speak English fluently at all, and that the language barrier can be a frustrating challenge to overcome. To any soon-to-be arrivals of Singapore, this is a very clean and safe hotel that I would stay at again in a heartbeat, but overly conservative lighting and an ever-so-slight distance from Singapore 's main attractions could hinder the experience for some.

Good Four Points with friendly and attentive staff. The attitude of staff means a lot to me and they did a great job. I stayed just for 1 night but the overall experience was good. Got a Riverview room which had clean and big windows. I didn't check out the gym nor pool so this review is only based on the room and experience with the staff. The location is pretty good too with a short taxi ride to Chinatown.

Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights with my wife and 2 kids, 6 and 3 years old. Specially thanks to Joan who help to free upgrade me to Top floor and river view. The room is very clean and nice scenery. Basket of fruit free to take at lobby. Only drawback is the shower either too hot or too cold, not consistent. Others are just perfect!
